Claims (18)

  1. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung, die die erforderlichen Paarungskräfte verringert, aufweisend:
    einen ersten Verbinder (C), der mindestens einen Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (165, 166) aufweist; und
    ein Basisgehäuse (130) zum Verbinden des ersten Verbinders (C), wobei das Basisgehäuse (130) eine Führungsnut (133) aufweist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbinderanordnung ferner aufweist
    ein Schiebekurvengehäuse (120), das im Wesentlichen parallele, miteinander verbundene Schiebekurvenschenkel (150) aufweist, von denen jeder mindestens eine Kurvenrille (152, 154) und einen Fortsatzführungsschlitz (122) aufweist, wobei sich das Schiebekurvengehäuse (120) in den Führungskanal (133) des Basisgehäuses (130) erstreckt; und
    ein Abdeckungsgehäuse (110), das einen Abdeckungsgehäusefortsatz (112) hat, der in dem Fortsatzführungsschlitz (122) in Eingriff ist, wobei das Abdeckungsgehäuse (110) über einen festen Schwenkpunkt (160) schwenkbar in der Weise an dem Basisgehäuse (130) angebracht ist, dass bei einer Drehung des Abdeckungsgehäuses (110) von einer offenen Position in eine geschlossene Position das Schiebekurvengehäuse (120) sich seitlich entlang der Breite der Verbinderanordnung in der gleichen Richtung wie die Drehung des Abdeckungsgehäuses (110) bewegt.
  2. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die im Wesentlichen parallelen, miteinander verbundenen Schiebekurvenschenkel (150) des Schiebekurvengehäuses (120) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Schiebekurvenschenkel (150) aufweisen und das Basisgehäuse (130) zwei sich gegenüberliegende Führungsnuten (133) aufweist, so dass jeweils ein Schiebekurvenschenkel (150) in einer entsprechenden Führungsnut (133) aufgenommen ist.
  3. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinder gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei mindestens zwei Kurvenrillen (152, 154) vorhanden sind, die in den jeweiligen Schiebekurvenschenkeln (150) des Schiebekurvengehäuses (120) ausgebildet sind, und das Schiebekurvengehäuse (120) eine einstückige Komponente ist.
  4. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei die miteinander verbundenen Schiebekurvenschenkel (150) eine Rückwand (126) aufweisen, die Kammern, Anschlüsse und Drähte schützt, wenn das Abdeckungsgehäuse (110) in eine gepaarte Position gedreht ist.
  5. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 3, wobei die mindestens eine Kurvenrille (152, 154) einen Rastteil am Endpunkt der Kurvenrille (152, 154) aufweist, um ein weiteres Verfahren des Schiebekurvengehäuses (120) zu verhindern und um die Verbinderanordnung in einer gepaarten Position zu sichern.
  6. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 3, wobei die Länge des Fortsatzführungsschlitzes (122) länger als der Durchmesser des Abdeckungsgehäusefortsatzes (112) ist.
  7. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 6, wobei der Fortsatzführungsschlitz (122) linear ist, wodurch eine im Wesentlichen konstante Paarungskraft zur Verfügung gestellt wird, während das Abdeckungsgehäuse (110) von einer ungepaarten Position in eine gepaarte Position gedreht wird.
  8. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei
    der mindestens eine Kurvenfolgerfortsatz mindestens einen ersten Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (165) und einen zweiten Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (166) aufweist;
    und die mindestens eine Kurvenrille eine erste Kurvenrille (152) und eine zweite Kurvenrille (154) aufweist; und
    wobei, wenn das Abdeckungsgehäuse (110) von einer offenen Position in eine geschlossene Position gedreht wird, um das Schiebekurvengehäuse (120) seitlich entlang der Breite der Verbinderanordnung in der gleichen Richtung wie die Drehung des Abdeckungsgehäuses (110) von einer offenen in eine geschlossene Position zu bewegen, hierdurch der erste Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (165) in der ersten Kurvenrille (152) in Eingriff kommt und ferner der zweite Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (166) in der zweiten Kurvenrille (154) in Eingriff kommt, wodurch der erste Verbinder (C) in das Basisgehäuse (130) in eine verbundene Position gezogen wird.
  9. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 oder 8, wobei die Führungsnut (133) einen seitlichen Anschlag am Endpunkt der mindestens einen Kurvenrille (152, 154) aufweist, um ein weiteres Verfahren des Schiebekurvengehäuses zu verhindern.
