Abstract

Distributeur de produits en rouleaux comprenant - un premier espace interne (1) destiné à contenir un premier rouleau, - une première ouverture (10) en forme de fente parallèle à l'axe XX' du premier rouleau tel que stocké (maintenu) dans le premier espace interne (1), - au moins un deuxième espace interne (2) destiné à stocker un deuxième rouleau dont l'axe YY' est parallèle à celui du premier rouleau, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une deuxième ouverture (11) présentant une fente parallèle à l'axe du deuxième rouleau pour la sortie d'une extrémité du deuxième rouleau, ladite fente (110) ayant une longueur inférieure à la largeur du deuxième rouleau afin de freiner le dévidage dudit rouleau.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne le domaine des distributeurs de produits en rouleaux, et plus précisément pouvant contenir plusieurs rouleaux arrangés avec des axes parallèles entre eux, et ayant plusieurs fentes ou ouvertures pour la sortie (ou distribution) des produits enroulés.
  • On connaît ce type de distributeur depuis de nombreuses années.
  • Ainsi, le brevet US 2,726,825 divulgue un distributeur pouvant contenir deux rouleaux disposés l'un au dessus de l'autre. Une première ouverture dans la partie inférieure du distributeur constitue une sortie sur papier formant le rouleau inférieur ; tandis qu'une seconde ouverture sur la face avant du distributeur caractérise la sortie pour le papier formant le second rouleau.
  • Le brevet US 3,642,336 concerne un distributeur susceptible de contenir trois rouleaux : un premier rouleau de grande dimension au-dessus duquel sont stockés deux autres rouleaux de plus petite dimension dans un élément amovible vis-à-vis du corps du distributeur. Le produit formant le premier rouleau est dévidé à travers une ouverture en partie inférieure du distributeur, en fait à travers le fond ouvert du distributeur.
  • Chacun des autres rouleaux est dévidé à travers deux fentes aménagées à l'avant du distributeur.
  • Dans le même domaine, le brevet US 2,969,169 montre un distributeur contenant trois rouleaux disposés et stockés les uns au-dessus des autres, et trois sorties différentes. Selon ce document les trois rouleaux présentent une même largeur mais sont préférentiellement formés de produits de nature différentes.
  • On connaît aussi des distributeurs tels que décrits dans le brevet US 2,924,493 , contenant plusieurs rouleaux, ici trois, et dont chaque sortie présente un profil en dent de scie destiné à découper le papier (ou autre produit) qui en sort.
  • Parmi les distributeurs récemment exploités, on connaît par exemple celui décrit dans le brevet EP 0 930 039 B1 . Ce distributeur peut contenir un rouleau de papier et il se caractérise par un mécanisme de coupe intégré ; la sortie du papier est opérée via une fente en partie inférieure, dans le fond, du distributeur.
  • Ce type de distributeur est intéressant pour sa capacité à couper le papier, mais il ne permet de dévider qu'un seul rouleau, à la fois.
  • Il est également envisageable de stocker un second rouleau dit de réserve à l'intérieur d'un tel distributeur, moyennant quelque aménagement.
  • Cependant on ne connaît aucun distributeur qui permette de dévider simultanément plusieurs rouleaux dont l'une au moins des sorties permet de freiner le dévidage du rouleau associé.
  • Ainsi, la présente invention a pour objet un distributeur de produits en rouleaux comprenant :
    • un premier espace interne destiné à contenir un premier rouleau,
    • une première ouverture en forme de fente parallèle à l'axe XX' du premier rouleau tel que stocké (maintenu) dans le premier espace interne,
    • au moins un deuxième espace interne destiné à stocker un deuxième rouleau dont l'axe YY' est parallèle à celui du premier rouleau.
  • Conformément à l'invention, le distributeur comprend en outre une deuxième ouverture présentant une fente parallèle à l'axe du deuxième rouleau pour la sortie d'une extrémité du deuxième rouleau, ladite fente ayant une longueur inférieure à la largeur du deuxième rouleau afin de freiner le dévidage dudit rouleau.
