This measure allows elimination of the operation to orient the cap 20 in relation to the collar 4.

  • the method for assembly of a closing device 1 also comprises the step e) of stably associating said cap 20 with said collar 4. This step is simultaneous to said steps from b) to d), during which said cap 20 reciprocally thrusts said cutting element 5 against said collar 4.
  • the thrust applied by the cap 20 against the preassembled body 8 alone allows breakage of the breakable connections 10, insertion of the cutting element 5 inside the collar 4, engaging of the cutting element 5 with said collar 4, through the aforesaid guide means 6, and coupling of the cap 20 with the collar 4. Therefore, with respect to prior art assembly methods, two thrusts are no longer applied to assemble the closing device, i.e. one to break the breakable connections 10 and the other to connect the cap 20 to the collar 4, but only one thrust capable alone, without requiring modifications to the number or the shape of the plurality of teeth, of allowing assembly of this closing device 1.

Claims (12)

  1. Procédé pour assembler un dispositif de fermeture (1) du type qui peut être contraint sur un récipient (2) pour des produits pouvant être versés au niveau de sa partie perforable, ledit dispositif de fermeture comprenant un collier (4) associé avec ladite partie perforable, un capuchon (20) pouvant être associé avec la surface externe (21) dudit collier (4), et un élément de coupe (5) mobile, lorsque le dispositif a été assemblé, à l'intérieur dudit collier (4) d'une manière contrainte par des moyens de guidage (6) intercalés entre ledit élément de coupe (5) et ledit collier (4), ledit élément de coupe (5) ayant une pluralité de dents (7) pour sectionner ladite partie perforable, dans lequel ledit élément de coupe (5) est moulé d'un seul tenant avec ledit collier (4) afin de former un corps pré-assemblé (8), dans lequel ladite pluralité de dents (7) est orientée dans la direction d'au moins une base (12, 13) dudit collier (4), ledit élément de coupe (5) et ledit collier (4) étant assemblés, dans ledit corps pré-assemblé, par le biais de moyens de raccordement cassables (10), un tel procédé d'assemblage, dans sa configuration pré-assemblée, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    a) disposer ledit corps pré-assemblé (8) et ledit capuchon (20) pour être couplés de manière réciproque ;
    b) provoquer la séparation dudit élément de coupe (5) dudit collier (4) ;
    c) insérer ledit élément de coupe (5) à l'intérieur dudit collier (4) ;
    d) provoquer la mise en prise réciproque dudit élément de coupe (5) avec ledit collier (4) par le biais desdits moyens de guidage ;
    lesdites étapes b) à d) sont mises en oeuvre avec une seule opération pour pousser ledit élément de coupe (5) contre ledit collier ou vice versa, le procédé comprenant en outre l'étape e) consistant à associer de manière stable ledit capuchon (20) avec ledit collier (4), caractérisé en ce que ladite étape e) est simultanée avec lesdites étapes b) à d) et ainsi ledit capuchon pousse de manière réciproque ledit élément de coupe contre ledit collier.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans ladite position de couplage réciproque dudit corps pré-assemblé et dudit capuchon selon ladite étape a), ledit corps pré-assemblé et ledit capuchon peuvent être positionnés de manière réciproque d'une manière angulairement dégagée l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  3. Dispositif de fermeture (1) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, du type qui peut être contraint sur un récipient (2) pour des produits pouvant être versés au niveau de sa partie perforable, ledit dispositif de fermeture comprenant un collier (4) pouvant être associé avec ladite partie perforable, un capuchon (20) pouvant être associé avec la surface externe (21) dudit collier (4), et un élément de coupe (5) mobile, lorsque le dispositif a été assemblé, à l'intérieur dudit collier (4) d'une manière contrainte par des moyens de guidage (6) intercalés entre ledit élément de coupe (5) et ledit collier (4), ledit élément de coupe (5) ayant une pluralité de dents (7) pour sectionner ladite partie perforable, dans lequel ledit élément de coupe (5) est moulé d'un seul tenant avec ledit collier (4) pour former un corps pré-assemblé (8), dans lequel ladite pluralité de dents (7) est orientée dans la direction d'au moins une base (12, 13) dudit collier (4), ledit élément de coupe (5) et ledit collier (4) étant assemblés, dans ledit corps pré-assemblé, par le biais de moyens de raccordement cassables (10), ledit dispositif de fermeture comprenant en outre des moyens de commande (30) pour ledit élément de coupe, prévus avec au moins deux parties (33, 34) pouvant être mises en prise de manière réciproque et respectivement solidaires avec ledit capuchon (20) et avec ledit élément de coupe (5), ledit dispositif de fermeture étant caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande sont également structurés pour empêcher la rotation relative libre entre ledit capuchon (20) et ledit élément de coupe (5) de dépasser un intervalle de rotation de l'ordre de 0° et 60°.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de commande (30) comprennent au moins une nervure (32) pouvant se mettre en prise à l'intérieur d'au moins un siège correspondant (33), limitée de manière angulaire, ladite au moins une nervure (32) faisant saillie intérieurement à partir dudit capuchon (20) et ledit au moins un siège (33) étant défini sur ledit élément de coupe (5) ou vice versa.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdits moyens de commande comprennent au moins six nervures (32) faisant saillie intérieurement à partir dudit capuchon (20) et pouvant se mettre en prise entre les sièges (33) définis par le même nombre de nervures (32) placées sur ledit élément de coupe (5), lesdites nervures étant disposées dans des positions radiales symétriques.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage (6) sont du type hélicoïdal.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage sont du type à filetage de vis et d'écrou.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon comprend des moyens de poussée (40) pour ledit élément de coupe (5) au moins pendant les étapes d'assemblage dudit dispositif de fermeture.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée comprennent une bague cylindrique interne.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée comprennent une rainure (42) pour se coupler avec ledit élément de coupe (5) sur le côté opposé (43) à ladite pluralité de dents (7) de celui-ci.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de poussée (40) peuvent se coupler latéralement avec un élément de joint d'étanchéité (45) disposé sur la surface interne dudit collier (4).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite pluralité de dents (7) dudit élément de coupe (5) fait saillie, dans ledit corps pré-assemblé, au moins partiellement à l'intérieur dudit collier.
