Stand der TechnikState of the art

Plug-in sleeves with carriers that can be inserted therein are widely known, for example WO 99/20094 A2 . DE 202 02 761 U1 and DE 20 2004 004 783 U1 , In these solutions, the sockets are inserted into a panel and secured with a screw-back flange screw, which should also absorb the forces acting as large as possible. The DE 202 02 856 U1 discloses an alternative according to which the receptacle is surrounded by a fixed flange which is bolted from the back against a panel.

Recent developments of the applicant according to the DE 203 19 266 U1 and initially only registered DE utility model 20 2004 017 332.8 provide a separate holder into which the socket is inserted and receives the load introduced by the latched in the receptacle carrier. The holder may be arranged on the visible panel or be used in a higher load-bearing substructure, which is then set before only an unloaded panel.

Übersicht über die ErfindungOverview of the invention

The device for suspending articles or for holding a tray first comprises a holder which is intended for attachment to a support structure, and also a plug-in sleeve which is provided for insertion into the holder. Finally, a carrier belongs to the device, which has a plug-in part which can be locked into the plug-in sleeve. The holder has a vertically arranged flange, which serves the attachment to the support structure. With the flange, a housing is connected, which has an opening leading into an inner receiving space. On the holder, there are fixing means for fixed, releasable anchoring of the insertion sleeve inserted in the receiving space of the holder housing. The socket has a flange surrounding a window-like mouth of a passage. The flange is followed by a shaft into which the passage extends. Fixing the plug-in sleeve interact with those of the holder. For releasable engagement of the inserted into the sleeve shaft male part of the sleeve shaft has a locking member. The male part has a counter-element, which cooperates with the locking member in the sleeve shaft. The fixing means of the holder housing is the inner housing wall and the fixing means of the socket a pressing against the housing wall, adjustable wedge. The locking member in the sleeve shaft is a free space and the complementary counterpart on the male part an upwardly directed nose.

Specific embodiments of the substructure are described below: To adjust the wedge is a screw which has a seat in the sleeve shaft and is accessible for movement through the passage. The screw engages with its threaded shaft in the wedge. The top of the sleeve shaft has a Wandungsschräge on which the wedge can slide limited. When in the holder housing fixed socket is the top of the wedge, which preferably is provided with a structuring, pressed against the ceiling of the holder housing. In the sleeve shank, the screw seat is open at the top, in the seat forming transverse wall extends an upwardly open slot and the sleeve shaft is open in the area of the slope to the rear end upwards, allowing the screw can be inserted from above into the seat. The wedge has a lower segment with an internally threaded bore for engaging the threaded shank of the screw, this segment being housed in a wedge seat in the sheath shank. The locking mechanism in the sleeve shaft is designed as a breakthrough through his ceiling. In the passage clamping surfaces to reduce the game of an inserted, resting in the end position male part available.

The holder flange has screw holes for attachment to its front or back on the support structure. The housing projects beyond the flange front with a projection and the remaining housing part rises from the back of the flange. Leveling and mounting markings are available on the holder flange. The male part represents the foremost part of a console, which consists of vertically positioned flat material. The console is firmly connected to a rod part of an arm-shaped carrier. Or the male part of the console continues in an upper and a lower leg, between which a recess is located to receive therein the trailing edge of a tray.

At the male part, a lower cutout is initially present for the transition to the rod part or on the legs, from which extends in the direction of a lower chamfer, a second shoulder. A coming from the nose vertical front edge goes into the chamfer. The nose leads to a lower shoulder lying below, which merges into an upper free cut. The console is for example advantageously produced by laser cutting. The configuration of plug-in part and socket allow the insertion of the male part in the socket only at a total inclined relative to the horizontal position of the carrier, with lowered plug-in part. The engagement between the counter-element on the plug-in part and the locking member in the sleeve shaft, as a locked state, results after moving the carrier as a whole in the horizontal with horizontal plug-in part.

In a construction with the device, the holder flange is mounted on the back of a support structure in the assembled state, and the housing protrusion comes to rest in a recess of the support structure. The socket is fixed with its shaft in the receiving space of the holder, and the sleeve flange sits with its back on the front side of the support structure. A carrier is mounted with its male part in the passage of the socket.

In an alternative construction, the holder flange is on the front side of a supporting structure - e.g. a square tube - fixed and lying behind the Halterflansch housing part projects into the support structure. The projecting from the front of the Halterflanschs in the space housing protrusion is located in a recess of a superior plate member, the front facing in the room. The socket is fixed with its shaft in the receiving space of the holder, and the sleeve flange sits with its back on the front side of the plate member. In the same way, a carrier is mounted with its male part in the passage of the socket.

