Claims (14)
- A textile machine with a multiplicity of processing stations for the treatment and winding of a multiplicity of threads, each of the processing stations having a plurality of delivery units (3, 9, 14) for taking up and guiding the threads (11) and a winding device (10.1), the winding devices (10.1-10.9) of the processing stations being arranged one above the other and next to one another on one machine longitudinal side (39) and being serviceable by auxiliary means (22.1, 22.2) for carrying out bobbin changes, and the auxiliary means (22.1, 22.2) having at least one thread suction means (16) which in each case picks up and discharges the threads (11) of a group of winding devices (10.1-10.3) during a bobbin change, characterized in that the group of winding devices (10.1-10.3) which are assigned to the thread suction means (16) is preceded in the thread run by a group of pneumatic conveying means (15.1-15.3) which are designed to be collectively controllable for carrying out the bobbin changes.
- The textile machine as claimed in claim 1,
characterized in that the pneumatic conveying means (15.1-15.3) in the processing stations are arranged in the thread run between the winding devices (10.1-10.3) and the assigned delivery units (14). - The textile machine as claimed in claim 2,
characterized in that the delivery units (14) held so as to precede the winding devices (10.1-10.3) are formed by a delivery shaft (31) or by a plurality of delivery shafts (31.1, 31.2), on which the threads (11) are guided with at least multiple part looping. - The textile machine as claimed in one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the pneumatic conveying means (15.1-15.3) are formed in each case by a thread injector (45) which has a slotted guide duct (29) with a suction end (32) and with a blast end (33).
- The textile machine as claimed in claim 4,
characterized in that the guide duct (29) has a thread guide (34) in each case at the suction end (32) and at the blast end (33). - The textile machine as claimed in one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the pneumatic conveying means (15.1-15.3) assigned to a group of winding devices (10.1-10.3) can be connected to a compressed air source (36) by an actuating means (35.1).
- The textile machine as claimed in one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that, within the individual processing stations, a plurality of pneumatic conveying means (15, 37) are provided which are assigned to the delivery units (9, 14) and which can be activated during the piecing up of a thread and/or a bobbin change.
- The textile machine as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the thread suction means (16) are formed in each case by a station injector (23.1, 23.2) which is connected to a yarn waste container (28) by means of a blast end.
- The textile machine as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the thread suction means (16) are formed alternately by a movably designed station injector (38) which is connected at a blast end to a yarn waste container (28).
- The textile machine as claimed in claim 8,
characterized in that the station injector (38) and the yarn waste container (28) are combined into a mobile servicing unit (40), and in that the servicing unit (40) is held so as to be capable of traveling parallel to the winding devices (10.1-10.9) on one machine longitudinal side (39) by guide means (43, 46). - The textile machine as claimed in claim 10,
characterized in that the guide means (43, 46) is formed above or below the winding devices (10.1-10.9), and in that the servicing unit (40) is assigned a parking position for each of the winding devices (10.1-10.9) arranged next to one another along the guide means (43, 46). - The textile machine as claimed in claim 10,
characterized in that a plurality of compressed air connections (30.1, 30.2) are formed parallel to the guide means (43) on the machine longitudinal side (39), the compressed air connections (30.1, 30.2) being distributed to the individual parking positions of the servicing unit (40). - The textile machine as claimed in one of claims 8 to 12, characterized in that the servicing unit (40) comprises a plurality of station injectors (38.1, 38.2, 38.3) which are assigned alternately to the groups of winding devices (10.1-10.18).
- The textile machine as claimed in one of claims 8 to 13, characterized in that a movable thread suction gun (47) for the manual guidance of the threads during piecing up anew after a bobbin change is provided, and in that the thread suction gun (47) is connected to the yarn waste container via a discharge hose (48).
