- the heat exchanger When the heat exchanger is used for cooling the environment in which it is installed and therefore absorbs heat from such environment, there is determined due to the humidity in the air present in the environment the phenomenon of condensation which is deposited on the walls of the perforated tubes and on the foils. Now, in the case of temperatures close to 0 centigrade, the condensation may freeze. It is apparent that the formation of ice not only decreases the heat exchanging surface of the heat exchanger but above all compromises the mechanical structure of the heat exchanger because the various parts which compose the exchanger may get dislocated. Essentially, some parts of the heat exchanger may get detached from those parts to which they were originally fixed causing some undesired cracks which induce leaking out of the fluid which circulates within the exchanger.
- the deposit and the stagnation of condensation on the walls of parts of the heat exchanger promote the aggression of the metal by corrosive elements present in the air and therefore also in the condensation. And this not only may cause other cracks but also contributes to weakening even more the mechanical structure of the exchanger. It must be underlined that the heat exchanger is not a member which in case of breakage may be easily repaired, but is a member which in the event of breakage must be integrally replaced with all the costs deriving therefrom.

- Perforated tube 3 along its longitudinal axis presents open axial ends and within the same by means of partition walls 12 parallel to walls 8 and 11 a plurality of channels 13 are defined.
- the main feature of the present invention consists in that walls 6 and 7 lie on oblique planes (as shown in figure 3) with respect to a horizontal plane. Specifically, the inclination of walls 6 and 7 is between 30 and 60° and preferably 45°. Notches 5 present an internal conformation similar to the external conformation of perforated tube 3 to accept the axial end of the latter. It is apparent that also notches 5 made in manifolds 2 are made with the same slant as walls 6 and 7 and specifically present internal walls parallel to walls 6 and 7 with the same slant as these.
- Foils 4 are defined by a band to which a certain undulated conformation is given; the upper vertexes of foil 4 being welded to lower wall 7 of perforated tube 3 above, while the lower vertexes of foil 4 being welded to the upper wall 6 of the perforated tube 3 underneath.
