Definitions
- the invention relates to a bag according to the preamble of claim 1 and claim 7.
- Bags of this type are used in particular as multi-packs for diapers, sanitary napkins and the like., Which are arranged on both sides of a predetermined division level in the bag and when opening the bag along this parting plane - Are easily accessible on both sides, for example, by breaking on a perforated dividing line.
- From the GB-A-1 029 272 is a tubular, to be closed at the open ends of the hose foil packaging for lumpy, to be arranged within the bag on both sides of a dividing plane goods, especially for ball of wool, known, which can be divided at a perforation line in the middle between the hose ends.
- a cover film with perforation on the same line extends to both ends and about half the packaging circumference and is sealed at the edge and on both sides of the perforation line to two open towards the ends pockets.
- the object of the invention is hereafter, such a bag in such a way that the soiling and damage susceptibility of the goods reduced in the open bag and the appearance of the bag is improved in its use, without revealing the advantages of simple and material-saving mass production and filling of the bag ,
- this object is first achieved with a bag according to claim 1.
- the bag opened in the dividing plane may be covered by the cover tab on one or both sides of the dividing plane To protect the goods stored in the bag from the risk of dirt and damage and to allow such a deck flag a tidier appearance of the opened bag.
- such a cover lug is attached to bags that are filled from an open end region in the bag so that it extends in the filling direction, so the filling process does not bother. If the cover lug is then still attached along the dividing line on the bag wall, so that it extends in the filling direction from one side of the dividing line to the other side, results in an arrangement of the cover lug, which also tears the cover lug when tearing or breaking the bag releases, in which it is inevitably pulled out when opening the packaging behind the bag wall to which it originally applied. This creates a the user without further manipulation presented flag, which then requires no explanation or exposure.
- FIG. 1 in a highly schematic cuboid configuration illustrated bag 1 with a front wall 2, two side walls 3 and 4, a rear wall 5, a ceiling wall 6 and a bottom wall 7 is made of a thin and strong film, which only by a compact filling with goods the configuration shown occupies. It is not important for the following consideration, whether a pronounced cuboid shape or an edge more rounded shape is taken, whether about the side surfaces or the ceiling and floor surfaces are made by special folds or - at least in corner areas - form wrinkles. In this respect, the cuboid shown is only for example a variety of similar or removed packaging forms.
- Such a bag can be formed in one of the known techniques from foil blanks or even a continuous foil strip, which is for example - with or without gussets - formed into a tube and sealed and then cut to individual bags.
- This dividing line 8 defines a dividing plane 9 for opening the bag.
- This opening in the parting plane 9 is already taken into account when filling the bag with lumpy goods in that it is arranged on both sides of the dividing plane 9 so that a breaking up of the bag along the dividing line 8 groups the goods into two open part packs.
- the dividing line 8 may be perforated for ease of tearing the bag or may be formed vorwacht in any other way. It can also be specified by a tear strip. Tearing open or breaking up of the bag along the dividing line 8 then results in the bag only hanging together in a flat peripheral area, namely via the rear wall 5, which forms a film hinge. The thus opened bag allows easy access to the goods contained therein. These goods are regularly enclosed in the sense of stability and handling as a compact unit firmly from the bag. In particular, diapers, sanitary napkins and the like. Compliant goods are compressed to achieve dimensional stability while also saving space during storage, transportation and merchandise presentation.
- the bag 1 additionally has an inner cover lug 10, which approximately coincides in width with the front wall 2 and is dimensioned in length or height so that it is able to cover the dividing plane 9.
- This cover lug 10 is inside of the (closed) bag 1 on the inside of the front wall 2 and is connected thereto via an adhesive, welding or sealing seam 11 which extends along the dividing line 8, wherein the cover lug 10 then on the division line. 8 extends to the other side of the front wall 2.
- Fig. 1 shows here is the dividing plane 9 in the middle between the top and bottom surface 6,7. This is associated with the particular advantage that the bag is divided upon opening into two equal halves, which, hinged open, can stand upright with upwardly facing openings.
- the Fig. 8 shows the resulting configuration in which the broken dividing line 8 now forms the opening edge of a double container, which is arranged with the original cover and bottom surfaces 6, 7, now side by side, can be set up.
- the cover lug 10 is placed over the entire double opening of the bag 1 with a corresponding free flag length to cover this.
- goods contained in the bag 1 which are normally removed from the one and then only from the other half of the bag, protected from long-term use against contamination and damage.
- the bag 1 receives a closed, appealing-looking finish.
- Fig. 2 to 7 show different variants for attaching flag flags, wherein the representations a vertical longitudinal section through the top wall 6, the front wall 2 and the rear wall 5 of the bag 1 according to Fig. 1 would correspond.
- the various longitudinally-cut pouches are shown in a downwardly open condition with a lower end portion 13 bounded below a fill boundary 12 by extensions of the pouch walls indicated at 13.
