Abstract

A presentation device with at least one latching rail (1) which is preferably arranged vertically and fastened to a wall or support structure and with a latching support (10, 11) which can be latched at different heights in the latching rail (1) is intended to permit simple and direct latching of the latching supports (10, 11 ) on the locking rail (1). This is inventively achieved in that the latching rail (1) at least one vertically / longitudinally extending gap (2, 3) which is bounded by two opposite side walls (4, 5, 5, 6) and in which a fastening portion (12 ) of the locking support (10, 11) in a substantially freely selectable height transversely to the longitudinal direction (7) can be inserted, that at least one side wall (4, 5, 6) with a plurality of lateral locking holes (8) or other notches is provided and in that the fastening section (12) of the latching supports (10, 11) is provided with at least one latching lug 13, which is resiliently biased substantially transversely to the insertion direction (9) and can be latched into the latching rail (1).

Description

  • The invention relates to a device for the presentation and storage of goods, with at least one, preferably vertically arranged, attachable to a wall or support structure locking rail and with a latchable in different heights in the locking rail locking support.
  • Such a device is known from DE 43 02 147 C2. In the known device, the locking rail consists of a hollow profile with a front and a rear wall, wherein the two walls are arranged parallel to each other. In the front wall, a slot is provided through which protrudes a support arm of a locking support. Furthermore, detents are provided in the interior of the profile on the rear wall, to which a connected to the support arm mounting portion of the locking support can be latched. The said attachment portion is also wider than the gap of the locking rail designed so that it is connected in a form-fitting manner displaceable in the longitudinal direction with the locking rail. However, this has the disadvantage that the locking support can always be connected only by inserting the attachment portion in a located at the upper free end of the locking rail opening with the locking rail. For example, if the bottom latch is to be removed or replaced, all of the overlying latch supports must also be temporarily removed and then re-attached to the latch rail.
  • The object of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned, in which any locking support can be easily assembled or disassembled.
  • The solution according to the invention provides that the latching rail has at least one vertically longitudinally extending gap, is bounded by two opposite side walls and in which a fixing portion of the locking support in a substantially arbitrary height transverse to the longitudinal direction can be inserted, that at least one side wall is provided on the side facing the gap with a plurality of lateral locking holes or other notches, and that the fastening portion of the locking support is provided with at least one latching lug which is resiliently biased substantially transversely to the insertion direction and can be latched into the latching rail. Advantageously, the object of the invention, the detents are mounted neither on the front nor on the back of the locking rail, but on one or both side walls. This allows the insertion of the fastening portion in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the locking rail direction, ie, go out from the user from front to back. The insertion of the locking support in the locking rail from the front can thus be done in any height, in which case the locking lugs engage in the provided detents of the locking rail and thus hold the locking support in the preselected height.
  • In a simple embodiment, the detent holes consist of bores which are introduced into the side wall of the latching rail. It does not necessarily have to be through holes.
  • In a further development of the invention, the latching rail on three substantially parallel walls, which limit zwei.nebeneinanderliegende column. This embodiment enables the parallel insertion of two locking posts next to each other at the same height.
  • Advantageously, the locking rail consists of an extrusion profile, preferably made of aluminum or plastic, in which a plurality of continuous transverse bores are introduced. An extrusion profile can be produced with very little effort, but the detent holes must be introduced after extrusion. In particular, with a locking rail with three walls all provided at a certain height detent holes can be generated with a single continuous transverse bore.
  • In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the locking support for insertion into a gap of a locking rail certain attachment portion which is provided with a latching tongue which has a laterally projecting locking lug in the region of its free end for engagement in the detent holes of the locking rail. Such a locking tongue can be made in a particularly simple manner. A lateral deflection of the locking tongue during assembly or disassembly of the locking support on the locking rail brings the nose out of engagement with the locking holes.
  • The invention is further improved by the measure that the latching tongue has on its side provided with the latching lug a button for the application of a lateral force for the deflection of the latching tongue. The key may for example consist of a tangible corrugation or a projection, whereby the user on the one hand the (blind) finding the right pressure point for the deflection of the locking tongue and on the other hand, the pressing itself is facilitated.
  • In a first variant, the free end of the latching tongue with the latching nose can be inserted into the gap of the latching rail, so that the latching latch can be latched laterally into a latching hole from within the latching rail.
