Definitions

  • the invention relates to waste disposal, especially fecal ienbe convenientlyung, in motorhomes, caravans, buses, motor boats or the like., A method for discharging waste according to the preamble of claim 1 and a chopper module, in which the chopper / pump unit for Removing and discharging the feces is housed.
  • cassettes are offered, which are connected to the drain connection of the toilet bowl and absorb all waste accumulating in the toilet bowl by water flushing and gravity (non-motor).
  • Such cassettes are designed as plug-in cassettes, and housed in a specially provided space of the vehicle.
  • Such a cassette has a limited capacity of, for example, 15 - 20 l for a camper and has to be emptied frequently and at special collection points because of their limited volume. Due to the high weight handling and emptying of such cassettes is problematic in many cases.
  • systems are available that are constructed so that below the toilet bowl to the drainpipe a chopper / pump unit is permanently installed, with their help, the feces and the like.
  • chopper / pump units may cause malfunction or damage resulting in the entire on-board garbage disposal system ceasing to function and the toilet being unusable.
  • the chopper is permanently installed, it can be retrofitted in the event of a failure, but such removal, repair and replacement can usually only be done by an authorized repairer who is often unavailable when traveling Disturbance, the use of the vehicle for a long time is severely limited.
  • a fecal pump with integrated pumping and chopping plant for camping toilets for direct pumping and chopping the faeces (motorized system) is known.
  • the inventor of this feces pump is based on camping cassette toilets as prior art, in which the feces are routed through the toilet bowl directly into a tank cassette, so that the camper is forced due to the small tank volume to empty the tank contents at frequent intervals. He therefore proposes to expand the tank capacity by adapting a feces pump with the toilet bowl instead of the standard tank cassette and the feces pump with a larger, external Waste water tank is connected. It is thus in this sewage pump to a permanently installed in the vehicle assembly, which has the same disadvantages as the above.
  • EP 0 933 260 A2 is a tank for holding liquid, in particular a water tank for campers, wherein the tank is to be used as a fresh water tank as well as a waste water tank.
  • This dual use is to be achieved in that the connecting parts are releasable plug-in or snap-on connections that are simply clicked on.
  • Such a proposal does not address the elimination of fecal matter in mobile home toilet facilities and therefore can not contribute to solving the problem of the present invention.
  • a waste water connection to DE 298 03 565 U1 is used to make a connection of camping cassette toilets with a public sewer system, which is all about the emptying of cassette toilets, which are not motorized, so have no chopper / pump unit and therefore no relation to the have to solve problem with the invention.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a way to maintain the occurrence of disturbance in the chopper / pump unit, the use of the on-board toilet system. According to the invention, this problem is solved by a method according to claim 1 or the use of a chopper module or a chopper cassette according to claim 3. Further embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
  • the problem underlying the invention in a particularly simple and user-friendly manner is achieved by using a mobile chopper / pump cassette or chopper modular unit instead of a permanently installed in the vehicle chopper / pump unit, and by the provision of the mobile chopper / pump cassette in the space provided for a conventional waste water cassette ensures complete chopper / pump operation under normal circumstances, and in the event of failure of the chopper / pump unit, the use of the toilet for a certain period of time is largely problem-free as practiced during faeces removal with a permanently installed chopper / pump unit.

Then it is only necessary to connect the electrical line connection to the electrical system and to connect the conclusion, eg a connecting hose to the onboard sewage tank or in the case of a stationary tank outside the vehicle, for example via a quick coupling.
  • an alternative embodiment of a toilet system with a chopper / pump cassette or chopper / pump unit is arranged in the receiving space instead of a conventional waste water cassette or a permanently installed chopper / pump unit. Abstract