  • Plus spécifiquement, la deuxième ouverture présente la forme générale d'un T.
  • De façon caractéristique, le premier et le deuxième rouleau sont de dimension et/ou de composition différentes.
  • A titre illustratif, le premier rouleau est formé par un papier absorbant.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation particulièrement intéressant, le deuxième rouleau est formé par l'enroulement d'au moins une feuille en matière plastique.
  • Une telle feuille a tendance à se dévider très facilement c'est pourquoi la deuxième ouverture selon l'invention, de longueur inférieure à la largeur du rouleau réalise un freinage du dévidage dudit rouleau placé en vis-à-vis.
  • A titre d'exemple le deuxième rouleau peut être formé par l'enroulement de sacs plastiques reliés entre eux par des prédécoupes.
  • Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, le deuxième rouleau peut être formé par l'enroulement d'éléments en forme de gants reliés entre eux par des prédécoupes.
  • Dans ce contexte, la forme et la disposition des gants sont telles que les prédécoupes forment des lignes droites perpendiculaires ou sensiblement perpendiculaires au sens de dévidage du rouleau.
  • Additionnellement, le distributeur peut comprendre une troisième ouverture en forme de fente parallèle à l'axe YY' du deuxième rouleau, utilisable alternativement à ladite deuxième ouverture.
  • Par ailleurs, la deuxième ouverture et/ou la troisième ouverture peuvent être réalisées grâce à une pièce rapportée sur la face avant du distributeur.
  • D'autres caractéristiques, détails, avantages de l'invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description qui va suivre faite à titre illustratif et nullement limitatif en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une présentation d'un distributeur selon l'art antérieur ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue schématique d'un distributeur selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention.
  • Comme on peut aisément le voir sur la figure 1, un distributeur connu comprend plusieurs espaces internes 1, 2, 3 renfermant chacun un rouleau (non visible). A chaque rouleau est associé une ouverture 10, 11, 12 de forme allongée, parallèlement à l'axe des rouleaux 1, 2, 3.
  • Selon cet art antérieur une lame en dent de scie 20 est disposée parallèlement à chaque ouverture et en délimite l'un des côtés. Chaque lame 20 constitue ici un moyen de déchirement du produit enroulé.
  • Conformément à l'invention telle que représentée sur la figure 2 le distributeur comprend un premier espace interne 1 pour contenir un premier rouleau (non visible) d'axe XX' qui se dévide par une première ouverture 10 située en partie inférieure du distributeur. La flèche A montre le sens de dévidage du premier rouleau à travers l'ouverture 10.
  • Un deuxième rouleau d'axe YY' parallèle à l'axe XX' du premier rouleau est disposé dans un deuxième espace interne 2 du distributeur. Selon ce mode de réalisation le deuxième espace interne 2 est situé au-dessous du premier et à proximité d'une deuxième ouverture 11 pour la sortie du produit formant le deuxième rouleau d'axe YY'.
  • Plus précisément le deuxième rouleau est placé en vis-à-vis de la deuxième ouverture 11.
  • La deuxième ouverture 11 présente notamment une fente 110 parallèle à l'axe YY' du deuxième rouleau. La fente 110 présente une longueur inférieure à la largeur du deuxième rouleau créant ainsi un rétrécissement et donc un freinage au dévidage du deuxième rouleau lorsqu'il passe à travers la fente 110.
  • Ainsi, la feuille dévidée à travers la deuxième ouverture 11 est extraite selon le sens indiqué par la flèche B.
  • De façon particulière, la deuxième ouverture 11 peut présenter la forme illustrée sur la figure 2 à savoir la forme d'un T dont la branche " horizontale " est formée par la fente 110 et la branche " verticale " par une deuxième portion 120 perpendiculaire à la fente 110 et de plus grande largeur. La portion 120 peut par exemple permettre à l'utilisateur de toucher la surface externe du deuxième rouleau afin de provoquer le déplacement du produit en rouleau.
  • La fente allongée 110 peut avantageusement avoir une longueur comprise entre le tiers et la moitié de la largeur du deuxième rouleau.
