Claims (14)
- Dispositif d'impression comprenant une cartouche classique d'imprimante (5), destiné à commander la tête d'impression de ladite cartouche d'imprimante (5) qui, en soi, est prévue pour une encre d'impression à base d'eau, dont la tête d'impression présente des éléments d'éjection d'encre disposés en matrice, l'encre d'impression dans ladite cartouche d'imprimante (5) ayant un pourcentage d'alcool et l'élément de chauffage à actionner respectivement d'un élément d'éjection d'encre étant activé au moyen d'un signal d'adresse faisant fonction de signal de ligne et au moyen d'un signal maître faisant fonction de signal de colonne, caractérisé par le fait que les impulsions maîtresses du signal maître (SS2) présentent une amplitude de signal plus faible que celle des impulsions d'adresse du signal d'adresse (AS1).
- Dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les impulsions d'adresse du signal d'adresse (AS1) présentent une largeur d'impulsions inférieure à celle des impulsions maîtresses du signal maître (SS2).
- Dispositif d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les impulsions maîtresses du signal maître (SS2) présentent une largeur d'impulsions inférieure à celle des impulsions d'adresse du signal d'adresse (AS1).
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les impulsions d'adresse du signal d'adresse (AS1) présentent une largeur d'impulsions comprise entre 1700 ns et 2100 ns, cependant les impulsions maîtresses du signal maître (SS2) ayant une largeur d'impulsions de 2800 ns à peu près.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'amplitude de signal des impulsions maîtresses est comprise entre 6 volts et 9 volts.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'amplitude de signal du signal d'adresse (AS1) est de 12 volts à peu près.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la largeur d'impulsion et/ou l'amplitude de signal des impulsions maîtresses et/ou des impulsions d'adresse sont individuellement réglables.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les signaux d'adresse (AS1) d'une part et les signaux maîtres (SS2) d'autre part sont générés au moyen de tensions d'alimentation séparées réglées.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif d'impression constitue une interface d'adaptation entre une commande classique de tête d'impression et les cartouches d'imprimante classiques associées (5) à têtes d'impression intégrées, et qu'il comprend des régulateurs de signal (SR1, SR2) pour faire varier les impulsions maîtresses et/ou les impulsions d'adresse.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'encre d'impression présente une part de volume d'alcool supérieure à 70 %.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la base d'alcool de l'encre d'impression se compose d'un, de deux ou de plusieurs types d'alcool différents.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un ou plusieurs additifs sont ajoutés à l'encre d'impression, qui permettent d'utiliser l'encre d'impression dans une cartouche classique d'imprimante et/ou qui améliorent les propriétés par exemple en termes de mouillage du substrat, adhésion, comportement de dessèchement de l'encre.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'encre d'impression à base d'alcool contient du colorant ou du pigment et du liant.
- Dispositif d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'alcool contenu dans l'encre d'impression est de l'éthanol.
