Abstract

Procédé de remplissage de sachets, en particulier de sachets de boisson, en un nombre réduit d'opérations. Un sachet destiné à être rempli est couché une bande transporteuse. Le sachet est amené contre une butée de telle sorte que son extrémité ouverte est positionnée pour que des pinces puissent s'y engager avec précision et saisissent le sachet de part et d'autre de son ouverture et le font pivoter en position verticale avec l'ouverture tournée vers le haut. Les pinces se déplacent ensuite par rapport à l'ouverture, ce mouvement s'accompagnant éventuellement d'un jet d'air destiné à faciliter l'ouverture. Une substance telle qu'une boisson est ensuite placée dans le sachet, puis les pinces s'écartent et le sachet est fermé et scellé. Les sachets remplis sont alors libérés des pinces.
