Description

The invention relates to a rail vehicle with car body and rail drives for receiving a machine assembly for mechanically processing the rails of a track.

The increasing demands on the superstructure of rail traffic routes with regard to increasing line speeds and higher load tons in freight traffic have led to the use of high-strength rail steels with tensile strengths of up to 1500 N / mm 2 . Such rail materials are considered extremely difficult machinable. At the same time, however, it is necessary, for reasons of economy, to subject rails whose rail head profile or rail surface to wear to preventive maintenance, so that these irregularities do not result in any serious defects which could shorten the intended service life of the rail. For many years, the technological processes of mobile rail grinding or, for about 10 years, mobile rail milling have been used for this type of maintenance or rail maintenance. The rails are not removed in this case, but remain in the track bed and are profiled in operational lock-up breaks by means of a mobile processing machine or subjected to a removal of surface defects. The technologies of grinding or milling have specific advantages and disadvantages (eg with regard to flying sparks, material removal rates or working speeds). Therefore, one has also moved to work processes in which grinding and milling processes are combined with each other or consecutively run consecutively.

The processing vehicles used for this purpose usually represent relatively expensive special machines due to the complex processing tools used, which are usually produced only in small numbers and represent a large investment in property for the owners or operators. At the same time, the railway lines eligible for such processing vehicles are subject to the widest variety of legal regulations with regard to the clearance profile to be used on these routes. For example, the tunnels of older inner-city metro networks usually have extremely limited clearance profiles, while full-train routes in the Scandinavian countries have very generous clearance profiles. The machine technology generic rail vehicles is relatively easy to accommodate in vehicles whose car body boundary profiles are based on the most limited gauge of the route network to be traveled. In the area of the driver's cab, however, problems arise in that here the operating personnel not only sits down to work, but has to leave the operating stations again and again. It is desirable for ergonomic reasons that this is possible in an upright posture.

The invention has for its object to provide a rail vehicle with car body and rail drives for receiving a machine assembly for mechanically processing the rails of a track, which can be used on rail lines with different gauge sections, but also ergonomically the best possible workplace environment for the on the rail vehicle active operators offers.

This object is achieved in conjunction with the preamble of claim 1 according to the invention, that forming a roof structure of the car body housing trim of the car body in the area of a driver's or helm of the rail vehicle by means of non-destructive releasable fasteners with the side and / or end walls of the car body forming Components is connectable.
In this way, it is possible that with the help of lifting equipment in the maintenance workshop of the vehicle operator, the roof structures of the rail vehicle can be changed and each such roof structures are placed, the one with respect to the next use best possible clear interior height in the area of the driver or helmstand.

The idea of the invention is visualized by means of a rail milling train in the following figures. Show it:
FIG. 1
Side view of an inventively designed Schienenfräszuges with roof structure for a low clearance profile
FIG. 2
Side view of an inventively designed Schienenfräszuges with roof structure for a wide clearance profile
FIG. 3
Perspective view of an inventively designed car body with roof structure for a wide clearance profile

The FIG. 1 shows an inventively designed Schienenfräszug with a roof structure for a low clearance profile, as it is found, for example, especially in older inner city Metronetzen (eg London or Paris). For rail lines of full-gauge trains with larger clearance profiles (eg UIC, Scandinavia, Russia), the same rail vehicles can be used, in which only the low roof structures against roof structures, which make better use of the available wide clearance profile, are exchanged. As a result, the clear height is increased in the interior of the driver or operator. For the operating staff, this results in a better and fatigue-free workplace ergonomics. In addition, an improved overview of the vehicle and its operating state is made possible for the operator, for example, by glazing the rear wall (that is to say each oriented in the direction of the vehicle center) of the roof construction module. The change of the roof superstructures or the roof construction modules takes place by means of hoists, eg during the scheduled set-up periods in company workshops. To attach the hoists suitable slings (eg eyelets) are provided on the roof outer skin.
The Figures 2 and 3 visualize a vehicle according to the invention with attached roof structures for further clearance profiles.
