Definitions
- the present invention relates to a support assembly having at least one vertical support having a vertical guide groove and a plurality of vertically staggered latching steps, as well as with a horizontal support having an engaging in the guide groove pin and a latching step, the by pivoting the horizontal support to a defined by the pin axis with the latching steps of the vertical support in or out of engagement can be brought.
- a carrier arrangement or a refrigeration device in which it is used is made of DE101 45 141A1 known.
- a problem with this known carrier arrangement is that the latching steps of the vertical carrier must not protrude too far in order not to block the mobility of the horizontal carrier. This results in the risk that, if the horizontal carrier loses its grip when moving, it can crash over a longer distance, without locking again in latching steps of the vertical support.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a carrier arrangement with at least one vertical carrier and a horizontal carrier suspended thereon, in which the risk of a crash without engagement is reduced.
- a support arrangement with at least one vertical support, which has a vertical guide groove with an undercut and in the undercut a plurality of vertically staggered latching steps, and with a horizontal support which carries a engaging in the undercut of the guide pin, wherein rests in latched position of the horizontal support of the pin on one of the latching steps and against a first wall of the vertical support from which protrude the latching steps, and presses a contact surface of the horizontal support against a first wall opposite the second wall of the vertical support, which thereby is characterized in that the contact surface and the latching steps are staggered in the width direction of the walls and the latching steps are deeper in the undercut than the contact surface.
- the first wall is a rear wall of the guide groove opposite to an inlet slot thereof, and the contact surface is formed on a pin which engages with the undercut.
- the first wall is a front wall of the guide groove adjacent to an inlet slot, and the contact surface contacts the rear wall outside the undercut.
- the latching steps are preferably formed on an insert part inserted in the guide groove.
- the guide groove can then be realized in particular as an extruded profile with strictly constant cross section.
- the insert preferably comprises a rod which extends in a region of the undercut remote from an inlet slot of the guide groove and from which the latching steps project.
- the detent steps may extend over one to two thirds of the distance between the first and second walls.
- the latching steps expediently have a concave upper side.
- the latching steps preferably have a downwardly sloping bottom wall extending towards the bottom.
- the Figures 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the carrier assembly according to the invention in a perspective partial view and in a horizontal section.
- the carrier assembly comprises a vertical support 1, which is provided for mounting on or recessed in a rear wall of an inner container of a refrigerator.
- the vertical beam 1 is an extruded profile of steel or aluminum of flat rectangular cross section, with a rear wall 2 forming a broad side of the rectangular cross section and, opposite the rear wall 2, a front wall 3 and an inlet slot 4, through which a head 5 of a horizontal Carrier 6 engages in an undercut guide groove 7 of the vertical support. From the head 5 are a short and a long pin 8 and 9 in the undercut 10 of the guide 7 from.
- a strong sheet 11, from which within the undercut 10 at regular intervals latching steps 12 are notched extends.
- the portion of the sheet metal 11 extending behind the inlet slot 4 is smooth, so that the entire vertical support looks smooth and even from the outside.
- the long pin 9 of the horizontal support 6 rests on one of the latching steps 12.
- the latching steps 12 maintain a distance d1 from the edge of the inlet slot 4 which is greater than the length d2 of the short pin 8.
- the short pin 8 can therefore not dive deep into the undercut 10 that he could touch a latching step 12 and could catch on her. Under the load of the protruding from the guide arm of the horizontal support of the long pin 9 presses against the rear wall 2 and the short pin 8 against the front wall. 5
- the carrier 6 can be pivoted about the short pin 8, so that the long pin 9 moves against the front wall 3 and so can pass through the bottleneck between the latching step 12 and the front wall 3.
- the latching steps 12 can therefore easily extend over one to two thirds of the depth of the guide groove 7 between the front and rear walls, without this limiting the mobility of the horizontal support 6.
- the large width of the latching steps 12 makes it the long pin 9 but in free fall almost impossible to pass a rest stage.
- a second embodiment of the invention is in, perspective views in the FIGS. 3 and 4 and in a vertical section in Fig. 5 shown.
- the vertical support 1 here has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as in the first embodiment and is therefore not shown again in a cross section.
- a rod 14 made of plastic which fills a remote from the inlet slot 4 region of the undercut 10 on its entire depth between the front and rear walls 3, 2, and of the Locking steps 12 in the lateral direction, the inlet slot 4 out, projecting against the front wall 3.
- the engaging in the guide groove 7 head 5 of the horizontal support 6 here has only a single pin 9, which in its function to support the carrier 6 at the latching steps 12 corresponds to the long pin of the first embodiment, in contrast to this but on the front wall 3 is present.
- a projection in the lower region of the head 5 forms a contact surface 15, which supports the horizontal support 6 on a region of the rear wall 2 aligned with the inlet slot 4.
- FIGS. 6 to 10 illustrate the process of height adjustment and removal of the horizontal support 6 according to the second embodiment.
- Fig. 6 shows how Fig. 5
- the pin 9 of the carrier 6 engages in the concave top of a latching step 12 and presses against the front wall 3, while underneath the contact surface 15 against the Back wall 2 presses.
- the horizontal support 6 can first be raised in parallel until its pin 9 touches the bottom 16 of the next higher latching level 12.
- this detent level is located in the front wall 3, a recess 13 which can pass through the pin 9.
- the horizontal support 6 can be solved by pulling the vertical support 1.

