Abstract

  1. Container according to Claim 1, characterized in that the lateral distance (d) between the internal lower peripheral region of the lid (6) and the external lower peripheral region of the container (1) is less than the height (H) of the cutter thread or threads (5) on the latter, in order for the lid (6) to be tightened by elastic deformation on the container (1) when it is unscrewed for the first time, and to promote the creation of the definitive imprint of the thread (9) on the lid (6).
  3. Container according to Claim 1, characterized in that the microthreads (9) on the lid (6) also have a triangular section, but this is produced at a different orientation from that of the cutter thread or threads (5) on the container (1), such that said triangular section of the microthreads (9) has an approximately horizontal first, upper side (10) which is thus approximately perpendicular to the inner wall of the skirt (8) on the lid (6), and an inclined second, lower side (11) forming a slope, which is produced in the direction of initial snap-fastening (F) so as to promote the latter on the one hand, while avoiding the snap-release thereof by vertical translation on the other hand, by the horizontal upper side (10) of the microthreads (9) on the lid (6) bearing against a lower side (12) of the cutter thread or threads (5) on the container (1).
  4. Container according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the lid (6) has a tamperproofing strip (13) extending on the lower part of its peripheral skirt (8), beyond the microthreads (9), the strip (13) being connected to said skirt (8) by a low-resistance peripheral region (14) which is defined by a first, external peripheral notch (15) and a second, internal peripheral notch (16), both notches being produced opposite one another between the strip (13) and the skirt (8), in the region (14), and in that the container (1) has a peripheral stop (17) which is produced under the cutter threads (5) on said container (1) and has a form corresponding approximately to the second, internal peripheral notch (16) defining the low-resistance region (14) on the lid (6), said stop (17) being housed in said notch (16) in order to be retained there until said tamperproofing strip (13) is torn off by pulling on a tab (23).
  5. Container according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the constituent material of the container (1), and thus of the cutter thread or threads (5), has a hardness and a modulus greater than those of the constituent material of the lid (6), and thus of the outline threads (9), so as to enable the cutter thread or threads to penetrate the fragile outlines of the grooves in the lid (6).
  6. Container according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the constituent material of the container (1) is polypropylene.
  7. Container according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the constituent material of the lid (6) is polyethylene, preferably high- or medium-density polyethylene.
  8. Container according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the lid (6) has an external upper peripheral lip (19) that is formed by a fold defining an internal peripheral housing (20) that has an overall U shape and is intended for the insertion of the upper rim of the container (1) during closure, said internal housing (20) having two peripheral beads (21, 22) that are offset in height with respect to one another, the lower bead (21) being produced on one of the walls of the housing (20) at a distance from the other, opposing wall, which is greater than the thickness (e) of the rim of the container (1) in order that it can be easily inserted, and the other, upper bead (22) being produced on the other wall at a distance from the first bead (21) that is less than the thickness (e) of the rim of the container (1), so as to create a lever effect and thus a deformation of the housing (20) at the end of the snap-fastening or at the end of the screwing of the lid, the effect of this being to tighten said upper rim of the container (1) in the housing (20) in the lid (6), and thus to bring about internal and external sealing.
  9. Container according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the lid (6) has a succession of beads (24, 25) (at least one) which are produced on the external upper peripheral lip and on the opposite internal peripheral lip so as to form a housing that has an overall U shape and is intended for the insertion of the upper rim of the container (1) during closure, said internal housing having a plurality of peripheral beads (24, 25) (at least one), the distance between these inner beads (24) and outer beads (25) being less than the thickness (e) of the rim of the container (1) in order to enable the tightening of said upper rim of the container (1) in the housing (20) in the lid (6), and thus to bring about internal and external sealing.
