Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Abgabe von Fluidprodukt, aufweisend ein Fluidproduktbehältnis, das mit einem Abgabeorgan (3) versehen ist, wie etwa eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, und das zum Abgeben eines Fluidprodukts ausgelegt ist, das in dem Behältnis enthalten ist, und einen Aufbau, der dazu bestimmt ist, auf dem Hals des Behältnisses festgelegt zu werden, wobei der Aufbau aufweist:- einen Festlegungsring (1), der dazu ausgelegt ist, das Abgabeorgan (3) auf dem Hals des Behältnisses festzulegen,- eine Dichtung (2), die dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen den Befestigungsring (1) und dem Hals des Behältnisses angeordnet zu werden, wobei die Dichtung (2) einen lateralen Innenrand (22) aufweist, der eine Montageöffnung begrenzt, und einen lateralen Außenrand (23), und wobei die Dichtung in dem Festlegungsring (1) in Presseingriff vormontiert ist, um die Dichtung (2) vor und nach der Festlegung des Aufbaus auf dem Hals des Behältnisses in gespanntem Zustand zu halten,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (2) zumindest ein Festlegungsprofil (230) aufweist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, die Dichtung (2) im Presseingriff mit dem Ring (1) zu halten, und dass die Festlegung der Dichtung (2) in dem Ring (1) ausschließlich zu einer Zusammenwirkung zwischen dem lateralen Außenrand (23) der Dichtung (2) und dem Ring (1) führt, wobei der laterale Innenrand (22) der Dichtung (2) außer Kontakt mit dem Abgabeorgan (3) steht, so dass die Dichtung (2) keinerlei radiale Kraft auf das Abgabeorgan (3) ausübt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dichtung (2) sich in Presseingriff mit einer axialen Seitenwand (12) des Rings (1) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Dichtung (2) mehrere Festlegungsprofile (230) aufweist, die über den Umfang um den lateralen Außenrand (23) der Dichtung (2) verteilt sind, wobei die Profile (230) von einander jeweils derart beabstandet sind, dass sie eine Mehrzahl von Verankerungspunkten bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zumindest eine Festlegungsprofil (230) radial nach außen ausgehend von dem seitlichen Außenrand (23) der Dichtung (2) vorsteht, um in Presskontakt an der Seitenwand (12) des Rings (1) in Anlage zu gelangen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dichtung (2) in Anlage an einem radialen Flansch (11) des Rings (1) in vormontierter Stellung der Dichtung (2) in dem Ring (1) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Festlegungsring (1) einen Montageteil (10) aufweist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, sich am Abgabeorgan festzulegen, wobei der Montageteil (10) mit einem radialen Flansch (11) verbunden ist, der mit einer axialen Seitenwand (12) verbunden ist, wobei die axiale Seitenwand Mittel zur Festlegung an einem Hals des Behältnisses trägt, wobei die Dichtung in vormontiertem Zustand sich im Kontakt mit den radidalen Flansch (11) und im Presseingriff mit der axialen Seitenwand (12) befindet.
