Claims (11)
- Réception de penture destinée à une installation dans les encadrements de porte, qui présente, aux fins du réglage au moins unidimensionnel, de préférence tridimensionnel, de la position d'une partie d'un cadre (22) d'une penture de porte ou d'un battant de porte disposé au niveau de cette dernière, une unité d'ajustement intégrée pour l'ajustement du battant de porte, comprenant une plaque frontale (1), une pièce en étrier (5) fixé au niveau de cette dernière, une plaque d'ajustement (4), une plaque de logement (3) et une plaque de serrage (2), qui sont fixées par des vis de serrage (7) au niveau de la plaque d'ajustement (4), sachant qu'un dispositif d'ajustement (34) pourvu d'une rondelle d'ajustement (10) est traversé de manière excentrée par un arbre d'ajustement (11), sachant que la rondelle d'ajustement (10) agit sur au moins un ou deux tourillons d'ajustement (15) au niveau de la plaque de serrage (2) ou éventuellement au niveau de la plaque de réception (3), caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'ajustement (11) traverse par complémentarité de forme une ouverture de la rondelle d'ajustement (10) de sorte qu'il peut être tourné conjointement avec ladite rondelle en tant qu'unité, sachant que la rondelle d'ajustement (10) présente une ouverture (35) dotée du contour d'un polygone interne et que l'arbre d'ajustement (11) présente un contour d'un polygone extérieur correspondant, sachant que la rondelle d'ajustement (10) est disposée de manière à pouvoir coulisser sur l'arbre d'ajustement (11), sachant que la rondelle d'ajustement (10) est disposée et est configurée par rapport aux tourillons d'ajustement (15) de telle manière qu'elle agit par son bord périphérique extérieur, sur respectivement un des tourillons d'ajustement (15) lors d'une rotation de l'arbre d'ajustement (11) à la manière d'un excentrique d'ajustement de telle sorte qu'elle déplace par coulissement l'unité depuis la plaque de logement (3) et la plaque de serrage (2) de manière perpendiculaire par rapport au plan d'extension de l'arbre d'ajustement (11).
- Logement de penture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle d'ajustement (10) présente une forme circulaire.
- Réception de penture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle d'ajustement (10) présente une forme elliptique.
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de réception (3) présente des tourillons de maintien (14), qui font saillie en direction de la plaque de serrage (2) et qui viennent en prise avec des rainures de réception (23) d'une partie de cadre (22) de sorte que lesdits tourillons de maintien bloquent dans une direction une partie du cadre (22) insérée par glissement entre la plaque de serrage (2) et la plaque de logement (3) dans sa position par rapport à la plaque de logement.
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de serrage (2) est fixée par des vis de serrage (7) au niveau de la plaque d'ajustement (4).
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une autre vis de serrage (8), qui est vissée dans un trou fileté (16) dans la plaque de réception et qui sert à serrer l'unité depuis la plaque de serrage (2), la plaque de réception (3) et la partie de cadre (22) sans avoir à serrer les autres vis de serrage (7) pour la fixation au niveau de la plaque d'ajustement (4).
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les vis de serrage (7) sont guidées par des trous oblongs (12) dans la plaque de serrage et par des trous oblongs (13) dans la plaque de logement et sont vissées dans des trous filetés (20) dans la plaque d'ajustement de sorte que lorsque les vis de serrage (7) sont dévissées, la plaque de serrage (2) et la plaque de réception (3) peuvent être déplacées par coulissement dans une direction commune et sont guidées ce faisant par les vis de serrage.
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les vis de serrage (7) sont guidées par des plaques d'écartement (9), et en ce que les plaques d'écartement (9) empêchent, lors du vissage des vis de serrage, une déformation de la plaque de réception.
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'ajustement (11) traverse une fenêtre d'ajustement centrale (24) de la partie de cadre (22) insérée par glissement, et en ce que l'arbre d'ajustement (11) présente des dimensions telles que la partie de cadre (22) peut modifier sa position à l'intérieur de la réception de penture dans deux directions.
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'ajustement (11) présente, au niveau de ses extrémités, un appendice étagé, qui vient en prise, à l'état monté, avec des alésages (29) et (30) de la pièce en étrier ou de la plaque frontale et qui rend possible la rotation de l'arbre d'ajustement.
- Réception de penture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord de la rondelle d'ajustement (10) est réalisé de manière à présenter une forme ondulée et présente des évidements (15), sachant que les tourillons d'ajustement (15) viennent en prise à la manière de trame dans les évidements (31).
