Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'estampage d'une couche décorative d'une feuille d'estampage en forme de bande (12),

    que la tête tourelle (16) avec le dispositif d'entraînement linéaire afférent (20) et le dispositif de chauffage (30) sont prévus sur un bâti de base (14), sur lequel un rouleau d'alimentation de feuilles d'estampage (34), des rouleaux d'avance et de déviation de feuilles (38, 40) et un rouleau récepteur (46) sont logés sur des axes de palier afférents (36, 42, 44, 48).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce
    que les axes de palier (36, 42, 44, 48) pour le rouleau d'alimentation de feuilles d'estampage (34), les rouleaux d'avance et de déviation de feuilles (38, 40) et le rouleau récepteur (46) sont orientés parallèlement à l'axe (18) de la tête tourelle (16).
  10. Procédé d'estampage d'une couche décorative d'une feuille d'estampage en forme de bande (12) sur un coin possédant un petit rayon d'un élément de surface, le procédé présentant les étapes suivantes :
    chauffer des éléments poinçons (28) sur la périphérie (26) d'une tête tourelle (16) pouvant tourner progressivement autour d'un axe (18) par un dispositif de chauffage (30) associé à la tête tourelle (16), la surface du matériau, en lequel les éléments poinçons sont fabriqués, présentant une dureté dans la plage de 45 à 95° Shore et les éléments poinçons (28) étant ainsi élastiques ;
    déplacer la tête tourelle (16) d'une position inactive à une position d'estampage à l'aide d'un dispositif d'entraînement linéaire (20) ;
    presser les éléments poinçons (28) sur la périphérie (26) de la tête tourelle (16) dans la zone du coin de l'élément de surface ;
    transférer la couche décorative de la feuille d'estampage en forme de bande (12) au coin de l'élément de surface ; et
    déplacer la tête tourelle (16) de la position d'estampage à la position inactive à l'aide du dispositif d'entraînement linéaire (20).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    le procédé présentant en outre les étapes suivantes :
    prévoir la tête tourelle (16) avec le dispositif d'entraînement linéaire (20) afférent et le dispositif de chauffage (30) sur un bâti de base (14) ;
    loger un rouleau d'alimentation de feuilles d'estampage (34), des rouleaux d'avance et de déviation de feuilles (38, 40) et un rouleau récepteur (46) sur des axes de palier afférents (36, 42, 44, 48) sur le bâti de base (14) ; et
    prévoir un nombre de bâtis de base (14) correspondant au nombre de coins de l'élément de surface respectif à estamper, les têtes tourelles (16) pouvant simultanément être déplacées alternativement entre la position d'estampage et la position inactive.
