Claims (18)
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu avec un élément de paroi (1) et une porte coupe-feu (3), la porte coupe-feu (3) comportant au moins un élément pare-feu (1') avec deux plaques de couverture (4), entre lesquelles est comprise une garniture (5, 5') constituée d'un matériau ignifuge, la porte coupe-feu (3) étant fixée avec une penture (7) au moyen d'une bande de fixation (8) correspondante sur une longueur du chant de la porte coupe-feu (3) et d'un évidement (2) de l'élément de paroi (1), et les bandes de fixation (8) étant reliées entre elles par au moins deux articulations (9) espacées entre elles, pour un montage sur palier d'articulation, exempt de cadre, de la porte coupe-feu (3), caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de couverture (4) de la porte coupe-feu (3) et/ou l'élément de paroi (1) présentent au moins un empochement (10) dans une zone de coin (10'), où les articulations (9) au moins partiellement sont logées.
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un portail coupe-feu est prévu comme élément de paroi (1), lequel comporte au moins un élément pare-feu (1') avec deux plaques de couverture (4), entre lesquelles est comprise une garniture (5, 5') constituée d'un matériau ignifuge.
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de couverture (4) du portail coupe-feu (1) présente l'empochement (10) dans une zone de coin (10').
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la porte coupe-feu (3) et/ou l'élément de paroi (1) présentent au moins deux empochements (10) réalisés comme évidements opposés au reste de la zone de coin (10'), dans chacun desquels est logée au moins partiellement une articulation (9).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de matériau des deux bandes de fixation (8) superposées est inférieure au diamètre des articulations (9) de section sensiblement circulaire.
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (9') des articulations (9) est disposé à l'intérieur de l'empochement (10).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de fixation (8) présentent une partie de fixation (8') pour la connexion à la porte coupe-feu (3) ou à l'élément de paroi (1), ainsi qu'une partie d'articulation (8") coudée vers la partie de fixation (8') et s'étendant vers un axe de rotation (9') de l'articulation (9).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal de la partie d'articulation (8") est incliné d'au moins 10°, en particulier de 15° à 45° par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la partie de fixation (8').
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une bande de battement (11) fixée sur la porte coupe-feu (3), laquelle recouvre l'empochement (10).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la bande de battement (11) comporte des évidements (12) pour la réception des articulations (9).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de couverture (4) sont pliées l'une vers l'autre vers l'intérieur dans la zone de bord (4'), sans être en contact entre elles pour inclure la garniture (5, 5').
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une autre bande de battement (16) sur la plaque de couverture (4) de la porte coupe-feu (3) qui est prévue du côté de l'articulation, dans la zone de coin de la porte coupe-feu (3) opposée à la penture (7) côté longueur.
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3 à 12, si celle-ci est dépendante de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, sur les plaques de couverture (4) du portail coupe-feu (1) distantes des articulations (9) dans les zones de coin côté longueur de l'évidement (2) pour la réception de la porte coupe-feu (3), est prévue une autre bande de battement (16) recouvrant une fente (17) entre la porte coupe-feu (3) et le portail coupe-feu (1)
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les autres bandes de battement (16) sont fixées chacune dans une zone de bord (4') pliée vers l'intérieur d'une plaque de couverture (4).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 9 à 14, caractérisé en ce que des pièces de tôle ou des profilés pliés sensiblement en T sont prévus comme bandes de battement (11, 16).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3 à 15, si celle-ci est dépendante de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de fixation (8) sont fixées par au moins une vis sur le portail coupe-feu (1) ou la porte coupe-feu (3), une couche (15) en matériau isolant thermique étant prévue au niveau du fond de vis (14).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3 à 16, si celle-ci est dépendante de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la porte coupe-feu (3) comporte dans la partie d'extrémité proche du sol au moins un élément (20) en forme de goupille dépassant de la surface longitudinale de l'évidement (2) côté chant, dont une partie de tête s'engage pour un maintien par l'arrière dans une rainure (22) du portail coupe-feu (1), en position de fermeture de la porte coupe-feu (3).
- Dispositif de protection contre le feu selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'une vis ajustable dans une pièce de réception (21) est prévue comme élément (20) en forme de goupille.
