Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé, composé de plusieurs modules fonctionnels juxtaposables, au moins une partie des modules fonctionnels configurables de façon modulaire contenant chacun un bloc pneumatique de base (10) unitaire, qui possède sur deux parois extérieures parallèles (11) des moyens de raccordement (12) pour établir les jonctions pneumatiques lors de la juxtaposition, au moins deux des autres parois extérieures du bloc pneumatique de base (10) possédant des interfaces pour la jonction avec des blocs fonctionnels (13, 16, 20, 21), au moins l'une des interfaces étant configurée pour recevoir différents blocs fonctionnels, dont l'un est un bloc de chaînage électrique pour le chaînage électrique longitudinal des modules fonctionnels, caractérisé en ce que le bloc fonctionnel (16 ; 29) conformé en bloc de chaînage contient des moyens électroniques de commande et de diagnostic et des moyens de visualisation pour des paramètres et/ou des opérations du processus et possède, sur ses parois latérales parallèles aux parois extérieures (11) du bloc pneumatique de base (10), des éléments d'enfichage électriques (17) pour un enfichage avec des blocs de chaînage (16) des autres modules fonctionnels.
  2. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les interfaces possèdent des moyens de jonction électriques et/ou pneumatiques, en particulier des moyens de jonction à fiche et/ou à vis.
  3. Dispositif de traitement à d'air comprimé selon la revendication 1
    ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bloc fonctionnel (16) conformé en bloc de chaînage possède, sur au moins une face non adjacente au bloc pneumatique de base (10), une interface (26) pour la jonction électrique avec au moins un bloc fonctionnel (13, 20, 21) adjacent au bloc pneumatique de base (10), l'interface (26) étant conformée en particulier en fiche électrique ou en logement pour fiche électrique.
  4. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le bloc fonctionnel (20, 21) au nombre d'au moins un recouvre le bloc pneumatique de base (10) et le bloc fonctionnel (16) conformé en bloc de chaînage.
  5. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un bloc fonctionnel (13) conformé en bloc avant et pouvant être rapporté sur la face avant du bloc pneumatique de base (10) est relié électriquement au bloc fonctionnel (16) conformé en bloc de chaînage par l'intermédiaire du bloc pneumatique de base (10) ou d'un bloc fonctionnel (20) relié à lui et est muni de préférence d'un dispositif d'affichage (14) et/ou d'éléments de commande (15).
  6. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bloc fonctionnel (16 ; 29) conformé en bloc de chaînage possède des moyens de décodage électriques et/ou mécaniques pour reconnaître le bloc fonctionnel (13, 20, 21) à chaque fois raccordé.
  7. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bloc fonctionnel (16 ; 29) conformé en bloc de chaînage contient une interface de bus de terrain.
  8. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bloc fonctionnel (29) conformé en bloc de chaînage est constitué d'un élément de tête de ligne (30) ainsi que d'un bloc électronique (32) couplable électriquement à celui-ci.
  9. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bloc fonctionnel (16 ; 29) conformé en bloc de chaînage contient au moins un circuit imprimé (19) qui peut être relié électriquement, en particulier enfiché, avec des circuits imprimés (22 à 25) de blocs fonctionnels (13, 20, 21) pouvant être couplés à lui.
  10. Dispositif de traitement d'air comprimé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des blocs de filtration et/ou des blocs régulateurs de pression et/ou des blocs de vannes et/ou des blocs lubrificateurs et/ou des blocs de capteurs et/ou des blocs sécheurs et/ou des blocs distributeurs sont conformés en blocs fonctionnels (20, 21) pouvant être raccordés au choix au bloc pneumatique de base (10).
