Description

Eine Überladung eines vorderen oder hinteren Randbereichs der Glasplatte 1, vor bzw. hinter dem vorderen/hinteren Trägernocken 9, kann nicht zu einem Kippen des Kühlgutträgers führen, da der Eingriff der Zapfen 14 in beide Hinterschneidungen 17 und insbesondere der Kontakt der Facette 18 mit dem unteren Rand 19 der Hinterschneidungen 17 dies verhindert. An der dem Betrachter zugewandten Längsflanke des Kunststoffkörpers 5 sind die zwei Aussparungen 8a, 8b zu sehen; an einer entgegengesetzten Flanke befinden sich zwei Aussparungen 20, die in dem Hohlraum des Strangpressprofils Platz lassen für Rasthaken der Adapter 11. Eine weitere Aussparung 21 ist an der oberen Kante der dem Betrachter zugewandten Flanke oberhalb der Schrägfläche 16 gebildet. In diese Aussparung 21 greift eine sich in Längsrichtung des Kunststoffkörpers 5 erstreckende elastische Zunge 22 ein. Ein Rastvorsprung 23 am freien Ende der Zunge 22 ist vorgesehen, um wie in dem Querschnitt der Fig. 5 dargestellt den Kunststoffkörper 5 in einer Bohrung 30 des Strangpressprofils 4 zu verrasten und so den Kunststoffkörper 5 in dem Strangpressprofil 4 zu fixieren. Die Bohrung 30 ist von unten durch die Öffnung der Aussparung 8b hindurch in den oberen Abschnitt 7 des Profils 4 hinein vorgetrieben und daher von außen nicht mehr sichtbar, sobald der Kunststoffkörper 5 in das Strangpressprofil 4 eingefügt ist.
Aus dem Querschnitt der Fig. 5 wird ferner deutlich, dass die Aussparung 8b begrenzende Kanten 24, 25 des Strangpressprofils 4 geringfügig hinter entsprechende Oberflächen 26, 27 des Kunststoffkörpers 5 zurückspringen, so dass das Gewicht des Kühlgutträgers nicht von der Kante 24, sondern über die Oberfläche 26 in den Trägernocken 9 eingeleitet wird. Claims (19)

  1. Cooled goods holder for a refrigeration appliance, in particular domestic refrigeration appliance, having a shelf (1) which has strips (3) at least on two opposing sides and a rail extending along a first edge, characterised in that the rail is embodied as a wire bracket (10), the ends (28) of which are anchored in a form-fit manner into the strips (3), wherein the strips (3) grip the shelf (1), comprise a metallic hollow profile (4) and a plastic element (5) at least partially filling the hollow profile (4), and the ends of the wire bracket (10) are anchored in the plastic element (5), wherein an elastically deflectable latching projection (23) is formed on the plastic element (5) and engages in a latching cut-out (30) of the hollow profile (4).
  2. Cooled goods holder according to claim 1, characterised in that the strips (3) extend on two opposing lateral edges (2) of the shelf (1) on both sides of the first edge.
  3. Cooled goods holder according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the wire bracket (10) engages in a front face of each strip (3).
  4. Cooled goods holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that each end (28) of the wire bracket (10) has at least one grain size (29).
  5. Cooled goods holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the strips (3) each have at least two cut-outs (8a, 8b) which are open downwards and outwards.
  6. Cooled goods holder according to claim 5, characterised in that on a first side facing a front face of the strip (3) at least one first of the cut-outs (8a, 8b) has an undercut (17).
  7. Cooled goods holder according to claim 6, characterised in that on a second side opposing the first side, the cut-out (8b) has an oblique surface (16) running on the first side.
  8. Cooled goods holder according to claim 7, characterised in that the undercut (17) has an oblique surface (19) which runs parallel to the oblique surface (16) of the second side.
  9. Cooled goods holder according to one of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that the first cut-out (8b) is adjacent to the front edge and the second cut-out (8a) is adjacent to the rear edge of the storage space.
  10. Cooled goods holder according to one of claims 5 to 9, characterised in that the second cut-out (8a) is open on a side facing away from the first cut-out (8b).
  11. Cooled goods holder according to one of claims 5 to 10, characterised in that the plastic element (5) engages into the cut-outs (8a, 8b) beyond edges (24, 25) of the hollow profile (4).
  12. Cooled goods holder according to one of claims 5 to 11, characterised in that the latching cut-out (30) is formed in a surface of the hollow profile (4), which faces one of the cut-outs (8b) which is open downwards and outwards.
  13. Cooled goods holder according to claim 12, characterised in that the latching cut-out (30) is formed in a wall of the hollow profile (4), which separates a groove receiving an edge (2) of the support plate (1) from one of the cut-outs (8b) which is open downwards and outwards.
  14. Refrigeration appliance with a cooled goods holder according to one of the preceding claims, having holder tappets (9) supporting the cooled goods holder and projecting from side walls of a storage chamber into the storage chamber.
  15. Refrigeration appliance according to claim 14, characterised in that the cooled goods holder is a cooled goods holder according to one of claims 5 to 13 and the holder tappets (9) engage into the cut-outs (8a, 8b).
  16. Refrigeration appliance according to claim 15, characterised in that the depth of the undercut (17) of one of the cut-outs (8a) is larger than the play in the depth direction, with which one of the holder tappets (9) engages in another cut-out (8b).
  17. Refrigeration appliance according to claim 16, characterised in that the holder tappets (9) are moulded parts, in particular identical, and are attached to the side walls.
  18. Refrigeration appliance according to claim 16 or 17, characterised in that the holder tappets (9) have oblique bevels (15, 18) which are parallel to the oblique surfaces (16, 17) of the cut-outs (8a, 8b).
  19. Refrigeration appliance according to claim 18, characterised in that the distance between oblique bevels (15, 18) of a holder tappet (9), which are parallel to one another, corresponds to the distance between oblique surfaces (16, 17) of a cut-out (8b) which are parallel to one another.