  • En outre, le distributeur selon l'invention peut comprendre une troisième ouverture 12 située à proximité de la deuxième ouverture 11, et utilisable alternativement à la deuxième ouverture 11, pour le deuxième rouleau. La troisième ouverture 12 se présente ici sous la forme d'une fente allongée parallèle à l'axe YY' et elle permet de dévider le produit formant le deuxième rouleau selon la flèche B' de la figure 2.
  • Les deuxième et troisième ouvertures 11 et 12 peuvent être formées dans et grâce à une pièce 4 rapportée sur la face avant du distributeur.
  • Plus précisément, la pièce 4 peut être positionnée par tout moyen connu en soi à proximité du deuxième rouleau, en regard d'une ouverture dans la face avant du distributeur.
  • La pièce 4 comprend ici la deuxième ouverture 11 en forme de T déjà décrite, ainsi qu'une arête inférieure 5 découpée en dents de scie qui forme l'un des côtés de la troisième ouverture 12. Le second côté 6 de la troisième ouverture 12 peut être réalisé par une découpe dans le boîtier du distributeur. La deuxième ouverture 11 peut avantageusement être réalisée par une découpe dans la pièce 4.
  • Bien entendu, d'autres arrangements et/ou positions peuvent être prévus pour former les différentes ouvertures selon l'invention. Toutes les ouvertures peuvent par exemple être réalisées par découpe dans le boîtier formant le distributeur.
  • Par ailleurs, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, le premier rouleau peut être formé par un papier absorbant, de type essuie-tout, et il est extrait du distributeur par la première ouverture 10.
  • Le deuxième rouleau peut être formé de sacs plastique reliés entre eux par des prédécoupes.
  • En fonction de l'utilisation souhaitée, les sacs plastique pourront être extraits du distributeur par la deuxième ouverture 11 ou encore par la troisième ouverture 12.
  • Avantageusement, la dimension de la fente 110 de la deuxième ouverture 11, inférieure à la largeur du deuxième rouleau, permet de freiner la sortie des sacs plastique, et favorise leur prédécoupe.
  • Dans cet exemple, le distributeur pourra être utilisé dans des stations service où à la fois des essuie-tout (essuie-mains, produit d'essuyage) et des gants de protection contre les salissures sont nécessaires.
  • Bien entendu de très nombreuses autres applications peuvent être envisagées sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (10)

  1. Distributeur de produits en rouleaux comprenant
    - un premier espace interne (1) destiné à contenir un premier rouleau,
    - une première ouverture (10) en forme de fente parallèle à l'axe XX' du premier rouleau tel que stocké dans le premier espace interne (1),
    - au moins un deuxième espace interne (2) destiné à stocker un deuxième rouleau dont l'axe YY' est parallèle à celui du premier rouleau, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une deuxième ouverture (11) présentant une fente parallèle à l'axe du deuxième rouleau pour la sortie d'une extrémité du deuxième rouleau, ladite fente (110) ayant une longueur inférieure à la largeur du deuxième rouleau afin de freiner le dévidage dudit rouleau.
  2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième ouverture (11) présente la forme générale d'un T.
  3. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier et le deuxième rouleau sont de dimension et/ou de compositions différentes.
  4. Distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier rouleau est formé par un papier absorbant.
  5. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième rouleau est formé par l'enroulement d'au moins une feuille en matière plastique.
  6. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième rouleau est formé par l'enroulement de sacs en matière plastique reliés entre eux par des prédécoupes.
  7. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième rouleau est formé par l'enroulement d'éléments en forme de gants reliés entre eux par des prédécoupes.
  8. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une troisième ouverture (12) en forme de fente parallèle à l'axe YY' du deuxième rouleau, utilisable alternativement à ladite deuxième ouverture (11).
  9. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième ouverture (11) et/ou la troisième ouverture (12) sont réalisées grâce à une pièce (4) rapportée sur la face avant du distributeur.
  10. Distributeur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième ouverture (11) est formée par une découpe dans la pièce rapportée (4).
