Claims (4)
- Procédé destiné à connecter un profilé de traverse dormante à plusieurs chambres (3) à un autre profilé de cadre (4) au moyen d'une vis de fixation (1), le profilé de traverse dormante comprenant une chambre extérieure et une chambre de renforcement avec un renforcement en acier, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :- réalisation d'un alésage à travers la paroi entre la chambre de renforcement et la chambre extérieure du profilé (3) et également à travers le renforcement en acier ;- introduction de la vis de fixation (1) conjointement avec une douille d'étanchéité (12) à travers le renforcement en acier (5) dans l'alésage, une bride (13) de la douille d'étanchéité (12) venant en appui contre le renforcement en acier (5) ;- vissage de la vis de fixation (1) avec pressage hermétique de la douille d'étanchéité (12) contre la paroi (21) de l'alésage,de telle sorte que la vis de fixation soit étanchéifiée par rapport à la paroi.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la douille d'étanchéité (12) s'applique contre le renforcement en acier (5) du profilé à chambres creuses (3) de telle sorte que la vis de fixation (1) ne vienne pas en contact avec le renforcement en acier (5).
- Utilisation d'une douille d'étanchéité (12) dans un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la douille d'étanchéité (12) est construite avec une symétrie de révolution avec une bride (13), un corps de base (15) biseauté à son extrémité ainsi qu'un alésage conique (14).
- Utilisation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la chambre creuse (18) du profilé de traverse dormante (3) sert de chambre d'égouttage du profilé de traverse dormante (3).
