Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Reduzieren von NOx-Emissionen in einem Kohlenstaubbrenner mit den Stufen:Bereitstellen eines Vier-Zonen-Brenners, wobei die innerste Zone eine axiale Zone (25) ist, die von einer ersten Ringzone (11) konzentrisch umgeben ist, welche selbst von einer zweiten Ringzone (16) konzentrisch umgeben ist, welche selbst von einer dritten Ringzone (17) konzentrisch umgeben ist,Bereitstellen eines ersten Sauerstoff enthaltenden Gases in der axialen Zone,Bereitstellen eines Kohlenstaub umfassenden Trägergases in der ersten Ringzone,Bereitstellen eines zweiten Sauerstoff enthaltenden Gases in der zweiten Ringzone,Bereitstellen eines dritten Sauerstoff enthaltenden Gases in der dritten Ringzone,Bereitstellen des Trägergases mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die größer als etwa 15 m/s (3000 ft/min) ist, in dem BrennerBereitstellen des ersten Gases mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die größer als die des Trägergases ist, in dem Brenner,Bereitstellen des zweiten Gases mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die kleiner als die des Trägergases ist, in dem Brenner,Bereitstellen des dritten Gases mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die größer als die des Trägergases ist, in dem Brenner,Verbrennen des Kohlenstaubs in dem Trägergasstrom aus dem inneren des Stroms heraus mit dem ersten Gas,Verbrennen des Kohlenstaubs in dem Trägergasstrom mit dem zweiten Gas und dem dritten Gas von außen,Nutzen des Geschwindigkeitsgradienten zwischen den vier Ringzonen, um eine Rezirkulationszone innerhalb einer Brennerflamme zu erzeugen, undUnterdrücken der NOx-Bildung und Beschleunigung der Verbrennung durch Rezirkulation von unverbrannter Kohle und Sauerstoff in die Brennerflamme.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, welches weiterhin das Verwirbeln des zweiten Gases, bevor es die Brennerflamme erreicht, umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, welches weiterhin das Verwirbeln des Trägergases vor der Verbrennung umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, welches weiterhin das Verwirbeln des dritten Gases vor der Verbrennung umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, welches weiterhin das Verwirbeln des ersten Gases vor der Verbrennung umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das erste Gas mehr als 21 Prozent Sauerstoff umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das zweite Gas mehr als 21 Prozent Sauerstoff umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das dritte Gas mehr als 21 Prozent Sauerstoff umfasst.
