Definitions
- the invention relates to a heat exchanger, in particular a boiler, for non-contact transmission of the heat energy of a first fluid, in particular flue gas, to a second fluid, in particular a heat transfer fluid or water, wherein the heat exchanger has periodically to be cleaned inner surfaces.
- DE 20122403 discloses a heat transfer according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Heat exchangers of the type in question are known in particular from conventional power plants, waste incineration plants or plants operated with organic fuels. These heat exchangers serve to transfer the thermal energy of a first fluid, for example a flue gas, without contact to a second fluid.
- the second fluid may be, for example, deionized water (eg in the steam generator of a conventional power plant) or a non-boiling heat transfer fluid (for example thermal oil).
- a device for cleaning a flue of a combustion plant is known.
- a leading the cleaning medium hose is introduced into the flue gas to be cleaned.
- the cleaning medium can then be conducted to the inner walls of the flue gas duct via an end nozzle head of the hose.
- From the DE 201 22 403 U1 is a generic device, namely a boiler of a combustion plant with a cleaning system known.
- a hose leading the cleaning medium can be introduced into the interior of the trigger to be cleaned.
- the hose has at its end a rotating nozzle head, which can be driven by the cleaning medium.
- the nozzle head has a complicated mechanism, on the one hand requires high initial investment and on the other hand due to the high operating temperature and the aggressive ambient media has increased susceptibility and a low life. Furthermore, due to the aforementioned mechanism, the nozzle head has too large external dimensions in order to be able to achieve narrowly subdivided or angled inner surfaces of the heat exchanger.
- the present invention is therefore the object of a heat exchanger of the type mentioned in such a design and further, that a cost-effective, gentle, reliable and thorough cleaning of the inner surfaces is possible.
- a heat exchanger of the type mentioned above is characterized in that the interior of the heat exchanger is constructed geometrically irregular or is divided into hard to reach subregions, and periodically to be cleaned inner surfaces of pipes, coils, tube baskets or the like, and the heat exchanger a plurality lockable Has housing openings, wherein each housing opening is associated with its own cleaning device, with a detergent releasing a cleaning medium for cleaning the inner surfaces in the respective housing opening and retractable, and wherein a cleanability of each portion of the inner surface of the heat exchanger is achieved.
- a plurality of housing openings is arranged in the housing of the heat exchanger, wherein each housing opening is assigned a cleaning device.
- each partial area of the interior of the heat exchanger can be opened in the housing assign. This is particularly advantageous if the interior of the heat exchanger is constructed geometrically irregular or is divided into hard to reach subregions.
- each individual cleaning device is operated with a reduced cleaning medium volume flow.
- thermal shock excessive cooling of immediately adjacent heat transfer surfaces
- the amount of cleaning medium can be reduced overall, since the cleaning medium can be used in a targeted and metered manner.
- the invention also makes it possible to use mechanically simple design and very compact cleaning devices, which on the one hand allow a reduced capital outlay and on the other hand excellent accessibility of very narrow subdivided interior areas of the heat exchanger.
- a plurality of compact cleaning devices can be brought in by otherwise suitably positioned housing openings in the heat exchanger to otherwise difficult to reach inner surfaces in order to clean them.
- This advantage according to the invention is particularly important since the heat-transferring inner surfaces consist of tubes, tube coils, tube baskets or the like.
- the spaces between adjacent pipes can be cleaned very thoroughly. This cleaning option is not known in systems according to the prior art, which provide the cleaning meter wide flue gas ducts with flat inner surfaces.
- the heat exchanger according to the invention may have a box or cylindrical shape or any other conventional form.
- the shape of a vertical cylinder is particularly suitable if, as heat transfer surfaces, heating coils or upright, optionally concentric, and multi-layer tubular baskets are to be used.
- the housing openings are formed as a nozzle and, where appropriate, can be closed by flanged lid.
- the entire heat exchanger additionally has a removable housing cover or at least one cleaning opening for maintenance or for standstill cleaning.
- a cleaning opening for example, as a manhole
- the housing cover preferably extends over the entire upper side of the heat exchanger housing. Accordingly, a suitable housing cover for a heat exchanger according to the invention in the form of a vertical cylinder has a circular disk shape.
