Abstract

The pouch (1) has an opening (4) provided between a front face (2) and a rear face (3) for accessing a content (5) of the pouch. A flap (6) is connected to the front face and comprises a free end (7) folded towards the rear face to close the pouch. A button hole (8) fixes the pouch on a strap (9) e.g. belt, that encloses the pouch on a human body (10). The button hole is placed on the rear face (3) of the pouch. Description

Field of the invention

The invention relates to a pouch comprising a front face, a rear face, an opening located between the front face and the rear face and giving access to a contents of the pouch, a flap secured to the front face and a free end is able to fall back towards the rear face to close the pouch, the first means of fixing the pouch to a strap suitable for girdling the pouch to a part of a human body.

The invention also relates to a variant of such a pouch does not include the first fastening means but having a strap adapted to encase the pouch to a part of a human body.

State of the art

Such pockets of the document are known G 8531152 .

This document discloses indeed a pouch and a bracelet for girding the pocket for example on the wrist of an arm. This known pouch is intended to contain small flat objects such as for example a key or coins.

This pouch has a flap whose free end is adapted to fall back towards the rear face of the pouch, that is to say the face that will stick against the skin of the arm when worn. Such a cover prevents the cover from opening unexpectedly, thanks to the fact that when the cover is carried in the closed position, the flap will be stuck between the pocket and the skin or clothes of the person wearing it.

This document also discloses that the pouch and its opening, and therefore its content, are located on the inside of the bracelet, which reduces the risk of loss of content by the pressure that is exerted on said content when the pouch is worn. .

Such pouches, however, are unsuitable when they have to contain thicker objects, since it would become difficult to extract such objects from such a pouch, precisely because of the increased pressure exerted on the contents. They would also become very uncomfortable to wear in such circumstances.

Finally, with such pouches, the pressure exerted on the body of the person wearing it will vary according to the thickness of their contents, which on the one hand is impractical and on the other hand entails a risk of loss of content that varies according to said thickness. This disadvantage will occur especially when the user adds or removes objects from the cover.

Summary of the invention

An object of the invention is to provide a pouch that can contain a variable number of objects of different thicknesses without the disadvantages of the known pouch.

For this purpose, the pouch according to the invention is characterized in that the first fixing means are located on the rear face of the pocket and so that, in an open position of the pocket, the opening is on an outer side of the strap.

According to the variant above, the pouch according to the invention is characterized in that the strap is located in the extension of the rear face of the pouch so that, in an open position of the pouch, the opening is located an outer side of the strap.

In these two variants according to the invention, only the flap will be wedged between the pouch and the part of the body that carries the pouch, which maintains the safety aspect related to the folding inward of the flap, while the content is located on the outer side of the strap, which allows to place in the pocket a variable number of objects of different thicknesses without harming the comfort of the wearer, or the ease of extraction or insertion of objects in the sleeve by said wearer.

Another object of the invention is to reduce even more the risk that the cover does not open unexpectedly or that a malicious third person does not try to open the cover to steal the contents from its holder.

To this end, the pouch according to the invention is preferably characterized in that the free end of the flap is adapted to cover a substantial portion of the rear face of the pouch when the latter is in a closed position.

The fact of increasing the portion of the flap that will be stuck between the pouch and the part of the body that carries it when the pouch is worn closed increases the difficulty in opening the pouch.

In order to further improve safety, the pouch according to a further preferred version of the invention is characterized in that it comprises second fixing means for fixing the free end of the flap removably to the rear face.

Detailed description of particular embodiments

Fig.1 and 2 show schematically a known pouch, such as for example that disclosed by G-8531152.

Such a pouch (1) comprises a front face (2), a rear face (3), an opening (4) located between the front face and the rear face and giving access to a content (5) of the pouch, a flap (6) secured to the front face and a free end (7) is adapted to be folded towards the rear face to close the pouch, first fastening means (8) of the pouch to a bracelet (9) adapted to encircling the pouch to a part of a human body (10), for example an arm in the present case.

When this pouch is worn by a person, its content (5) will be on the inside of the bracelet (9), which will cause that said content will be wedged between the bracelet (9) and the body, for example the arm, the who wears it.

