Abstract

The wall has a pivotable wall (13) that is supported by a support profile (16) at its rear side and has plastic sheets (131-136). The support profile is pivoted at a face plate (11) by an articulated connection e.g. cardan joint, around a horizontally rotatable axis that lies parallel to the pivotable axis and around a rotatable axis that is transverse to the pivotable axis. A free end of the support profile is connected with the wall (13) using a locking device that has a bolt.

Description

The invention relates to a flood protection wall with a sheet pile wall inserted into the ground or into a dike, on which a top plate is mounted, with which a wall which is manually pivotable about a horizontal longitudinal axis without further aids is connected. Such a flood protection wall, for example, in the documents of the DE-Utility Model 20 2006 011 308.8 described.

It can be seen from the aforementioned publication that flood protection is of considerable importance both on the coast and also on rivers, especially when these cities pass through. Short-term rainfall or sudden onset of snowmelt, cumulatively if necessary, can cause the water level to increase so that protective measures are required in the short term. Experience has shown that dykes do not adequately withstand the hydrostatic pressure of an increased water level after long periods of sagging, so that even dike breaches must be counteracted from the outset in a preventative manner. An effective means here is a sheet pile adapted to the dike, which consists of several individual profiles which are connected via so-called locks along their longitudinal edges. The EP 0695832 B1 also describes locks that are provided with a seal, so that sheet pile walls can be built relatively waterproof. For optical reasons, one will endeavor to end sheet pile walls in the dike area or to let the upper part of the sheet pile wall only with a height that ends in non-flood danger below the field of view of residents and strollers.

From the DE 195 12 544 C1 also demountable flood protection walls are known in which to be used in stationary receptacles releasably inserted posts and wall sections used between the posts as a barrier to flood protection. However, such removable flood protection walls require that there are provided along the river or the dike installations for receiving the posts, which can be quickly exposed if necessary. In addition, it is necessary in case of accumulating floods needed posts and Bring wall sections and any fasteners such as screws or bolts to the installation site. Such a flood protection wall requires a complex storage and transport logistics.

Stationary flood protection devices are for example in the DE 196 51 189 A1 described. Such fixedly installed devices have a connected at least to the shore protection wall, on the front side a floating body is attached, wherein the protective wall is pivotally connected by means of a pivot bearing on the bank, so that this protective wall rests on the shore at low water and in the course of the rise of the Water level automatically swings up while raising the float to the shore side. Disadvantageously, such devices are not completely maintenance-free, since it must always be ensured that all pivot bearings are uniformly functional, on the other hand, it must also be ensured that the float remain attached to the intended lower edges of the pivot wall.

In the DE 299 16 355 U1 It is proposed to pivot a hinged wall from the horizontal to a vertical position by means of hydraulic cylinders. Even such hydraulic cylinders as well as other mechanical swiveling devices require intensive maintenance.

The DE 102 01 882 A1 describes a flood protection device having a flooded container disposed in the bottom, in which a number of floats is arranged, on which lifting walls are supported, which float on the rise of the water level in the container and the lifting walls to move out of the container. The lifting walls should consist of laminated wood and be connected via a hinge connection with the respective floating body, which also consists at least partially of laminated wood, so that the float and the laminated wood wall collectively take over the lifting function. Disadvantageously, such floats can easily tilt, so that u. U. the floating is blocked. In addition, such floats can be installed functionally reliable even over a limited length.

Another flood protection wall will be installed in the FR 2 876 716 described having individual anchored in the ground post, between which individual elements are successively inserted and anchored together, which together form a wall. To support the post, a support profile is used on the back, which is attached at the upper end to a post and at the lower end in an anchorage, which also receives another horizontal support.

The support profile is pivotable at the foot end both about a horizontal axis and about an axis perpendicular thereto.

It is an object of the present invention to improve the handling of the aforementioned flood protection wall, so that a stable wall can be erected in the short term without further aids.

