Claims (9)

  1. Ferrure servant à fixer de manière à pouvoir pivoter une porte rabattable avant (2a ; 2b ; 2c) s'ouvrant vers le haut au niveau d'un meuble formant une armoire, comprenant un panneau de montage (6a ; 6b ; 6c) à fixer au niveau du côté intérieur d'une paroi latérale d'armoire (3a ; 3b ; 3c) et une partie de maintien (7a ; 7b ; 7c) à fixer au niveau du côté intérieur de la porte rabattable (2a ; 2b ; 2c), lesquels sont reliés l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble de leviers articulés, contenant au moins un ensemble de leviers coudés, pourvu d'axes d'articulation formant un angle droit par rapport au panneau de montage (6a ; 6b ; 6c) de telle manière que la porte rabattable avant (2a ; 2b ; 2c) montée en amont du corps d'armoire exécute, lors de l'ouverture, un mouvement d'ouverture s'éloignant du corps de l'armoire, accompagné d'un déplacement de l'axe de pivotement dans l'espace, dans lequel la ferrure (1a, 1b ; 1 c) contient un dispositif de ressorts maintenant dans la position de fermeture la porte rabattable (2a ; 2b ; 2c), caractérisée en ce que sont prévus un dispositif d'amortissement (50a ; 50b ; 50c) fluidique et une butée d'amortissement (51a ; 51 b; 51 c) roulant à l'encontre du dispositif d'amortissement (50a ; 50b ; 50c) lors de la fermeture de la porte rabattable,
    et en ce que la butée d'amortissement est disposée au niveau de la partie de maintien (7a ; 7b ; 7c).
  2. Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement (50a, 50b, 50c) est formé par un cylindre d'amortissement.
  3. Ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'amortissement (50a ; 50b ; 50c) est disposé au niveau du panneau de montage (6a ; 6b ; 6c).
  4. Ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les leviers articulés sont constitués d'un matériau plat pourvu de côtés plats parallèles par rapport au panneau de montage.
  5. Ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux leviers articulés côté mur (11 a, 12a ; 11 b, 12b ; 11 c, 12c) s'étendent substantiellement de manière parallèle l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Ferrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les deux leviers articulés côté mur reposent l'un contre l'autre dans la position de fermeture de la porte rabattable.
  7. Ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les axes d'articulation (13a, 19a, 14a, 20a ; 13b, 19b, 14b, 20b ; 13c, 19c ; 14c, 20c), qui sont disposés au niveau de l'extrémité côté mur du premier levier articulé côté mur (11 a ; 11 b ; 11 c), au niveau du point d'intersection (19a ; 19b ; 19c) et au niveau des deux extrémités du deuxième levier articulé côté mur (12a ; 12b ; 12c), forment substantiellement un parallélogramme articulé.
  8. Ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le premier levier articulé côté porte rabattable (15a ; 15b ; 15c) se déplace substantiellement en conservant son orientation lors du mouvement de la porte rabattable.
  9. Ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les deux leviers articulés côté mur (11 a, 12a ; 11 b, 12b ; 11 c, 12c) s'étendent, en partant de leur axe d'articulation disposé au niveau du panneau de montage, de manière oblique vers l'arrière et le bas dans la position de fermeture de la porte rabattable et de manière oblique vers l'avant et le bas dans la position d'ouverture de la porte rabattable.