- the heat-transmitting inner surfaces of the heat exchanger have a tubular design. With regard to an enlarged heat transfer surface while the second fluid in pipes through the interior of the heat exchanger is feasible. With regard to a particularly good utilization of the existing interior, the heat-transferring inner surfaces can be designed as multi-layer, concentrically arranged tubular baskets.
- a tube basket has the shape of a stationary heating coil. In this case, the windings can rest on one another or be spaced apart in the axial direction.
- At least one of the provided cleaning devices as a cleaning agent on a cleaning medium leading hose with an end cleaning head with at least one discharge opening for a cleaning medium. Due to the axial flexibility of the hose this can be stored in a small footprint, for example, when rolled up.
- the hose has a low axial moment of resistance at the same time increased polar resistance moment.
- this means that the hose has increased flexibility with simultaneously increased torsional stability.
- Increased torsional stability prevents twisting of the hose during the cleaning operation, so that the position of the dispensing opening or the dispensing openings for the cleaning medium can not change undesirably.
- the hose is made of temperature-resistant steel, in particular as a corrugated hose or as a bellows, and optionally can be cooled by the cleaning medium.
- the hose can be extended or retracted into the housing opening via a deflection roller which is arranged above the respective housing opening and optionally driven. If the pulley can be driven by a motor and a corresponding control, the immersion depth of the hose and thus the exact position of the cleaning head within the heat exchanger is particularly precisely controlled. Furthermore, during normal operation of the heat exchanger, the hose can be easily removed from the housing opening via the deflection roller, after which it can be closed.
- a development of the invention is proposed, in which a second deflection roller is provided, via which the hose in cooperation with the first deflection roller to avoid twisting meandering feasible.
- the second deflection roller can be arranged offset from the first deflection roller obliquely downwards. Due to the enlarged support or guide surface for the hose and the possibility thereby created, to act on the hose between the two rollers with a bias, an undesirable twist or torsion of the hose is avoidable.
- the hose can be retracted or extended by lifting or lowering the second deflection roller into the respective housing opening.
- the end-side cleaning head of the hose may have a nozzle or one or more, in particular opposite pairs of nozzles for discharging the cleaning medium.
- the discharge rate and the precision of the cleaning medium jet can be significantly increased.
- nozzle or the nozzles are aligned horizontally or slightly inclined upward.
- the ceiling of the heat exchanger can be cleaned and at the same time an effective cleaning possibility for substantially horizontally oriented pipe interspaces is created, as they occur, for example, when using tubular baskets as heat transfer surfaces.
- the axial distance of adjacent pairs of nozzles can substantially correspond to the distance to be cleaned between pipe spaces (gusset).
- a nozzle pair can clean a substantially horizontally extending tube gap.
- the adjacent pairs of nozzles are offset in the axial direction of the tube in each case by exactly one pipe diameter, so that they can each aim in the nearest pipe gap or gusset.
- this also specifies a development in which a temperature shock can be avoided by direct impact of the cleaning medium on the center of the heating pipe.
- the orientation of the nozzle or the nozzles during the cleaning operation adjustable and / or the position of the cleaning head within the heat exchanger during the cleaning operation changeable. This can be inaccessible during the cleaning operation or angled inner surfaces targeted approach with the cleaning head according to the invention and clean completely.
- the cleaning head can be used as a closure for the respective housing opening during normal operation of the heat exchanger.
- the cleaning head can be retracted from the heat exchanger by pulling the hose out until it comes to a stop in the housing opening assigned to it.
- sealing surfaces of the cleaning head can then remain as a closure in the housing opening, which can be dispensed with a cover for the housing opening.
- At least one of the cleaning devices as cleaning agent has a blowing lance with at least one discharge opening for the cleaning medium.
- cleaning devices with a hose as a cleaning agent cleaning devices with a blowing lance can also be provided as the cleaning agent.
- the person skilled in the art will decide on an embodiment in which either all cleaning devices have a hose or all cleaning devices have a lance as cleaning agent.
- a blowing lance has the advantage that it is not only vertically, but also horizontally and / or obliquely in the respective housing opening on or extendable.
- this can be made of temperature-resistant steel and optionally be cooled by the cleaning medium. Furthermore, an internal cooling circuit for the lance or the blowing lances can be provided so that they can remain in this during normal operation of the heat exchanger.
