Claims (16)

  1. An electric latch (S) for a door leaf of a motor vehicle comprising:
    - a bolt (10) capable of pivoting about its axis (R1) between an angular position for locking up a strike (19) and a position for releasing the strike (19),
    - a pawl (9) capable of pivoting about its axis (R2) between an angular locking position in which the pawl (9) is likely to cooperate in abutment with a notch (101, 102) of the bolt (10) so as to retain said bolt (10) in a position for locked up the strike (19) and a retracted angular position in which the bolt (10) is freely rotatable about its axis (R1),
    - a central opening lever (7), said lever being bearing on the pawl (9) and capable of displacing said pawl (9) into its retracted angular position,
    - an actuator (A1) intended to occupy three abutment positions and capable of cooperating with the central opening lever (7), said actuator including:
    - a driver (E) including a driving toothed wheel (2) and a coaxial driven wheel (5), the driving toothed wheel (2) being capable of rotatably driving the driven wheel (5) by means of a first drive member (5a) and said driven wheel (5) including a second drive member (5b),
    - a motor (1) provided for rotatably driving said driving toothed wheel (2) of the driver (E) by means of a worm screw (3),
    - a central transfer lever (6) capable of being displaced in translation by the driven wheel (5) of the driver (E) by means of the second drive member (5b) and whose movement is capable of being transmitted to the central opening lever (7) to displace the pawl (9) to its retracted angular position, such as one of the wheels (2,5) of the driver (E) includes a first oblong aperture (41) in the shape of an arc of a circle and the other wheel (2,5) includes the first drive member (5a) extending through said first aperture (41), the driver (E) being capable of performing a rotary stroke of a wheel (2,5) without rotatably driving the other wheel (2,5).
  2. The electric latch (S) according to claim 1 characterized in that the first drive member (5a) is a crank-pin belonging to the driven wheel (5) and extending perpendicularly with respect to one of the two main faces (F1, F2) of the driven wheel (5) through the first oblong aperture (41) of the driving toothed wheel (2), said crank-pin (5a) being radially eccentric and the oblong aperture allowing an idle rotary stroke of the driving toothed wheel (2) before driving by bearing the driven wheel (5).
  3. The electric latch (S) according to any of the preceding claims characterized in that the second drive member (5b) of the driven wheel (5) is a crank-pin extending perpendicularly through a recess of a shape complementary to the central transfer lever (6) to displace by bearing said central transfer lever (6), said crank-pin (5b) being radially eccentric.
  4. The electric latch (S) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that it further comprises a case in which the driver (E) is located and on which a stop means (18) equipped with two abutments (16,17) is fixed, and in that one of the wheels (2,5) of the driver (E) includes an axial abutment protuberance (5c) capable of moving in rotation between the two abutments (16,17) between two positions called first and third abutment positions.
  5. The electric latch (S) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that it comprises an interface assembly (A2) capable of cooperating with the central opening lever (7) so as to displace the pawl (9) into its retracted angular position and including a release lever (15) capable of pivoting about its axis (R3) to displace the pawl between an angular position for retaining the bolt (10) and a retracted position for releasing the strike (19), said release lever (15) including connecting means (152) capable of receiving a displacement means (21) of the release lever (15) of the cable or rod type.
  6. The electric latch (S) according to claim 5, characterized in that:
    - the central transfer lever (6) is capable of displacing by translation in a plane perpendicular to the axis (R3), said lever (6) comprising a second oblong aperture (61) extending in the direction of translation of the central transfer lever (6),
    - the release lever (15) comprises a third oblong aperture (153) extending in the direction of translation of the central transfer lever (6),
    - said latch (S) further comprises an intermediate start/stop lever (14) between the central transfer lever (6) and the release lever (15), said intermediate lever (14) including two protuberances (141, 142) extending substantially perpendicularly with respect to the plane of the lever (14), the first protuberance (141) extending through the second oblong aperture (61) and the second protuberance (142) extending in projection through the third oblong aperture (153),
    - the central opening lever (7) includes a contact protuberance (71) capable of being driven in abutment by the second protuberance (142) extending in projection through the third oblong aperture (153) so that the displacement in translation of the central transfer lever (6) is capable of displacing the second protuberance (142) of the intermediate lever (14) between a position where said surface (142) is unfit to rotatably drive the central opening lever (7) and a position where the rotation of the release lever (15) by said displacement means (21) drives the displacement of the central opening lever (7) by contacting the abutment with the contact protuberance (71) of the central opening lever.
