  2. Device according to claim 1 for mixing of products, characterised in that it comprises a rotary ejector unit (4) which is contained in the said perimeter which is delimited by the said wall(s) (32), and is designed to guide the said products towards the said recesses (321).
  3. Device according to claim 2 for mixing of products, characterised in that the said ejector unit (4) comprises a series of four blades (42) which are distributed around a central body (41), and form between one another angles of 90 aground the said central element (41).
  4. Device according to claim 4 for mixing of products, characterised in that the said blades (42) extend eccentrically relative to the axis of rotation of the said unit (4).
  5. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for mixing of products, characterised in that the said rotary element (2) comprises a series of blades (42) which extend from a central element (41), whilst being inclined downwards.
  6. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for mixing of products, characterised in that the said wall(s) (32) define(s) a cylindrical section.
  7. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for mixing of products, characterised in that the said wall(s) (32) define (s) a truncated cone.
  8. Sub-assembly to be fitted in a vessel in order to form a device according to at least one of the preceding claims, for mixing of products, at least one of which is liquid or pasty or semi-pasty, characterised in that it comprises at least one rotary element (2) and at least one receptacle (3) which is placed at the base of the said rotary element (2), the said rotary element (2) having means (22) for generation of a descending flow of the said products in the direction of the said receptacle (3), the said receptacle (3) comprising at least one wall (32) which delimits a perimeter, and having a plurality of recesses (321), the said receptacle (3) being integral in rotation with a scraper arm.
