Claims (10)

  1. Matrice, pour un outillage comprenant un piston et une matrice en vue de l'assemblage mécanique par formage de tôles superposées à plat, comportant une enclume (7) et des segments de matrice (2, 2a) qui forment conjointement avec l'enclume (7) une cavité dans laquelle on introduit les pièces, et qui sont montées de façon déplaçable en travers selon un angle, de préférence orthogonalement à l'axe H de la cavité, à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort, matrice comportant en outre un tube périphérique (3) entourant les segments de matrice (2, 2a), caractérisée par les particularités suivantes :
    a) le tube périphérique (3) est sensiblement rectangulaire en coupe transversale, ouvert vers le haut et fixable à un corps de base (1),
    b) les segments de matrice (2, 2a) sont montables et guidables dans des fentes de guidage (8, 8' ; 8a, 8a') parallèles entre elles et se faisant face dans le tube périphérique (3).
    c) des moyens de guidage (5, 5a ; 9, 9a) font saillie latéralement sur les segments de matrice (2, 2a), pour s'engager par complémentarité de forme dans les encoches de guidage (8, 8' ; 8a, 8a').
  2. Matrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'à chaque segment de matrice (2, 2a) est affecté un ressort séparé s'appuyant dans le corps de base (1).
  3. Matrice selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu deux segments de matrice (2, 2a) agencés l'un en face de l'autre.
  4. Matrice selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les ressorts sont des ressorts à lame (4, 4a).
  5. Matrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les ressorts (4, 4a) sont fixables au corps de base (1) au moyen de chevilles (6, 6a).
  6. Matrice selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le tube périphérique (3) est également fixable au corps de base (1) grâce aux chevilles (6, 6a).
  7. Matrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de guidage sont des chevilles (5, 5a) insérables dans les segments de matrice (2, 2a).
  8. Matrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de guidage sont des bossages latéraux, formant une pièce unique avec les segments de matrice (2, 2a).
  9. Matrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'enclume (7) est formée sur le corps de base (1).