  7. The electric latch (S) according to claim 6 characterized in that the central transfer lever (6) further comprises an elastic return means (14s) of the intermediate lever (14) bearing on the first protuberance (141), said elastic means (14s) being capable of returning the intermediate lever (14) to its unsolicited initial position in displacement by the central transfer lever (6).
  8. The electric latch (S) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that the pawl (9) includes two radial protuberances (91, 92) extending over two planes distinct and perpendicular to the axis (R2) of rotation of the pawl (9), the first protuberance (91) having a surface capable of being driven by the central opening lever (7) and the second protuberance (92) having a surface capable of cooperating in abutment with a notch (101, 102) of the bolt (10) so as to retain the bolt (10) in a strike release position (19).
  9. The electric latch (S) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises:
    - a memory lever (11) having two antagonistic arms (111, 112), said memory lever (11) being capable of pivoting about its axis (R4),
    - the central transfer lever (6) comprising a stop wall (62) capable of interfacing with a first arm (111) of the memory lever (11),
    - said memory lever being capable of pivoting between an angular position in which the first arm (111) contacts an abutment with an active surface of the stop wall (62) to block the central transfer lever (6) in the displacement position of the pawl (9) in its retracted angular position, and an erased angular position with respect to the stroke of the central transfer lever (6) in which the first arm (111) of the memory lever (11) is outside the stop wall (62) to allow the pawl (9) to return to its angular locking position.
  10. The electric latch (S) according to claim 9 characterized in that it comprises an elastic return means (11s) of the memory lever (11) capable of returning said memory lever (11) in its angular blocking position of the central transfer lever (6).
  11. The electric latch (S) according to any one of claims 9 or 10, characterized in that it comprises:
    - a memory lever pawl (12) capable of pivoting about the same axis (R1) as the bolt (10) between: a position in which it holds the memory lever (11) in its angular blocking position of the central transfer lever (6) in the displacement position of the pawl (9) in its retracted angular position, and a position in which it allows the memory lever (11) to return to its erased angular position with respect to the stroke of the central transfer lever (6),
    - an elastic return means (12s) of the memory lever pawl (12) capable of returning the memory lever pawl (12) to its holding position of the memory lever (11) in its angular blocking position of the central transfer lever (6),
    - a bolt sensor (13) capable of pivoting about the same axis (R1) as the bolt (10), the bolt sensor (13), and the bolt (10) being secured in rotation,
    - radial surfaces (121, 131) respectively belonging to the memory lever pawl (12) and to the bolt sensor (13) and an end (112a) of the memory lever (11) such as the end (112a) of the memory lever (11) is capable of successively resting on the radial surfaces (121, 131) when the bolt (10) is driven in rotation to its angular position for releasing the strike (19).
  12. The electric latch (S) according to claim 11 characterized in that the bolt sensor (13) includes a groove (132) of a shape complementary to the end (112a) of the memory lever (11).
  13. The electric latch (S) according to any one of claims 9 to 12, characterized in that the actuator (E) is capable of occupying three abutment positions:
    - the first abutment position being defined by the contact of the axial abutment protuberance (5c) on one of the abutments (16, 17) when the motor turns in one direction,
    - the second abutment position being an intermediate position of the axial abutment protuberance (5c) on an abutment of the first oblong aperture (41) when the motor turns in the other direction,
    - the third abutment position being defined by the contact of the axial abutment protuberance (5c) on the other abutment (16, 17).
  14. The electric latch (S) according to any one of claims 9 to 13 characterized in that the axes of rotation (R1) of the bolt (10), (R2) of the pawl (9), (R3) of the release lever (15), and (R4) of the memory lever (11) are all parallel with respect to each other.
  15. The electric latch (S) according to any one of claims 11 to 14 characterized in that the radius of the memory lever pawl (12) is greater than that of the bolt sensor (13).
  16. The electric latch (S) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said latch (S) comprises one single and same motor (1).
