Claims (7)
- Sicherheitsanordnung zur Montage fortlaufender Zwischendecken, umfassend eine Sicherheitsgabel (1), eine plattenförmige Klemme (4), ein Verbindungsstück (3) und eine Blechschneideschraube (10), wobei die Gabel eine Gabel (1) mit einem plattenförmigen Körper in der Form eines umgekehrten "U" mit flachen Wänden, die aus einer oberen waagerechten Wand (1a) und zwei senkrechten Seitenwänden (1b) bestehen, ist, wobei die plattenförmige Klammer (4) in der Form einer Brücke, die zwei senkrechte Schenkel (4a) und eine Oberseite (4b) definiert, mit einer Spielpassung zwischen den Gabelseitenwänden (1b) eingerichtet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihre senkrechten Schenkel (4a) jeweils Löcher (4c) aufweisen, die miteinander und mit einer zentralen Öffnung (3a) in dem Verbindungsstück (3), das die Seitenwände (1b) und die Oberseite (4b) der plattenartigen Klammer miteinander verbindet, ausgerichtet sind, und wobei die Oberseite (4b) an ihren Seitenrändern Vorsprünge (4d) aufweist, die in jeweiligen senkrechten Führungen (1d), die in den Gabelseitenwänden (1b) gebildet sind, eine Spielpassung aufweisen, so dass die Klammer (4) fähig ist, eine derartige obere bzw. untere Betriebsposition einzunehmen, dass sich die Vorsprünge (4d) der Klammer (4) in der oberen Position an dem oberen Ende der senkrechten Führungen (1d) befinden und sich die senkrechten Schenkel (4a) über der Ebene von Längsflanschen (8a) eines "U"-förmig aufgerollten Abschnitts (8), welche in Nuten (1c) in den Gabelseitenwänden (1b) passen, befinden, wohingegen sich die Vorsprünge (4d) in der unteren Position an dem unteren Ende der senkrechten Führungen (1d) befinden und sich die senkrechten Schenkel (4a) an der Außenseite der senkrechten Seiten des aufgerollten Abschnitts (8) befinden, und die Blechschneideschraube (10), die in dieser unteren Position der Klammer (4) fähig ist, mit wenigstens einem der Löcher (4c) in den senkrechten Schenkeln (4a) der Klammer (4) und der zentralen Öffnung (3a) in dem Verbindungsstück (3) zusammenzutreffen, ebenfalls durch die entsprechende Seite des aufgerollten Abschnitts (8) verläuft.
- Sicherheitsanordnung zur Montage fortlaufender Zwischendecken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Oberseite (4b) der Klammer (4) eine Öffnung (4e) vorhanden ist, die eine größeren Breite aufweist, als eine Mutter (11), die auf das untere Ende einer Gewindestange (6) geschraubt ist.
- Sicherheitsanordnung zur Montage fortlaufender Zwischendecken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die plattenförmige Klammer (4) in der Form einer Brücke an den Seitenrändern ihrer Oberseite (4b) Paare von Zungen (4f) aufweist, die in Bezug auf die Seitenwände (1b) der Gabel (1) eine Spielpassung in jeweiligen senkrechten Führungen (1e) aufweisen, welche an ihrem oberen Ende in einer "L"-Form abgewinkelt wird, wodurch ein waagerechter Abschnitt (1f) gebildet wird, dessen Höhe eine Spielpassung in Bezug auf die Dicke der Zungen (4f) aufweist, so dass die Klammer (4) fähig ist, eine derartige obere bzw. untere Betriebsposition einzunehmen, dass die Klammer (4) in der oberen Position seitlich verschoben ist, während die Zungen (4f) in den waagerechten Abschnitten (1f) der senkrechten Führungen (1e) aufgenommen sind und sich die senkrechten Schenkel (4a) dieser Klammer (4) über der Ebene von Längsflanschen (8a) eines "U"-förmig aufgerollten Abschnitts (8), welche in Nuten (1c) in den Seitenwänden (1b) der Gabel (1) passen, befinden, wohingegen sich die Zungen (4f) in der unteren Position an dem unteren Ende der senkrechten Führungen (1e) befinden und sich die senkrechten Schenkel (4a) an der Außenseite der senkrechten Seiten des aufgerollten Abschnitts (8) befinden.
- Sicherheitsanordnung zur Montage fortlaufender Zwischendecken nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die senkrechten Schenkel (4a) der Klammer (4) ein Profil aufweisen, das zur Innenseite hin etwas konvex ist, was der Klammer eine Form verleiht, die an den griechischen Buchstaben Omega erinnert.
- Sicherheitsanordnung zur Montage fortlaufender Zwischendecken nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Wand (1a) auf eine starr befestigte Weise eine Glocke (1g) mit der Form eines kugelförmigen Abschnitts mit einer Basis umfasst, die eine obere mittlere Öffnung (1h) aufweist und im Inneren ein Kugelgelenk (12) mit einer Spielpassung aufnimmt, das entlang der Gewindestange (6) schraubt und durch einen Hals (12a), welcher mit einem passenden Zwischenraum durch die mittlere Öffnung (1h) in der Glocke verläuft, aus der Glocke (1g) austritt und sich nun außerhalb der Glocke (1g) verbreitert, um eine flache Scheibe (12b), deren Umfang gerändelt ist, zu bilden.
- Sicherheitsanordnung zur Montage fortlaufender Zwischendecken nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glocke (1g) mit der oberen Wand (1a) einstückig ausgeführt ist.
- Sicherheitsanordnung zur Montage fortlaufender Zwischendecken nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vorgesehen ist, dass die Seitenwände (3b) des Verbindungsstücks (3) nach dem Einsetzen der Seitenzungen (4f) der Klammer (4) in die entsprechenden senkrechten Führungen (1e) der Gabel (1) an die Seitenwände (1b) der Gabel (1) geschweißt werden.