This object is achieved by the flood protection wall according to claim 1, which is characterized according to the invention in that the pivotable wall is supported by support profiles on the back plate via a universal joint both to a horizontal, parallel to the pivot axis of the wall axis of rotation and a For this purpose, substantially vertical axis of rotation in the same plane are pivotable, and which are connectable at its other free end via a locking device with the folded-up wall. With this configuration, not only the respective pivotable walls can be easily erect, but also connect with support profiles that are secured against loss on the top plate. Said articulated connection can consist of two juxtaposed joints or a universal joint. The supports are pivoted by these joints not only in the oblique position in which they act as a support of the wall against the upcoming hydrostatic pressure on the other side, but also in a direction in the pivoting of the support profiles can be brought into a horizontal position, which lies inside the top plate.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the locking device on a bolt, in particular as part of a gun connector, which is plugged through provided on lugs of the wall and in the support profile holes. Preferably, said tabs are attached to an angle profile, which is mounted parallel to the pivot axis of the wall rear side. The angle profile can serve to fasten or stabilize the wall. To establish the flood protection wall, the pivotable wall is folded up into a vertical position, whereby the support profiles are exposed, which are then placed in a vertical position and then in an inclined position, in which pivots the free end of the support profiles next to a tab or between two tabs is so that the respective existing holes are congruent side by side and allow the insertion of a bolt, creating an easily manageable and secure locking is created.

Hollow profiles, preferably square hollow sections, have proven particularly useful as support profiles.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the pivotable wall is composed of individual plastic elements, in particular tabular elements, which are glued or screwed together and to which the back said angle profile is attached. Such plastic elements in particular have the advantage of a lower weight with sufficient stability, which can be reinforced in particular by said angle profile and the attachment in the region of the axis of rotation. Preferably, the pivotable wall is attached at its lower end to a rotatably mounted, in cross-section round profile body, in particular a hollow tube. Further preferably, the plastic elements or extensions connected thereto are formed as a clamping body which engage around the cross-sectional profile body.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, an angle section is attached to the top plate with an inserted elastic seal which is sealingly compressible by the pivoting wall.

Stahlrohr gefertigt.Said angle profiles, hollow tubes and support profiles are preferably made of steel or steel tube.

The flood protection wall consists of several sheet pile wall elements, not shown, which are connected with Larssen locks to a wall. Locks for Z-shaped sheet pile profiles are for example from the DE 38 15 236 also known as corresponding seals and methods and tools for introducing a seal in sheet pile locks, for example, in the EP 0695832 B1 to be discribed.

On the steel sheet pile head an IPE carrier is welded as a head plate 11 watertight to the sheet pile wall head. At the upper end of this head plate, a hinge-like joint 12 is fixed, which in detail in Fig. 5 shown and explained later. The pivotable wall 13 consists of individual plastic panels 131 to 136, which are glued together or connected via tongue and groove profiles and bolted to an angle bar 14. At this angle profiles 14 two tabs are welded with holes at a distance from each other, which serve by means of a gun connector 15 or bolt as a fastener for the free end of a support 16. For this purpose, the bolt piece 17 is inserted through holes in said tabs as well as through existing holes in the support section 16 therethrough.

The connection described by means of a bolt or gun connector is robust and easy and safe to use, however, the upper connection 18 may be formed as a snap or locking connection, in the against the pressure of a Spring a locking member is first pressed into the open position. As soon as the cross member of a support reaches the recess of this locking member, the connection snaps under the pressure or train of a spring.

The lower attachment point of the folded-up support 16 is formed as a hinge 19, which in detail in Fig. 6 is shown. On the top plate 11, a first U-profile 20 is welded to the "free ends" of the two legs, whereas a bolt is inserted through the base of this U-profile in a local hole, the opening of the base of another U-section 22nd protrudes, so that the two profiles 20 and 22 are rotatable against each other; the bolt 21 serves as a rotation axis.

The free legs of the U-profile 22 also have holes which are congruent to corresponding holes of the support section 16 which is pivotally mounted about a pin 23 about this pin 23 as a pivot axis to the U-profile 22. The double joint 19 thus allows pivotal movements of the support profile 16 about the longitudinal axes of the bolts 21 and 23, so that the support profile 16 both by the angle α (see Fig. 2 ) is pivotable about a first horizontal axis as well as about 90 ° about an axis perpendicular thereto, which lies in the same plane as the first pivot axis. As a result, as shown in FIG Fig. 3 the support section 16 are stored in the unlocked state on the top plate 11 below the folded-down wall 13.

Fig. 6 It can also be seen that on the top plate 11 still another tab 24 is fixed with a bore 25 so that when folded down a tab on the angle section 14, which also has a bore, so comes to cover, that the wall thirteenth can be secured by a padlock in the folded down state.

The hinge 12 of the fold-up wall 13 is in detail Fig. 5 refer to. The wall 13 has in its underside extensions 26 with a part-circular recess which comprise a tube 27 by clamping. The tube 27 is on the top plate 11 rotatably mounted. On the top plate 11, an angle section 28 is further welded, in the groove an elastic seal 29 is disposed over the entire length. When swinging the wall 13, this seal 29 is compressed.
