caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif mécanique (12) non réversible interposé entre l'extrémité active (15) du ressort (13) et le cliquet (9), apte à maintenir ladite extrémité active en appui et susceptible d'être mis en rotation initiale par un moyen approprié de façon à libérer l'énergie accumulée dudit ressort dont l'extrémité active (15) agit ensuite sur le dispositif (12) dans le sens de rotation de celui-ci pour lui permettre de continuer sa rotation et de mettre en mouvement le cliquet (9) afin de dégager ledit cliquet du cran de blocage (6) du pêne.