Figuren 2A bis 2GFIGS. 2A to 2G

The one-piece socket 1 is divided essentially into the vertical, rectangular flange 10 and the on the back of the flange 10 attaching shaft 12. The socket 1 further includes a wedge 2 and a screw 9 to fix the socket 1 in the holder 3 as will be described later. Centrally in the flange 10 opens a window-like passage 11 which extends into the shaft 12 up to a transverse wall 15 . Approximately at half the length of the shaft 12 exits an opening 17 at the top, from which the upper edges as a slope 14 to the rear shaft end, in which the wedge seat 18 is located, drop. In the region of the wall slope 14 , the shaft 12 is open at the top. Approximately in the middle of the sloping wall 14, the transverse wall 15 extends through the shaft 12 with an upwardly open slot 13 , so that a screw seat 16 is formed on the transverse wall 15 on the side facing the flange 10 .

The wedge 2 is composed in one piece from the lower first segment 21 and the wedge-shaped second segment 22 arranged thereon at the top, which has a greater width and thickness but a smaller height than the first segment 21 . By basically cuboidal first segment 21 , a horizontal internal threaded bore 20 which is coaxial with the passage 11 extends. The second segment 22 projecting beyond the first segment 21 laterally and in the direction of the flange 10 has, at the bottom, the obliquely ascending surfaces 23 and on the top of a structure 24, preferably as a toothing. In the assembled state, the head 90 of the screw 9 is in the screw seat 16, the screw shaft 92 extends through the slot 13 and engages in the internal threaded bore 20 in the wedge 2 a. The first segment 21 takes place in the wedge seat 18 , while the two-sided oblique surfaces 23 of the second segment 22 rest on the sloping walls 14 of the shaft 12 . The structured surface 24 lies approximately on the upper side of the flange 10 and the side flanks of the second segment 22 close off approximately with the outer surfaces of the shaft 12 . With increasing screwing of the screw 9 - for attaching a tool, the screw head 90 has an engagement contour 91 - the wedge 2 is further pulled onto the flange 10 , wherein the wedge surface 24 , with the entire wedge 2 upwards, by means of the inclined surfaces 23 sliding on the wall slopes 14 emotional. During assembly, the screw 9 is projecting from above with the screw head 90 behind the transverse wall 15 and the screw shaft 92 through the slot 13 , inserted into the shaft 12 . The socket 1 can be advantageously produced as a casting.

Figur 6D).The one-piece and preferably also produced as a casting holder 3 is divided in principle in the vertical plate-shaped flange 30 and the flange 30 centrally penetrating housing 37, wherein a relatively short projection 36 which terminates with the housing front 361 , the front side 300 of Flange 30 surmounted. The housing 37 has a vertically oriented, rectangular cross-section and encloses a front and rear open receiving space 38 into which the shaft 12 can be inserted. To increase the strength of the holder 3 extend from the rear part of the housing 37 cross-shaped ribs 39, which open on the flange rear side 301 . The flange 30 is provided with a plurality of first and second screw holes 31,32 and has on the front side 300 on the vertical central axis above and below the projection 36 each have a leveling mark 33. On the flange backside 301, virtually behind the two leveling marks 33, is ever a cam 35 and the side of the flange 30, a mounting mark 34. From the housing front 361 rise in the corner Markierocken 360, which when pressed on a panel back 71 leave a mark for making a recess 76 (s. FIG. 6D ).

Figuren 7A bis 7CFIGS. 7A to 7C

This sequence of figures illustrates the functional principle of the device in the three position phases. In the first stage (s. FIG. 7A ), shown without the holder 1 surrounding the receptacle 3, is for upcoming insertion of the male part 400 of the console 40 in the passage 11 of the receptacle 1, the entire carrier 4 with its second end 412 inclined in relation to the horizontal obliquely, so that the male part 400 with the nose 403 is inclined downwards.

In the second stage (s. FIG. 7B ), still shown without holder 3 , the male part 400 is successively inserted into the passage 11 while maintaining the inclination of the entire carrier 4 until the nose 403 comes to rest under the opening 17 . When forced insertion, the second shoulder 402 begins to set up near the mouth of the passage 11 on the inner wall, which is formed by the flange 10 and the adjoining shaft 12 .

At the third position phase (s. FIG. 7C ), now shown with holder 3 and first panel 7 , the nose 403 is retracted by moving the carrier 4 in the direction of the horizontal in the opening 17 and finds here in the room towards the inner wall of the holder 3 place. The front edge 404 of the male part 400 is quasi on the screw head 90, the second shoulder 402 sets down in the passage 11 near the mouth, while the first shoulder 401 is supported at the top of the inner wall of the shaft 12 . Thus, the carrier 4 is locked against horizontal withdrawal. The removal of the carrier 4 from the receptacle 1 is done in retrograde manner.
