Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cladding element for creating a facade of buildings.
Cladding elements of the generic type, as described, for example, in the aforementioned unpublished European patent application, are used or used in various forms for external coverage of buildings of various kinds, for example. Warehouses, factory buildings, reception and check-in buildings at airports, shelters in the agricultural sector but also in private homes, to give this a weather-resistant outer skin. Originally rolled for this purpose, used sheet-like structures that were offered in large units in the market and are still offered. Although these large-scale units or structures continue to be used for the aforementioned purposes, it is desirable for reasons of greater use variability intended to increasingly use smaller area covering elements, the otherwise identical or possibly even better weather resistance and tightness a more individual design of the allow outer structure of provided with the generic cladding elements structures, which, for example. Especially well with the cladding elements is possible, which have been described in said unpublished European patent application.
A fundamental characteristic of buildings, if, for example, emanating from a cuboid building, is that this with its merely exemplified four outdoor surfaces, once it has been built, each different environmental conditions, ie the sun, the exposure to rain and snow exposed to wind, dust and airborne components dissolved or particulate therewith. This summarizes that ultimately all four outer side surfaces of an example. Cuboid building regularly are exposed to completely different environmental influences, which in turn has an influence on the lying behind the cladding element building structures and also the interior of the building. If you were, as hitherto continuously handled, the building on all four outsides, to continue to remain in the example mentioned, provided with the same cladding elements, the necessary per se different environmental conditions, as previously also exemplified are not taken into account, which has the disadvantages that, for example, the sun side of the building facing outer surface heated as a result of sunlight stronger than desired, which is noticeable despite best insulation before or in the building structures, whereas the Main wind direction exposed outside of the building heat is withdrawn, which is also noticeable in the interior of the building despite the best insulation in the adjacent to the cladding structures.
This can lead to considerably different temperatures in the room volume in the buildings, even intensified even when the interior is divided into individual room structure areas (different rooms), so that in turn measures must be taken to dissipate heat in certain areas (by cooling devices) or to supply heat to certain areas (by heaters).
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a cladding element, which not only allows a fast, dense and dimensionally stable cladding of facades of buildings, but also a simple way the different Hauptwetter- or main environmental conditions that prevail on different side surfaces of a building, To take into account in order to ensure in a wide range that without further additional technical measures, a largely same indoor climate is achieved in the clad with the cladding elements building and a building facade ultimately only a few differently structured, but having the same basic structure cladding elements can be and the demands made in a simple manner can be taken into account.
The object is achieved according to the invention by a cladding element having a substantially plate-shaped structure and having in cross-section at least one protruding from the plate-shaped plane of the element projection with a flat surface.
Not only that factually plate-shaped cladding elements can be advantageously provided, which can ultimately have any suitable length and any suitable width, but can be at least partially formed by the protruding from the plate-shaped plane of the element projection in the rule strictly flat plate-shaped be structured, said projection is to be understood in this sense, that is formed by the formed substantially parallel to the plate-shaped plane outer plane of the projection, a further plane, ie formally, that the cladding element has at least two spaced apart outer planes. As a result, given appropriate dimensioning of the individual levels, this fact can be easily taken into account for the solar radiation to be expected on a certain outer surface of the building by selectively reducing reflections and also selectively setting them on the overall outer surface of the cladding element.
The plate-shaped plane and the plane formed by the projection of the element can be formed substantially parallel, but it is also possible to form these inclined at an acute angle to each other.
To a plurality of cladding elements quickly and safely and essentially tool and Fremdmittelfrei In a vertical mounting of the connecting element on an outer wall or a substructure of a building, the plate-shaped element at substantially opposite sides, for example. Up and down on connecting means on both sides adjacent cladding elements are connected.
In order to produce the goal of the most dense connection to the adjacent cladding element, it is advantageous to form a connecting device in the form of a cross-sectionally web-shaped projection and the other connecting device in the form of a U-shaped receiving part. Thus, for example, in a simple manner, the web-shaped projection of a connecting element in the U-shaped receiving part of the thereto adjacent connecting element to form the connection can be releasably inserted. Advantage of such a solution is also that for repair, maintenance and replacement purposes, the cladding elements are easily detached from each other, namely the fact that the web-shaped projection of a cladding element from the U-shaped receiving part 1 of the adjacent thereto arranged cladding element in a simple manner is again pulled out.
The possibility of exchange relates not only to the fact that possibly defective cladding elements should be able to be exchanged in a simple manner, but also that due to structurally desired changes or changed environmental parameters that have a reference to the invention-covered building, but others in the context the invention lying cladding elements can be used at desired locations of the building.