As can be seen in these figures, the pouch according to the invention comprises the same basic elements as the known pouch, namely a front face (2), a rear face (3), an opening (4) located between the front face and the rear face and giving access to a content (5) of the pouch, a flap (6) secured to the front face and a free end (7) is adapted to fall back to the rear face to close the pouch, as well as first fastening means (8) of the pouch to a strap (9) adapted to encase the pouch to a portion of a human body (10).

It should be understood that the rear face (3) of this pouch is the face that will be placed against the body (10) of the person who will wear the pouch. The front face (2) of this pocket is the opposite side to the rear face (3) and is therefore the face of the pocket that will be visible when the pocket will be worn by the person (10).

The pouch according to the invention is nevertheless distinguished from the known pouch by the fact that the first means of fixing (8) for attaching the pouch to the strap (9) are located on the rear face (3) of the pouch, so that when the pouch is in the open position, that is to say when the flap (6) is open, the opening (4) giving access to the contents (5) of the pouch, and therefore the contents (5) of the pouch are substantially on the outer side (11) of the strap (9). As illustrated in Figs. 3 and 4, the outer side (11) of the strap (9) is the visible side of said strap when the latter is carried by a person (10), while the inner side (12) of the strap (9) is the opposite side to the outer side (11), that is to say the side that will be placed against the body (10) of the person who will wear the pouch.

In this way, the content (5) is not stuck or tight against the body when the cover is worn.

The strap (9) can be of different shapes and sizes. Preferably, the strap (9) is a belt or a bracelet.

The pouch according to the invention can be girded by means of the strap (9) to different parts of the human body (10) such as for example at the waist, an arm, a leg or any other part of the human body which could be suitable for this purpose.

Figs. 5 and 6 show schematically another embodiment of the pouch (1) according to the invention.
According to this other embodiment, the flap (6) is substantially formed by an extension of the front face (2) and the rear face (3) of the pouch so that the opening (4) is substantially at the distal portion (7) of said flap. In this case, the flap (6) is also adapted to fall back towards the rear face (3), which has the effect of closing the pouch (1). When on the contrary the cover is in an open position, that is to say when the flap (6) is brought towards the front face, so in a non-folded position, the opening (4) of the cover and therefore its contents (5), are on an outer side (11) of the strap (9) when the pouch is worn by a person.

Figures 7 and 8 show a sectional view of two preferred embodiments of the pouch according to the invention. According to these preferred modes, the free end (7) of the flap (6) is able to cover a substantial part of the rear face (3) of the pouch when the pouch is in a closed position, that is to say when the flap (6) is folded towards the rear face (3). This increases the security of the closure of the cover when it is worn.

Preferably, the free end (7) of the flap (6) is able to cover at least a portion of the strap (9) when the pouch is in a closed position, that is to say when the flap (6) ) is folded towards the rear face (3), and that the pocket is carried by a person. This allows to wedge the free end (7) of the flap (6) between the inner side (11) of the strap and the body (10) of the person. This makes it possible to further increase the security of the closure of the pouch when it is worn.

We see an example of first fastening means (8) of the pouch to a strap (9). These first attachment means (8) comprise at least one lichette, in the example two lichettes, attached to the rear face (3) of the pouch and through which the strap (9) is able to pass.

Fig. 10 shows another particular embodiment of the pouch according to the invention seen from its rear face (3). There is another example of first fastening means (8) of the pouch to a strap (9). These first fastening means (8) comprise at least two buttonholes, in the example two buttonholes (8), formed in the rear face (3) of the pouch and through which the strap (9) is able to pass.

Fig 11 shows schematically an alternative embodiment of the pouch according to the invention.
According to this variant, the pouch (1) does not include the first fastening means (8) but comprises a strap (9) adapted to encase the pouch to a part of a human body. The strap (9) of a pouch according to this variant will be substantially in the extension of the rear face (3) so that the opening (4) is on the outer side (11) of the pouch when the pouch is in open position. In this variant, the strap (9) may be an insert, for example sewn or glued to the rear face (3) of the pouch, or may be an integral part of the rear face (3), for example a simple extension of the back side (3).

Fig. 12 shows an example of a pouch (1) according to the invention worn to the size of a person (10) by means of a belt (9).

Preferably, the pouch according to the invention comprises second attachment means (20) for fixing the free end (7) of the flap removably to the rear face (3). Such second attachment means may for example comprise at least one Velcro strip and / or at least one press button.

The pouch according to the invention can be made in different shapes and dimensions, depending on what it is supposed to contain.
