Claims (3)
- Meule tronçonneuse abrasive comprenant un disque central (2) et une pluralité de segments abrasifs (4) répartis le long de la circonférence du disque central (2) sur le même nombre de faces de jonction du disque (6), lesquels sont droits, comme on peut le voir en vue latérale de la meule, et comprennent chacun une face de jonction du segment (8) qui est fixée de manière permanente à uniquement l'une des faces de jonction du disque (6),
la meule tronçonneuse abrasive étant entraînée dans un sens de rotation prédéterminé (12), chaque face de jonction du disque (6) et la face de jonction du segment (8) qui est fixée sur celle-ci, comme on peut le voir en vue latérale de la meule, sous-tendant une ligne de liaison droite (10) qui, dans le sens de rotation prédéterminé (12), est inclinée vers l'intérieur en direction du centre de rotation (14) de la meule, en s'écartant d'une ligne tangente,
caractérisée en ce que la surface radialement externe (18) de chaque segment abrasif (4) est droite, comme on peut le voir en vue latérale de la meule, et définit une ligne de surface droite (20) qui est inclinée vers l'intérieur dans la direction du centre de rotation (14) de la meule, en s'écartant d'une ligne tangente, et en ce que
la ligne de surface (20) et la ligne de liaison (10) du segment abrasif particulier (4) sont mutuellement parallèles. - Meule tronçonneuse abrasive selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le disque central (2) comprend une encoche circonférentielle (22, 24) au niveau d'une sur deux faces de jonction adjacentes du disque (6).
- Meule tronçonneuse abrasive selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les profondeurs des encoches circonférentielles (22, 24) sont différentes, une encoche circonférentielle plus profonde (24) et une encoche circonférentielle moins profonde (22) alternant dans la direction circonférentielle de la meule.