As outlined above, the projection may advantageously be formed in the form of a substantially planar part plane of the plate-shaped plane of the element, which is to be understood that the plane of the projection only offset by a certain amount, may be formed parallel to the plate-shaped plane or also, offset by a certain amount, may be inclined at a small acute angle to the plate-shaped plane.
According to a further advantageous other embodiment of the connecting element, the projection in the longitudinal cross section has a substantially U-shaped structure, wherein the flanks of the projection in the longitudinal cross section advantageously substantially abut the projection plane and / or the plane of the plate at an obtuse angle, wherein may be advantageous to form the angle in the range of 90 °.
The angle at least in vertical mounting of the connecting element, which lies between the plate-shaped plane and the projecting plane in the form of an obtuse angle, has the advantage that in particular water can then flow easily due to the consequent inclination of the flanks and also there along there deposited dirt particles can be washed away. Forming said flank with an angle in the range of 90 °, will be advantageous in many cases where the U-shaped receiving part of the one cladding element for receiving the web-shaped projection of the adjacent cladding element is located to ensure that the web-shaped projection almost positively into the U-shaped receiving part can be inserted and thus there is ensured a tight connection between two adjacent cladding elements.
In particular, when compared to the width between the web-shaped projection and the U-shaped receiving part of a connecting element much greater length, which may for example be in the range of up to 6 and more meters, it is advantageous, at least on the plate-shaped plane side of the Projection to provide a plurality of extending in the longitudinal direction of the plate projection ribs, which cause so easily achievable increase in the longitudinal stability of the cladding element. The protrusion ribs on the not visible in the assembled state of the cladding element side of the protrusion, also has the advantage that neither moisture nor dust particles can settle there due to the weather conditions in the environment of the present invention clothed building.
In addition or as an alternative to the above-mentioned possibility of increasing the stability of the cladding element in the longitudinal direction, it may be advantageous to provide at least one elevation extending essentially in the longitudinal direction of the plate at least on one side of the plate-like plane, which also advantageously on the side of the plate-shaped plane Projection can be provided. The survey or elevations may be formed as protruding or protruding elevations of the projection or the plate-shaped plane.
As a further measure in addition to or as an alternative to the web-shaped elevations, it is gem. a still further embodiment of the cladding element advantageous to provide on the side facing away from the plate-shaped plane of the element side of the projection a plurality of groove-shaped recesses which extend substantially in the longitudinal direction of the plate. Also this groove-shaped Recesses primarily have the task of increasing the longitudinal stability of the cladding element. The preferably triangular in cross-section, groove-shaped depressions in this embodiment have the advantage that rainwater can not accumulate in the wells, as it flows out and there also possibly einlagernde dirt particles are flushed out by the rainwater, so that even the outer aesthetic impression the Verkleidungseiementes impairing effect of the dirt particles is not to be feared, but nevertheless an extra stability is achieved especially for very long trim elements.
In order to even more selectively achieve a desired with the cladding elements reflectance for sunlight, in a still further preferred embodiment of the cladding element a plurality of wegstehender of the projecting plane, integrally formed with the projections, in cross-section substantially part-circular formed bulges provided extend substantially in the longitudinal direction of the plate.
Depending on the number of bulges provided per connecting element and depending on the size of the radius of the pitch circle so the reflection properties of the cladding element for the area of a building on which the cladding element is to be used, can be selectively adjusted or specifically taken into account, which also simultaneously still the advantage that an enlargement of the longitudinal and transverse stability is achieved as an additional advantage by the part-circular bulges in the longitudinal direction of the cladding element.
The material from which the cladding element is producible may, in principle, be any suitable material which is able to withstand the environmental influences to which the building clad with the cladding elements according to the invention is exposed after it has been erected. This material may be, for example, metal, for example in the form of an aluminum alloy, but the material may also be a plastic material, which may optionally be formed fiber or metal reinforced. The material may also be an at least partially optically transparent material, for example made of plastic glass. Thus, in a building also optically transparent structures can be created, thereby the outer overall appearance of a building, albeit optically transparent paneling acc. The above listed are used constructively, not disturbed.

It is first gem gem on the representation of the
The plate-shaped
In principle, however, any suitably designed connecting elements in connection with the
Fig. 2 gilt.In the embodiment of the
Fig. 3 hervorgeht. In the
Fig. 3 hervorgeht. In all of the
In addition or as an alternative to the
In the
The