- the lance may have at its end an axially aligned nozzle and / or one or more, in particular opposite, substantially radially aligned nozzle pairs for discharging the cleaning medium.
- the axial distance of adjacent pairs of nozzles in the lance according to the invention substantially corresponds to the distance between the pipe interspaces (gusset) to be cleaned within the heat exchanger, to which reference is also made to the above statements with respect to the cleaning hose.
- blowing lance can be moved back and forth during the cleaning operation.
- the lance can be designed so that it can be flanged off outside of the dipping into the housing portion.
- the housing cover of the heat exchanger can be removed without the lance having to be moved completely out of the heat exchanger, so that a lower ceiling height for the location of the heat exchanger can be realized.
- the flange area can be used as a closure for the respective housing opening during normal operation of the heat exchanger. This means that the lance can be retracted so far into the heat exchanger until the flange area appropriately contacts the respective housing opening and seals it.
- the lance has a stop which can be used as a closure for the respective housing opening during normal operation of the heat exchanger.
- This stop can be arranged in the upper region of the lance, which does not dive into the heat exchanger.
- Fig. 1 shows a schematic sectional side view of a first embodiment of the device according to the invention. Shown is a heat exchanger, which is designed here as a boiler 1.
- the boiler 1 has a circular cross-sectional area and is horizontal, that is arranged upright.
- the boiler 1 has a plurality of closable housing openings 2, of which only three are shown in the sectional view.
- the housing openings 2 are formed in a removable cover 3 of the boiler 1. By removing the lid 3, the interior of the boiler 1 is accessible for maintenance or shutdown cleaning.
- the housing openings 2 are formed in the lid 3 as a nozzle 4, whereby they can be closed by flangeable cover or other suitable devices.
- the boiler 1 has inside extended internal surfaces 5, which must be cleaned regularly, since the boiler 1 is flowed through during operation of dust-carrying flue gas.
- the proportion of the inner surfaces 5, which serves as a heat-transferring surface is formed in the embodiment shown by two concentric tube baskets 6. These are two tube coils which are in one another, through which the second, heat-absorbing fluid can be guided.
- the first, heat-emitting fluid flows through the interior of the heat exchanger.
- the first fluid is smoke or combustion gases.
- each housing opening 2 is assigned its own cleaning device 8 in order to periodically remove the deposits occurring.
- cleaning device 8 only one cleaning device 8 is shown here.
- the cleaning device 8 consists of a cleaning agent 9, which is designed here as a hose 10. Furthermore, a cleaning head 11 for discharging the cleaning medium is assigned to the end of the hose 10.
- the hose 10 is made of temperature-resistant steel in the form of a corrugated hose. He is flexible, but at the same time has an increased polar moment of resistance, which counteracts a twisting of the hose 10.
- the hose 10 serves both as a supply line for the cleaning medium and for positioning of the cleaning head 11 for discharging the medium. He is thereby cooled by the flowing cleaning medium.
- the use of the cleaning device 8 can be carried out both during operation of the heat exchanger at temperatures up to about 1000 ° C and during the standstill of the device.
- the tube 10 is guided over a first deflection roller 12, which is arranged above the corresponding housing opening 2.
- This first guide roller 12 is driven by a frequency-controlled geared motor.
- the hose 10 is further guided in a meandering manner over a second deflection roller 13, which is arranged obliquely below the first deflection roller 12.
- This second guide roller 13 compensates for the change in length of the tube 10 during extension and retraction from the boiler 1 and holds the tube 10 while under a certain tension. Furthermore, the second deflection roller 13 prevents the tube 10 from twisting, which could lead to a rotation of the cleaning head 11 within the heat exchanger.
- the hose 10 can be moved in and out of the heating boiler 1 by lifting and lowering the second deflection roller 13 when the first deflection roller 12 is not driven. In the embodiment shown, however, the first guide roller 12 is driven.
- the conveying speed of the cleaning head 11 and the cleaning time are regulated by a programmable logic controller.
- the hose 10 terminates at a connection 14, through which the cleaning medium can be fed.
- the cleaning head 11 For cleaning the inner surfaces 5 of the boiler 1, the cleaning head 11 on an opposite pair of nozzles 15, in which case only the front nozzle 15 is visible.
