Abstract

The vehicle has a base plate (16) supported on a lower carriage. Two vertical hydraulic cylinders are fastened at a part of an upper carriage. Piston rods (20) of the cylinders have retaining plates that form a load carrying point. The retaining plates are retracted into a recess from connection rods arranged at the base plate, to reach slots. The piston rods extend over the retaining plates, and another load carrying point is formed at the extended end of the piston rods. The latter point is engaged into corresponding form-adapted recess of the connection rods.

Description

The invention relates to a crane vehicle with an attachable to his undercarriage base plate for Ballastaufnahme and two vertically mounted on the projecting in the opposite direction to the boom part of the superstructure lifting means with first load receiving points, which are retractable into recesses arranged on the base plate connecting rods and adapted there Recesses grip. According to the invention, both lifting means are longer beyond the first load receiving points and provided at their extended end with a second load receiving point, which engage in corresponding shape-adapted recesses of the connecting rods. Due to this design of the lifting means they can not only absorb forces, but also moments. Due to this additional snapshot, the ballast system is independent of the position of the pivot point of the entire ballast. Thus, the available space can be optimally utilized taking into account the aforementioned specification. Namely, regardless of the center of gravity, the respective ballast piece to be fitted can have a comparatively large height. As a result, the space requirement of the swiveling upper carriage can be significantly reduced.

Preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the subsequent claims to the main claim.

Preferably, the lifting means are hydraulic cylinders with extendable load bearing points carrying piston rods. The load receiving points are advantageous holding plate. Instead of holding plates but other load receiving points, such as transverse bolts may be provided.

Furthermore, the second load-receiving means may be formed by a sectional cross-sectional widening in the end region of the piston rod.

Since the second load receiving means substantially absorb the forces perpendicular to the axis of the piston rod, it is sufficient here if the cross-sectional area is widened in the end region of the piston rod. As a result, an area is formed, which can engage in a correspondingly adapted recess of the connecting rod.

In the connecting rods centering areas are formed, via which the load receiving points in the direction of the recesses of the connecting rod can be aligned. These are usually tapered portions within the connecting rods, through which the first and second load-receiving means on the piston rod are inserted into the corresponding recesses formed in the connecting rod.

On the base plate for ballast ballast pieces are placed on demand of the male ballast weight. Particularly advantageous are the applied ballast pieces with the base plate and mutually positively connected. As a result, the overall stability of the total ballast is increased.

In the Ballaststücken recesses are designed as retraction area for the piston rods in the corresponding connecting rods of the base plate for ballast receiving.

In FIG. 1 is on a non-illustrated pedestal of the undercarriage of a crane vehicle, also not shown here, a stack of ballast pieces 10, 12, 14 stored on a base plate 16. The ballast plates 10, 12 and 14 have a shape such that they engage positively in one another. The ballast plate 10 is shaped so that it rests positively on the base plate 16.

The ballast pieces 10, 12 and 14 have compared to known Ballaststücken a greater height. As a result, a correspondingly high weight can be achieved with reduction of the base area of the ballast pieces. Due to this reduced footprint of Ballaststücke the space required by the superstructure of the crane vehicle when swinging can be reduced.

The ballast pieces 10, 12 and 14 and the base plate 16 existing total ballast can for example from the DE 296 21 600 U1 in a known manner by hydraulic cylinders, which are arranged in the part of the upper carriage, not shown here, are added.

In the FIGS. 1 to 3 Here, the cylinder 18 and the piston rods 20 are shown. The piston rods 20 have first load receiving points 22 in the form of holding plates. These retaining plates engage in corresponding recesses 24 of the connecting rods 26, which are fastened to the base plate 16.

Like in the DE 296 21 690 U1 described, the piston rods 20 can be pivoted by a pivoting movement of the upper carriage not shown here by corresponding local openings 32 and 34 of the connecting rods 26 in this until a position corresponding to the FIG. 2 taking. Subsequently, the piston rods in the direction of arrow a (comparative FIG. 2 ), so that the form-fitting in retaining plate 22 recesses 24 are retractable in the connecting rod.

This retracted end position is in the FIG. 3 shown.

According to the present invention, however, the piston rods 20 are extended beyond the retaining plate 22 and have at their ends a second load receiving point 28. This load receiving point consists, as in the Figures 2 and 3 apparent from a section-wise cross-sectional widening in the end region of the piston rod.

This section-wise cross-sectional widening corresponds in the connecting rod 26 to a shape-adapted receiving area 30. As can be seen from the comparison of FIGS Figures 2 and 3 can be seen, moves the second load receiving point 28 at the same time as the first load receiving point 22, which is in the form of the retaining plate, simultaneously in the corresponding recess 28 when the piston rod is moved in the direction of arrow a up in the coupling position.

Thus, the piston rod 20 of each Ballasteierzylinders 18 is designed so that not only forces, but also moments are absorbed. This ensures that the ballast system is independent of the position of the center of gravity of the total ballast. The space available at the construction site can be used optimally taking into account the now possible dimensioning of the ballast pieces.

Beim Einfahren der Kolbenstange läuft sowohl der Halteteller 22 wie auch die zweite Lastaufnahmestelle 28 an konisch ausgebildeten Zentrierflächen vorbei und erreicht die koppelnde Stellung (Figur 3).Taking into account the aforementioned illustrations, the method of ballasting in a crane vehicle according to the invention can be summarized as follows. The superstructure is brought to the rotational ballast intended for Aufballastieren. The piston rods 20 are extended until the load receiving points 22 and 28 lie in the height of the corresponding lateral openings 32 and 34 of the connecting rods 20. Thereafter, the superstructure is rotated to obtain an overlap between the holding plate 22 and the recess 24 in the region of the second load receiving point 28 and the recess 30. Subsequently, the ballast is lifted by retracting the piston rod 20. When retracting the piston rod, both the holding plate 22 and the second load receiving point 28 pass by conical centering surfaces and reach the coupling position (FIG. FIG. 3 ).