- the back and top wall is consistent and based on the representation in Fig. 1 each marked with 5 and 6, as well as the division plane 9, which in turn is provided as a central plane for division into two equal halves.
- the open-ended shape returns the bag from the end region 13 before being filled with goods in a filling direction. After filling, the end portion 13 is welded together to a bottom and, if protruding, removed.
- the embodiment according to Fig. 2 corresponds to the embodiment according to Fig. 1 since here the dividing line continues along the front wall 2 and the cover lug 10 is fastened with a weld seam 11 extending below the dividing line 9 on the inside to the Forderwand 2 and extends flat against this fitting upwards.
- This arrangement of the Abdeckfahne 10 carries a filling of the end portion 13 here in bill, since it does not interfere with the insertion of goods and is not folded or moved, but remains flat.
- a front wall 14 is likewise provided, over which the dividing line extends along the dividing plane 9.
- This embodiment is equipped with two unequally long cover lugs 15, 16, of which a directly abutting the front wall 14 deck lug 16 extends against the filling direction on the parting plane 9 away, while the cover lug 15 fixed at a distance to the division plane 9 rearwardly on the front wall 14 is that overlaps the cover lug 16. From there, the cover lug 15, lying over the cover lug 16, extends in the filling direction so far beyond the dividing plane 9, that it is then able to cover one of the two resulting openings when the bag is opened.
- FIG. 4 Another embodiment according to Fig. 4 provides two cover lugs 17, 18, both of which are fixed close to the dividing plane 9 (on one side or the other) on a bag front wall 19 and both extend in the filling direction.
- the cover lugs 17, 18 can then be formed shorter than the cover lugs 15, 16, but the cover lug 17 does not necessarily emerge outwardly during opening.
- FIG. 5 illustrated embodiment provides two cover lugs 20, 21, both of which are fastened close to and in the filling direction in front of the dividing plane 9, however, the cover lug 20 is not seated on a front wall 22, but on the Rear wall 5. Also, this embodiment does not lead to the inevitable exposure in the Abdeckfahen.
- a front wall 23 is not formed from a continuous piece of film, but from two film strips, of which a film strip bounding also the end region 13 to the other side beyond the dividing plane 9 continues to a cover lug 24.
- a cover lug 24 In the area of the front wall 23, there is no need for a line of weakness to create the dividing line. The latter is already given with the covering foil strip. However, then transitions and also possibly weakenings along the dividing plane in the area of the narrower side surfaces, such as the side surfaces 3 and 4 in the bag 1 to Fig. 1 provided, since the cover tab 24 is generally not about the front surface to be pulled around to the side surfaces.
- FIG. 7 An embodiment according to Fig. 7 provides a turn composed of strips front wall 25 in front, which is continued inside as a folding strip to a cover lug 26 and a cover lug 27. Also, this embodiment is generally limited to the area of the front wall 25 and omit the side surfaces of the bag or the transition areas between the bag front wall 25 and the bag rear wall 5. In this embodiment, opening the bag with rupture or tearing along the side surfaces results in the cover tabs 26, 27 being exposed. These are suitable perforated at an intermediate fold 28 or easily separated in any other way, so that the cover lugs 26, 27 remain connected to one of the two bag halves.
- the Fig. 9 shows in a complete perspective view the embodiment according to the sectional illustration in FIG Fig. 3 ,
- the Fig. 10 illustrates the embodiment according to Fig. 4 in the broken state, with cover tabs 17 and 18 laid from both outer sides over the resulting openings of the bag.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a bag according to the preamble of
However, then the bag contents on both sides of the division level is not only accessible, but also open to contamination, which in particular with sluggish consumption of goods causes contamination and damage hazards, if such a partially filled bag is not stored protected or covered. In addition to the risk of contamination, the appearance of an open bag with exposed and with the removal of individual goods that were differently packed on both sides of goods were bothersome. According to the practical requirements of such a bag, this material-saving, thin-walled and easy to manufacture in mass production, but also limits the design options for such a bag.
The object of the invention is hereafter, such a bag in such a way that the soiling and damage susceptibility of the goods reduced in the open bag and the appearance of the bag is improved in its use, without revealing the advantages of simple and material-saving mass production and filling of the bag ,
According to the invention, this object is first achieved with a bag according to
Eine Alternativlösung ist im Anspruch 7 definiert. An alternative solution is defined in
The inside of the bag attached in the bag appears only with the opening of the bag in appearance, affects the packaging unit so far, neither in optical nor in practical terms.
Preferably, such a cover lug is attached to bags that are filled from an open end region in the bag so that it extends in the filling direction, so the filling process does not bother.

Such a bag can be formed in one of the known techniques from foil blanks or even a continuous foil strip, which is for example - with or without gussets - formed into a tube and sealed and then cut to individual bags.
Of particular importance is the subdivision of the bag along a dividing
The dividing
The

It is understood that an over both bag openings
It could also be provided several cover flags to achieve a single cover of the bag openings.