- the nozzles 15 are aligned in such a way that, with a correspondingly accurate height adjustment of the cleaning head 11, they are aimed exactly into the respectively closest tube gap 7, in order to be able to clean them particularly thoroughly.
- the cleaning head 11 may also have a plurality of horizontally spaced nozzle pairs, wherein the distance between the nozzle pairs may each correspond to the distance between two adjacent pipe spaces 7.
- the nozzles 15 are aligned substantially horizontally.
- the nozzles 15 may also be designed to be adjustable within the cleaning head 11. Furthermore, by a variability of the position of the cleaning head 11 during operation, the entire area below the respective housing opening 2 (from the lid 3 to the bottom of the boiler 1) are approached.
- Fig. 2 shows a schematic sectional side view of a second embodiment of the heat exchanger according to the invention.
- the boiler 1 has the same features as in Fig. 1 shown embodiment, which is why to avoid repetition of the above description Fig. 1 is referenced.
- the cleaning device 8 as a cleaning agent 9 on a lance 16, which is for cleaning the inner surfaces 5 of the boiler 1 in a respective associated housing opening 2 and retractable.
- each housing opening 2 is assigned its own cleaning device 8, but for reasons of clarity of representation is both in Fig. 1 as well as in Fig. 2 only one cleaning device 8 is shown in each case.
- the housing openings 2 are all arranged in the lid 3 of the boiler 1, so that the lance 16 is vertically fed from above.
- the lance 16 is made of temperature-resistant steel and cooled by the NASAstandardde cleaning medium.
- the illustrated lance 16 has a plurality of axially spaced pairs of nozzles 15 through which the cleaning medium for cleaning the inner surfaces 5 can be discharged. Of these opposing nozzle pairs only the front nozzles 15 are visible in this illustration.
- the nozzles 15 are oriented substantially radially (with respect to the blade axis) so that they can be arranged so that they are aimed directly into the tube spaces 7 that are particularly difficult to clean.
- the nozzles 15 can be arranged so that the lance 16 is particularly suitable for cleaning columns, partitions or housing walls, depending on the positioning of the lance 16 and the respectively associated housing opening. 2
- the lance 16 is provided with a flange 17.
- the lance 16 can be flanged to ensure removability of the cover 3, without having to provide a corresponding building height for complete removal of the lance 16 from the boiler 1.
- the positioning of the lance 16 within the boiler 1 is changeable and controllable via an adjusting device 18.
- About the adjusting device 18 to be cleaned inner surfaces 5 can be approached.
- the blowing lance 16 can be axially reciprocated during the cleaning process by means of the adjusting device 18 in order to ensure a particularly thorough cleaning.
- the adjusting device 18 makes it possible in particular to approach the tube interspaces 7, which are difficult to clean, particularly precisely.
- Cleaning time, depth of travel and movement of the lance 16 can be controlled by a programmable logic controller, whereby a fully automatic cleaning of the boiler 1 is possible.
- the lance 16 is connected via a flexible line 19 to the connection 14 for the supply of the cleaning medium.
- Fig. 3 shows a plan view of the boiler 1 from Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 ,
- the boiler 1 has a circular base and has the shape of a standing cylinder.
- the inner surfaces 5 consist on the one hand of the inner walls of the housing and on the other hand of the heat-transmitting inner surfaces 5, which are formed as two concentric tube baskets 6. In this illustration, it becomes clear how difficult it is to access the inner surfaces 5 for cleaning devices.
- the cleaning device can have both a hose with a cleaning head and a blowing lance as a cleaning agent 9. Due to the number and distribution of the cleaning agent 9, the entire inner surface 5 of the boiler 1 is gentle and at the same time thoroughly cleanable.
- Fig. 4 shows a schematic representation of the cleaning process enabled by the invention.
- the cleaning medium 20 can be deployed in such a way that the inner surfaces 5, which are particularly difficult to access, for example between the tubular baskets 6, can be thoroughly cleaned off.
- the pipe interspaces which are not achievable with systems according to the state of the art, are particularly easy to clean.
- the cleaning medium can be dispensed particularly sparingly, since it is particularly suitable for use. This can reduce both operating and investment costs. Furthermore, the heat exchanger according to the invention does not contain a cleaning device which has a complicated and trouble-prone mechanism. This ensures a particularly long service life and reliability of the heat exchanger according to the invention.
