Abstract

L'invention porte sur environ 480 nouveaux sites de phosphorylation identifiés dans des protéines et des processus de transduction du signal impliqués dans la leucémie chez l'homme, cette invention portant également sur des anticorps spécifiques d'un site de phosphorylation et sur des peptides marqués par un isotope lourd (peptides AQUA) utiles dans la détection et la quantification sélectives de ces sites/protéines phosphorylés, ainsi que sur des méthodes d'utilisation de ces réactifs. Parmi les sites de phosphorylation identifiés, il existe des sites apparaissant dans les types de protéines suivants : protéines adaptatrices/support, acétyltransférases, protéines se liant à l'actine, protéines d'adhésion, protéines de l'apoptose, protéines se liant au calcium, protéines de régulation du cycle cellulaire, protéines de surface cellulaires, protéines de canal, protéines chaperones, protéines contractiles, protéines des cytokines, protéines cytosquelettiques, régulateurs des protéines G et protéines d'activation de GTPase, facteurs d'échange nucléotidiques de la guanine, protéines de l'hélicase, protéines de la superfamille des immunoglobulines, protéines inhibitrices, protéines kinases, kinases lipidiques, ligases, protéines de liaison aux lipides, méthyltransférases, protéines moteurs, oxydoréductases, phosphotases, phosphodiestérases, phospholipases, protéases, protéines réceptrices, facteurs de transcription, transférases, protéines de translation/transporteurs, et protéines du système de conjugaison à l'ubiquitine.