Abstract
Description
A problem with this known carrier arrangement is that the latching steps of the vertical carrier must not protrude too far in order not to block the mobility of the horizontal carrier. This results in the risk that, if the horizontal carrier loses its grip when moving, it can crash over a longer distance, without locking again in latching steps of the vertical support.
The object of the present invention is to provide a carrier arrangement with at least one vertical carrier and a horizontal carrier suspended thereon, in which the risk of a crash without engagement is reduced.
The object is achieved by a support arrangement with at least one vertical support, which has a vertical guide groove with an undercut and in the undercut a plurality of vertically staggered latching steps, and with a horizontal support which carries a engaging in the undercut of the guide pin, wherein rests in latched position of the horizontal support of the pin on one of the latching steps and against a first wall of the vertical support from which protrude the latching steps, and presses a contact surface of the horizontal support against a first wall opposite the second wall of the vertical support, which thereby is characterized in that the contact surface and the latching steps are staggered in the width direction of the walls and the latching steps are deeper in the undercut than the contact surface. While in the above-cited conventional carrier arrangement, the latching steps and the contact surfaces are aligned with each other, is achieved by the inventive offset between the two that the pin is narrower can be made and thus also wide latching steps, which provide greater security against slipping, can happen without difficulty up or down.
According to a first aspect, the first wall is a rear wall of the guide groove opposite to an inlet slot thereof, and the contact surface is formed on a pin which engages with the undercut.
Conversely, according to a second preferred embodiment, the first wall is a front wall of the guide groove adjacent to an inlet slot, and the contact surface contacts the rear wall outside the undercut. This has the advantage that the guide groove can be made narrower with the same effect as in the first embodiment.
In order to simplify the production of the carrier arrangement, the latching steps are preferably formed on an insert part inserted in the guide groove. The guide groove can then be realized in particular as an extruded profile with strictly constant cross section.
In order to support the latching steps, the insert preferably comprises a rod which extends in a region of the undercut remote from an inlet slot of the guide groove and from which the latching steps project.
The detent steps may extend over one to two thirds of the distance between the first and second walls.
In order to secure the locking of the horizontal support, the latching steps expediently have a concave upper side.
In order to simplify the height adjustment of the horizontal support, the latching steps preferably have a downwardly sloping bottom wall extending towards the bottom.
In order to insert or remove the horizontal support into the guide groove, a single recess in a front wall adjacent to the inlet slot is sufficient the guide groove through which the pin of the horizontal beam in the undercut can be switched on or disengaged.

In order to hang the

The engaging in the
