Claims (17)

  1. Machine pour déballer, remplacer et réemballer des articles emballés dans des boîtes (3), de préférence des feuillets d'emballage:
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend:
    des moyens d'alimentation (5, 9) pour les articles emballés dans des boîtes fermées (3),
    au moins une station (100) d'ouverture de boîtes (3),
    au moins une station d'enlèvement (200) pour l'article (1) à remplacer,
    au moins une station d'insertion (300) pour un article (7) remplaçant ledit article à remplacer (1),
    au moins une station de fermeture (400) pour la boîte (3) contenant l'article remplacé (7).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite station d'ouverture (100) comprend une plaque (14) avec une extrémité en crochet (15) mobile sélectivement et verticalement entre une position de repos relevée et une position de travail abaissée pour soulever un rabat supérieur (16) de la boîte fermée (3) et une pompe d'aspiration (130) pour tirer une face latérale antérieure (80) vers l'extérieur en vue de favoriser l'entrée de l'extrémité en crochet (15).
  3. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite station d'ouverture (100) comprend une plaque fixe (17) avec une extrémité pointue (18) pour soulever le rabat supérieur (16) de la boîte (3) et/ou des moyens pendants (46) pour soulever les rabats latéraux (44, 90) de la boîte.
  4. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite station d'ouverture (100) comprend un capteur (19) pour détecter l'ouverture du rabat supérieur (16) de la boîte (3).
  5. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite station de prélèvement (200) comprend des moyens de prise (20), de préférence des ventouses pneumatiques, mobiles sélectivement et verticalement entre une position de repos relevée et une position de prise abaissée de l'article (1) à remplacer.
  6. Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite station de prélèvement (200) comprend un capteur (24) pour détecter l'enlèvement de l'article (1) à remplacer et son éjection.
  7. Machine selon l'une des revendications 5 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite station de prélèvement (200) comprend des moyens d'éjection pneumatiques ou mécaniques (25) de l'article (1) à remplacer.
  8. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite station d'insertion (300) de l'article remplaçant (7) comprend une plaque horizontale (35) avec une ouverture de chute vers le bas (34) pour le passage de l'article remplaçant (7) et un couple de moyens réciproques de poussée et d'insertion intégrale (31-33, 35, 38), mobiles sélectivement et verticalement entre une position de repos relevée et une position abaissée dans laquelle l'article remplaçant (7) est placé à l'intérieur de la boîte ouverte (3).
  9. Machine selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'aspiration pneumatiques (36), de préférence des ventouses, destinés à élargir temporairement le compartiment (23) de la boîte (3).
  10. Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (37) pour émettre de l'air afin de dûment placer un deuxième produit possible présent dans le compartiment (23) de la boîte (3).
  11. Machine selon l'une des revendications 9 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une traverse inclinée vers l'extérieur pour faciliter l'entrée du nouveau feuillet.
  12. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite station de fermeture (400) comprend trois barres ajustables (41-43) dont la géométrie a été adaptée, en association avec le mouvement de la boîte (3) elle-même imposé par le moyen de manutention (5) pour imposer un mouvement de fermeture du rabat supérieur (16) de la boîte (3).
  13. Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisés en ce qu'elle comprend une station d'enlèvement (99) d'un cachet (97) et/ou une station d'enlèvement (99) d'une étiquette (96).
  14. Machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ladite station (99) comprend des moyens de découpage, de préférence une lame (98) destinée à découper ledit cachet (97) et/ou ladite étiquette (96).
  15. Procédé de déballage, de remplacement et de réemballage d'un article emballé (1), de préférence un feuillet d'emballage, par une machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes:
    - ouverture de la boîte fermée par soulèvement du rabat supérieur de la boîte (3) initialement fermée;
    - prélèvement d'un article (1) à remplacer;
    - insertion d'un article remplaçant (7);
    - fermeture de la boîte (3) avec le nouvel article (7).
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'enlèvement d'un cachet (97) et/ou d'une étiquette (96).
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend le découpage du cachet (97) et/ou d'une étiquette (96).
