Claims (5)

  1. Elektronisches Steuersystem (11, 13, 14, 15), konfiguriert zum Regeln einer Brennstoffverbrennungszeitgebung in einem Verbrennungsmotor (1), insbesondere einem Dieselmotor, vermittels:
    - bestimmen einer Brennstoffverbrennungseigenschaft (ϑMFB50%), indikativ für eine Position eines Brennstoffverbrennungszyklus in einem Motorzylinder (4) mit Bezug auf einen Motorzyklus; und
    - regeln der Brennstoffverbrennungszeitgebung in dem Verbrennungsmotor (1), basierend auf der Brennstoffverbrennungscharakteristik (ϑMFB50%) und einem Zielwert (ϑMFB50%-TARG) für die Brennstoffverbrennungscharakteristik (ϑMFB50%);
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bestimmen einer Brennstoffverbrennungscharakteristik (ϑMFB50%) umfasst:
    - bestimmen von In-Zylinder Druckwerten (P[i]) bei sukzessiven und gleichmäßig beabstandeten Zeitpunkten, während zumindest einem Teil des Brennstoffverbrennungszyklus in dem Motorzylinder (4);
    - messen von Bewegungszeiten (Δt[j]) gebraucht von der Motorkurbelwelle zum Zurücklegen sukzessiver konstant breiten Winkelabständen (Δϑ);
    - bestimmen von Motorkurbelwellenwinkeln (ϑ[i]), entsprechend den In-Zylinder Druckwerten (P[i]), basierend auf den Bewegungszeiten (Δt[j]); und
    - bestimmen der Brennstoffverbrennungscharakteristik (ϑMFB50%), basierend auf den In-Zylinder Druckwerten (P[i]) und den Motorkurbelwellenwinkeln (ϑ[i]).
  2. Elektronisches Steuersystem nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem das Bestimmen der Brennstoffverbrennungscharakteristik (ϑMFB50%), basierend auf den In-Zylinder Druckwerten (P[i]) und den Motorkurbelwellenwinkeln (ϑ[i]) umfasst:
    - bestimmen von winkelmäßigen Versetzungen (Δ[i]) der Motorkurbelwelle zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Zeitpunkten, wenn die In-Zylinder Druckwerte (P[i]) bestimmt sind oder werden, basierend auf den Bewegungszeiten (Δt[j]);
    - bestimmen von Motorkurbelwellenwinkeln ϑ[i], entsprechend den In-Zylinder Druckwerten (P[i]), basierend auf den winkelmäßigen Versetzungen (Δϑ[i]); und
    - bestimmen der Brennstoffverbrennungscharakteristik (ϑMFB50%), basierend auf den In-Zylinder Druckwerten (P[i]) und den Motorkurbelwellenwinkeln (ϑ[i]).
  3. Elektronisches Steuersystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die In-Zylinder Druckwerte (P[i]) bestimmt werden während Kompressions- und Expansionshüben in dem Motorzylinder (4).
  4. Elektronisches Steuersystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, bei welchem das Bestimmen der In-Zylinder Druckwerte (P[i]) umfasst:
    - erzeugen eines In-Zylinder Drucksignales (P(t)), indikativ für einen Druck in dem Motorzylinder (4); und
    - konstant-Frequenz sampeln des In-Zylinder Drucksignales (P(t)).
  5. Elektronisches Steuersystem nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, bei welchem die Brennstoffverbrennungscharakteristik (ϑMFB50%) eine ist unter einem Motorkurbelwellenwinkel entsprechend einem Start einer Brennstoffverbrennung in dem Motorzylinder, einem Motorkurbelwellenwinkel, entsprechend einer Spitze in einem In-Zylinder Druck, und einem Motorkurbelwellenwinkel, bei welchem ein gegebener Massenanteil (MFB50%) von in dem Motorzylinder (4) eingespritztem Brennstoff verbrannt ist oder wurde.
