  • the external cap is coupled to the internal cap by the resilient coupling member, the internal cap and the external cap are easily engaged to or disengaged from the outlet opening of the container.

Consequently, when the external cap 50 is detached from the outlet opening, the external cap 50 is spaced apart from the internal cap 40 at a desired interval by the resiliency of the pull ring 44 and the coupling member 43a, so that the external cap 50 and the internal cap 40 are easily detached from the outlet opening.

Claims (4)

  1. Verschlussanordnung für einen Behälter umfassend
    einen Behälter (30, 70), in dem eine Substanz aufgenommen ist und der eine Auslassöffnung (31, 81) aufweist, die an einem oberen Abschnitt davon ausgebildet ist,
    eine Innenkappe (40, 80), die in der Auslassöffnung (31, 81) eng befestigt ist, eine Außenkappe (50, 90), die mit der Außenseite der Auslassöffnung in Eingriff ist, und
    ein elastisches Verbindungselement (43, 83), das an einem oberen Abschnitt der Innenkappe (40, 80) ausgebildet und an einem Boden der Außenkappe (50, 90) befestigt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
    dass die Innenkappe (40, 80) mit einem Aufnahmeabschnitt (41, 81) an einem Abschnitt ihres oberen Abschnitts versehen ist und dass ein Magnet (42, 82) in dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (41, 81) angebracht ist.
  2. Verschlussanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Verbindungselement (43, 83) mit einem Zugring (44, 101) verbunden ist, der mit dem oberen Abschnitt der Innenkappe (40, 80) einstückig ausgebildet und an dem Boden der Außenkappe (50, 90) befestigt ist.
  3. Verschlussanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Außenkappe (90) eine Mehrzahl von Kerben (92) aufweist, die an ihrem Außenumfang ausgebildet sind, und wobei die Verschlussanordnung ein Schutzelement (100), das die Außenkappe (90) umschließt, umfasst.
  4. Verschlussanordnung gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei das Verbindungselement (83) mit einem Zugring (84) verbunden ist, der mit dem oberen Abschnitt der Innenkappe (80) einstückig ausgebildet ist und an dem Boden der Außenkappe (90) befestigt ist.