  10. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei die ersten Kurvenrillen (152) und die zweiten Kurvenrillen (154) einen Rastteil am Endpunkt der Kurvenrille (152, 154) aufweisen, um ein weiteres Verfahren des Schiebekurvengehäuses (120) zu verhindern und um die Verbinderanordnung in einer gepaarten Position zu sichern.
  11. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei die Länge der Fortsatzführungsschlitze (120) länger als der Durchmesser des Abdeckungsgehäusefortsatzes (112) ist.
  12. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 11, wobei die Fortsatzführungsschlitze (120) linear sind, wodurch eine im Wesentlichen konstante Paarungskraft zur Verfügung gestellt wird, während das Abdeckungsgehäuse (110) von einer ungepaarten Position in eine gepaarte Position gedreht wird.
  13. Hebel-Elektro-Steckverbinderanordnung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 oder 8, wobei die Anordnung versiegelt ist, um das Eindringen von Flüssigkeit und Dampf zu verhindern.
  14. Verfahren zum Verriegeln eines Verbindungselements in sicheren elektrischen Eingriff mit einem Gehäuseelement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren aufweist:
    Einführen des Verbindungselements in ein Gehäuseelement, wobei das Verbindungselement einen ersten Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (165) und einen zweiten Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (166) aufweist und das Gehäuseelement aufweist:
    ein Basisgehäuse (130), wobei das Basisgehäuse (130) eine Führungsnut (133) aufweist;
    ein Schiebekurvengehäuse (120), das im Wesentlichen parallele, miteinander verbundene Schiebekurvenschenkel (150) aufweist, von denen jeder eine erste Kurvenrille (152), eine zweite Kurvenrille (154) und einen Fortsatzführungsschlitz (122) aufweist, wobei sich das Schiebekurvengehäuse (120) in den Führungskanal (133) des Basisgehäuses (130) erstreckt; und
    ein Abdeckungsgehäuse (110), das einen Abdeckungsgehäusefortsatz (112) hat, der in dem Fortsatzführungsschlitz (122) in Eingriff ist, wobei das Abdeckungsgehäuse (110) über einen festen Schwenkpunkt (160) schwenkbar an dem Basisgehäuse (130) angebracht ist,
    Drehen des Abdeckungsgehäuses (110) von einer offenen Position in eine geschlossene Position, wobei der Abdeckungsgehäusefortsatz (112) mit dem Fortsatzführungsschlitz (122) in Eingriff ist; und
    Schieben des Schiebekurvengehäuses (120) seitlich entlang der Breite der Verbinderanordnung in der gleichen Richtung wie die Drehung des Abdeckungsgehäuses (110) von einer offenen Position in eine geschlossene Position, wodurch der erste Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (165) in der ersten Kurvenrille (152) in Eingriff kommt, und ferner der zweite Kurvenfolgerfortsatz (166) in der zweiten Kurvenrille (154) in Eingriff kommt, wodurch das Verbindungselement in das Basisgehäuse (130) in eine verbundene Position gezogen wird.
  15. Verfahren zum Verriegeln eines Verbindungselements in sicheren elektrischen Eingriff mit einem Gehäuseelement gemäß Anspruch 14, wobei der Schritt des Schiebens des Schiebekurvengehäuses (120) von einer offenen Position in eine geschlossene Position abgeschlossen ist, nachdem das Schiebekurvengehäuse (120) soweit verschoben wurde, bis das Schiebekurvengehäuse (120) einen seitlichen Anschlag erreicht.
  16. Verfahren zum Verriegeln eines Verbindungselements in sicheren elektrischen Eingriff mit einem Gehäuseelement gemäß Anspruch 14, wobei die Länge der Fortsatzführungsschlitze (122) länger als der Durchmesser des Abdeckungsgehäusefortsatzes (112) ist.
  17. Verfahren zum Verriegeln eines Verbindungselements in sicheren elektrischen Eingriff mit einem Gehäuseelement gemäß Anspruch 14, wobei die Fortsatzführungsschlitze (122) linear sind, wodurch eine im Wesentlichen konstante Paarungskraft zur Verfügung gestellt wird, während das Abdeckungsgehäuse (110) von einer ungepaarten Position in eine gepaarte Position gedreht wird.
  18. Verfahren zum Verriegeln eines Verbindungselements in sicheren elektrischen Eingriff mit einem Gehäuseelement gemäß Anspruch 14, ferner aufweisend den Schritt des Versiegelns des Verbinders und des Gehäuses, um das Eindringen von Flüssigkeit und Dampf zu verhindern.
