Claims (18)

  1. Eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Verriegeln eines Werkzeugs (2) an einer Werkzeugmaschine, insbesondere einer Biegepresse für Bleche, die eine erste Backe (3) und eine zweite Backe (4) umfasst, welche sich zueinander hin und voneinander fort bewegen können, und mindestens einen Sicherheitshaken (5), der zwischen der ersten Backe (3) und der zweiten Backe (4) angeordnet und mit einem Sperrzahn (51) versehen ist, ausgebildet, um in einen Hohlraum (21) einzudringen, der im Schaft (20) eines Werkzeugs (2) bereitgestellt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Backe (4) mit mindestens einem Sitz (41) ausgestattet ist, der zur ersten Backe (3) hin offen ist, und mit einem Querträger (43), der in dem Sitz (41) untergebracht ist und starr mit der zweiten Backe (4) verbunden ist, wobei der Sicherheitshaken (5) so gelagert ist, dass er sich durch die zweite Backe (4) bewegen kann, und einen klauenförmigen Abschnitt (50) hat, der zur ersten Backe (3) hin gerichtet ist und in dem Raum des Sitzes (41) untergebracht ist, welcher von dem Querträger (43) begrenzt wird, und dessen unteres Ende herausragt, um den Sperrzahn (51) zu bestimmen.
  2. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (41) auf der Seite, die der ersten Backe (3) gegenüberliegt, von einer bogenartigen Wand begrenzt wird, deren Konkavität zur ersten Backe (3) hin gerichtet ist, wobei die bogenartige Wand (42) ausgebildet ist, um mit dem klauenförmigen Abschnitt (50) des Sicklerheitshakens (5) zusammenzuwirken.
  3. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bogenartige Wand (42) elastisch verformbar ist.
  4. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (41) lateral von zwei Seiten (44) begrenzt wird, wobei ein Schlitz (45) in mindestens einer der zwei Seiten (44) geformt ist, um einen Verankerungsabschnitt des Querträgers (43) zu enthalten, wobei Mittel zur Befestigung des Verankerungsabschnitts an der zweiten Backe (4) bereitgestellt werden.
  5. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Backe (4) eine Oberfläche (48) für das Widerlager des Sicherheitshakens (5) umfasst, die zur ersten Backe (3) hin weist und oberhalb des Sitzes (41) liegt.
  6. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querträger (43) eine Vorderseite (430) umfasst, die zur ersten Backe (3) hin gerichtet ist und im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Widerlageroberfläche (48) und im Verhältnis zu ihr nach vorne versetzt ist, wobei die Vorderseite ausgebildet ist, um in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche des Schafts (20) zu stehen, die oberhalb des Hohlraums (21) liegt.
  7. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Widerlageroberfläche (48) auf einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene liegt, wenn die erste Backe (3) und die zweite Backe (4) in der Befestigungsanordnung nahe beieinander sind.
  8. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querträger (43) mit einer Oberfläche (431) zum Stützen des Sicherheitshakens (5) versehen ist, die von der Oberkante der Vorderseite her verläuft und in die der ersten Backe (3) entgegengesetzte Richtung geneigt ist.
  9. Die vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützoberfläche (431) im Verhältnis zur Vorderseite um einen Winkel geneigt ist, der im Bereich von 30° bis 60° liegt.
  10. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel im Wesentlichen 45° beträgt.
  11. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherheitshaken (5) mit einer widerlageroberfläche versehen ist, welche der schräge Stützoberfläche (431) folgt und an der inneren Krümmung des oberen Endes des klauenförmigen Abschnitts (50) gebildet ist.
  12. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherheitshaken (5) eine Stange (54) umfasst, die aus dem oberen Ende des klauenförmigen Abschnitts (50) herausragt und mit einem Flügel (55) ausgestattet ist, welcher zu der zweiten Backe (4) hin gerichtet und ausgebildet ist, um auf der widerlageroberfläche aufzuliegen, so dass er frei gleiten kann.
  13. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flügel (55) abgeschrägt ist, um, wenn er auf der Widerlageroberfläche aufliegt, einen Drehpunkt für die relative Drehung der zweiten Backe (4) und des Sicherheitshakens (5) zu bilden.
  14. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherheitshaken (5) mit einem Vorsprung (56) versehen ist, der nahe dem oberen Ende des klauenförmigen Abschnitts (50) geformt ist, welcher zu der ersten Backe (3) hin ragt, wobei der Vorsprung (56) ein Widerlager für die Spitze des Schafts (20) bildet.
  15. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 14 und Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (56) so geformt ist, dass er aus dem Stamm (54) herausragt.
  16. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der klauenförmige Abschnitt (50) des Sicherheitshakens (5) nahe dem unteren Ende davon bereitgestellt wird, mit einem Führungsprofil (52) zum Einführen des Schafts (20).
  17. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Backe (3) starr mit einer Werkzeugmaschine (2) verbunden werden kann, und dadurch, dass die zweite Backe (4) in einer zentralen Position drehgelenkig mit der ersten Backe (3) verbunden ist, wobei lineare Betätigungsmittel bereitgestellt werden, die gegen die elastischen Mitteln zwischen den oberen Enden der ersten Backe (3) und der zweiten Backe (4) arbeiten.
  18. Die Vorrichtung (1) gemäß einem der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Backe (3) eine Oberfläche (31) umfasst, die zur zweiten Backe (4) hin weist, zum Gleiten der Fläche des Schafts (20), welche gegenüber dem Hohlraum (21) liegt, und eine Oberfläche (32) zum Anhalten des Gleitens des Schafts (20), die im Wesentlichen in rechten Winkeln zu der Gleitoberfläche (31) liegt und ausgebildet ist, um in Kontakt mit einem entsprechenden Vorsprung zu stehen, der an der Fläche des Schafts (20) geformt ist, welche dem Hohlraum (21) gegenüberliegt.
