Als problematischstes Verarbeitungsverfahren bei der Veredelung von Bedruckstoffen ist das Stanzen anzusehen. Bei dem Stanzen werden, wie in Fig. 1 für einen Stanzbogen mit einer Vielzahl von Faltschachtelzuschnitten dargelegt, die einzelnen Stanzzuschnitte A aus dem Gesamtbogen C separiert. Dabei fällt ein so genannter Rahmen an, der im Wesentlichen aus dem Papierrand des Bogens besteht und eine Menge von kleinen Abfallteilen B, die insbesondere bei verschränkter Anordnung der Zuschnitte A auf dem Druckbogen C, anfallen.
