  • the recessed lighting fixture according to the present invention achieves the objects indicated above, in particular providing for a lamp which is perfectly flush with the wall, ceiling or floor on which it is recessed and which is capable of drastically reducing (even nearly eliminating) the light and shadow effects of the traditional recessed lamps, due to the combined action of the reflecting walls which are appropriately positioned and tilted with respect to each other.

Claims (11)

  1. Leuchtvorrichtung (10), die in einer Ausnehmung an einer Wand (P), an einer Decke (S) oder an einem Boden installierbar ist und mindestens eine betrieblich mit einem Gehäuse (18) verbundene Lichtquelle (14) umfasst, wobei das Gehäuse (18) mit einem im Wesentlichen flachen Außenumfangsrand (20) versehen ist, der zum Aufliegen auf der gleichen Fläche der Wand (P), der Decke (S) oder des Bodens geformt ist, an der/dem die Vorrichtung (10) eingelassen ist, wobei der Außenumfangsrand (20) mindestens eine Auslassmündung (30) umgibt und definiert, durch die der von der Lichtquelle (14) abgestrahlte Lichtstrahl austritt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Außenumfangsrand (20) des Gehäuses (18) mindestens eine erste im Wesentlichen flache Reflektionswand (24) vorgesehen ist, welche die Auslassmündung (30) zumindest teilweise blockiert, wobei die erste Reflektionswand (24) einen Teil der von der Lichtquelle (14) abgestrahlten Lichtstrahlen ablenkt, um sie in Richtung mindestens einer zweiten Reflektionswand (26) zu richten, welche die Oberfläche der Innenseite des Gehäuses (18) zumindest teilweise abdeckt, und wobei die zweite Reflektionswand (26) bezüglich der ersten Reflektionswand (24) um einen vorbestimmten Winkel (α) verkippt ist, um den Lichtstrahlteil in eine Richtung nahezu parallel zu der Wand (P), der Decke (S) oder dem Boden, an der/dem die Vorrichtung (10) eingelassen ist, zu richten.
  2. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Reflektionswand (24) auf einer gleichen Ebene liegt, auf der der Außenumfangsrand (20) und die Wand (P), die Decke (S) oder der Boden liegen, wenn die Leuchtvorrichtung (10) in einer Betriebsposition in der Ausnehmung installiert ist.
  3. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) zwischen der ersten Reflektionswand (24) und der zweiten Reflektionswand (26) von 90° bis 160° variiert.
  4. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere transparente(r) Schirm(e) (22) innerhalb des Gehäuses (18) vorgesehen ist/sind, wobei der eine oder die mehreren transparente(n) Schirm(e) (22) bezüglich der Auslassmündung (30) und folglich bezüglich der Wand (P), der Decke (S) oder des Bodens in variablen Abständen und Neigungen angeordnet ist/sind.
  5. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine oder die mehreren transparente(n) Schirm(e) (22) mit der ersten Reflektionswand (24) und mit der zweiten Reflektionswand (26) zusammenwirken, um den Lichtstrahlteil in eine Richtung nahezu parallel zu der Wand (P), der Decke (S) oder des Bodens zu richten, an der/dem die Vorrichtung (10) eingelassen ist.
  6. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine oder die mehreren transparente(n) Schirm(e) (22) aus farbigen, neutralen, sandgestrahlten oder prismatischen Glasplatten besteht/bestehen.
  7. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Oberflächenabschnitt der Innenseite des Gehäuses (18) gegenüber demjenigen, an dem die zweite Reflektionsoberfläche (26) angeordnet ist, mindestens eine lichtundurchlässige Wand (28) vorgesehen ist, welche die Bildung von parasitären Lichtreflektionen verhindert.
  8. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausdehnung der lichtundurchlässigen Wand (28) von der Neigung der Lichtquelle (14) bezüglich der Ebene, an der die Wand (P), die Decke (S) oder der Boden liegen, und von den Gesamtabmessungen der Leuchtvorrichtung (10) abhängt.
  9. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Reflektionswand (24) in einer Kreissegment- oder Bogenform ausgebildet ist.
  10. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der zweiten Reflektionswand (26) eben ist.
  11. Leuchtvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der zweiten Reflektionswand (26) gekrümmt ist.
