Claims (19)

  1. Metallische Trommel, die auf ihrer Außenfläche auf einem ersten Niveau wenigstens eine erste Seitenwandzone (12) besitzt, die mit durchgehenden Perforationen (14) perforiert ist, die durch erste Vollteile begrenzt sind, und auf einem zweiten Niveau, das von dem ersten Niveau verschieden ist, wenigstens eine zweite Seitenwandzone (13) besitzt, die mit durchgehenden Perforationen (14) perforiert ist, die durch zweite Vollteile begrenzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - die Abmessung der Perforationen im Bereich von 0,1 bis 1,2 mm liegt,
    - die Anzahl von Perforationen sowohl in der wenigstens einen ersten Zone als auch in der wenigstens einen zweiten Zone im Bereich von 40 bis 200 pro Quadratzentimeter liegt und
    - der Anteil der Öffnungen im Bereich von 3 bis 60 % und vorzugsweise im Bereich von 5 bis 15 % liegt.
  2. Einteilige perforierte metallische Trommel, die für die Herstellung gemusterter Vlies-Textilprodukte bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus wenigstens zwei Schichten gebildet ist, wovon eine erste Schicht einem ersten Niveau entspricht, das wenigstens eine erste Seitenwandzone (12) bildet, die mit durchgehenden Perforationen (14) perforiert ist, die durch erste Vollteile begrenzt sind, und wovon wenigstens eine zweite Schicht einem zweiten Niveau entspricht, das wenigstens eine zweite Seitenwandzone (13) bildet, die mit durchgehenden Perforationen (14) perforiert ist, die durch zweite Vollteile begrenzt sind.
  3. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessung der Perforationen im Bereich von 0,1 bis 1,2 mm liegt.
  4. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Perforationen sowohl in der wenigstens einen ersten Zone als auch in der wenigstens einen zweiten Zone im Bereich von 40 bis 200 pro Quadratmeter liegt.
  5. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anteil der Öffnungen im Bereich von 3 bis 60 % und vorzugsweise im Bereich von 5 bis 15 % liegt.
  6. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Höhenvariation der äußeren Oberfläche aller Zonen, die kleiner als 0,05 mm und vorzugsweise kleiner als 0,01 mm ist.
  7. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus Nickel ist.
  8. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand einteilig ist.
  9. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schicht eine Dicke im Bereich von 0,3 bis 2 mm hat und die zweite Schicht eine Dicke im Bereich von 0,3 bis 2 mm hat.
  10. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere erste Zonen besitzt, die sich alle auf demselben Niveau befinden.
  11. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere zweite Zonen besitzt, die sich alle auf demselben zweiten Niveau befinden.
  12. Trommel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kleinste imaginäre einbeschriebene Kreis längs der äußeren Oberfläche der Seitenwand einer Zone einen Durchmesser besitzt, der größer als 0,5 mm und vorzugsweise größer als 2 mm ist.
  13. Maschine für die Fertigung eines gemusterten Vlieses, die eine Einrichtung (5) zum Spritzen von Wasserstrahlen auf die äußere Fläche der seitlichen Oberfläche einer Trommel und Mittel zum Bewegen eines musterlosen Tuchs (V) zwischen die Trommel vor der Einspritzeinrichtung (5) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel wie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche angegeben beschaffen ist.
  14. Vlies, das verknäulte fadenförmige Elemente enthält, in denen ein Muster ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden der fadenförmigen Elemente von der Vliesfläche, die das Muster besitzt, auf einer Länge kleiner als 0,5 mm vorstehen und dass die Anzahl dieser vorstehenden Enden kleiner als 5/5 mm2 ist.
  15. Vlies, das auf einer Fläche ein Muster mit ununterbrochenem Umriss besitzt, nach Anspruch 14, gekennzeichnet durch eine Abmessung des Musters längs der Fläche, das durch den kleinsten imaginären einbeschriebenen Kreis größer als 2 mm definiert ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine gleichmäßige Tiefe des Musters im Bereich von 0,3 bis 2 mm, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 1,5 mm.
  16. Vlies nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, das 10 bis 100 % Zellulosefasern enthält.
  17. Vlies nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, das 10 bis 100 % ununterbrochene Filamente eines thermoplastischen Polymers, die ein Muster aufweisen, enthält.
  18. Vlies nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17 in Form eines Säuglingstuchs, eines Kosmetiktuchs oder eines Wischtuchs.
  19. Verfahren für die Herstellung einer Trommel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - ein photographischer Film, der das Muster der Perforationen repräsentiert, hergestellt wird,
    - der Film auf eine Matrize gelegt wird, die den Innendurchmesser der Trommel besitzt in bestimmten Bereichen mit eine photoempfindlichen Schicht beschichtet ist,
    - die Matrize mit Lichtstrahlung belichtet wird, derart, dass nur die nicht mit der Strahlung belichteten beschichteten Teile auf der Matrize zurückbleiben,
    - anschließend durch Elektrolyse auf die nicht beschichteten Teile Metall abgelagert wird, wodurch ein unterer Zylinder mit Perforationen erhalten wird,
    - der untere Zylinder von der Form abgenommen wird,
    - der untere Zylinder in bestimmten Zonen mit einer photoempfindlichen Schicht beschichtet wird,
    - ein weiterer Film, der das Markierungsmuster repräsentiert, auf den unteren Zylinder gelegt wird,
    - der untere Zylinder mit Lichtstrahlung belichtet wird, wobei auf dem Zylinder nur die nicht belichteten Zonen der beschichteten Schicht zurückbleiben, wodurch ein belichteter Zylinder erhalten wird,
    - durch Elektrolyse auf dem belichteten Zylinder Metall abgelagert wird, wobei sich das Metall auf nicht beschichteten Zonen der photoempfindlichen Schicht ablagert, ohne die Perforationen des unteren Zylinders zu verschließen, wodurch ein vollständiger Zylinder erhalten wird, und
    - die Reste der photoempfindlichen Schicht von dem vollständigen Zylinder abgenommen werden, um die Trommel zu erhalten.