  • In another variant, however, the free end of the latching tongue also protrude laterally from the attachment section so far that it can not be pushed into the gap of the latching rail together with the attachment section, but into a region laterally of the latching rail the locking lug from outside the locking rail can be latched laterally into a detent hole.
  • In an embodiment of the invention it is provided that the locking support has a carrier arm connected to the attachment portion, which extends in the locked state of the locking support on the locking rail starting from the mounting portion substantially horizontally or obliquely downwards. Such a support arm is used in most applications for fastening a goods carrier, which is designed substantially in the manner of a shelf shelf. In this case, a horizontally arranged support arm will be preferable. However, the goods carrier can itself be structured again in order to more or less cover and support goods of a certain shape. For example, it could consist of a perforated plate, each hole carries an example, conically shaped goods. In such a case would also be an oblique, desk-like arrangement of the goods carrier may be desirable, which would be made possible only by obliquely downward sloping locking rests.
  • By the measure that the support arm has on its upper side a support surface for a product carrier, the support or attachment of the product carrier can be improved on the support arm.
  • A further improvement in the stability of the entire device is achieved in that the support arm has fastening means for the positive fastening of the goods carrier on the support arm.
  • In an embodiment of the last-mentioned measure, it is provided that both a region of the free end of the support arm adjoining the support surface and an area adjoining the attachment section are each lowered relative to the abutment surface and provided with an undercut for the positive fastening of the product carrier is provided. In this embodiment, the product carrier can be pushed laterally onto the carrier arm in a horizontal direction, the latter supporting the goods carrier and retaining it in a form-fitting manner, so that the product carrier can not be removed upwardly.
  • In connection with a latching rail having at least two parallel column for inserting the locking posts, it is recommended in a further development of the invention that two different embodiments of locking posts are provided, which are designed mirror images of each other, in particular with respect to the latching tongue with lateral locking lug and button and with respect to the support surface on the support arm. This measure facilitates the attachment of two mirror-inverted designed locking rests in the same height in two adjacent columns of the locking rail. In this case, a locking support with right-mounted locking lug and button on the right side is inserted into the right-hand gap and a locking support with locking lug mounted on the left and key in the left gap of the locking rail. Advantageously, the keys thus remain accessible. Likewise, the support surface of the right support arm will extend to the right and the support surface of the left support arm to the left, so that the two support surfaces do not get in the way.
  • In a preferred and particularly easy to manufacture embodiment, the locking support is integrally molded from plastic, preferably by injection molding. In this case, all parts of the locking support, in particular the support arm with the laterally projecting support surface and the attachment portion with the latching tongue including locking lug and key can be made in a single operation by injection molding.
  • However, the locking support can also be made of metal, wherein the spring can be made of spring steel or plastic.
  • The invention can be further improved by the measure that the goods carrier is provided with fastening means for positive attachment to the support arm to make the connection between the support arm and goods carrier more stable.
  • The positive fastening can be achieved in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner, characterized in that the goods carrier has on its underside two rail-like, transversely to the support arm of the locking support extending projections with undercuts for positive attachment to the support arm. These rail-like projections can then be laterally inserted in the horizontal direction in the undercuts of the support arm.
  • The product carrier can be made of known materials (glass, metal, wood, etc.).
  • In a particularly cost-producible embodiment, it is provided that the product carrier consists of an extrusion profile, preferably of plastic. By an extrusion profile, in particular the o. G. create longitudinally extending projections with undercuts in a simple manner.

  • In Fig. 1 can be seen a locking rail 1 with a right-hand gap 2 and a left gap 3, which are bounded by a left outer wall 4, a middle wall 5 and a right outer wall 6. The walls 4, 5, 6 extend in the longitudinal direction 7 substantially parallel to each other and are provided with a plurality of detent holes 8, of which in Fig. 1, only a few are exemplified. The locking rail 1 is designed as an extrusion profile made of plastic, wherein the locking holes 8 as continuous holes through all three walls 4, 5, 6 were generated. Furthermore, the locking rails 1 are provided with an anchoring portion 45 for anchoring to a support structure.
  • A left locking support 10 is fixed in an elevated position in the left gap 3 of the locking support 1. A right locking support 11 is fixed in a lower position in the right-hand gap 2 of the locking rail 1. As best seen in Figs. 5 and 6, the locking posts 10, 11 each have a mounting portion 12 which is in the respective gap 2, 3 of the locking rail 1 can be inserted. The attachment section 12 furthermore has a latching tongue 14 or 15, respectively. The locking tongues 14, 15 are provided at their free ends 16 each with a latching lug 13, wherein the locking lug 13 of the left latching support 10 shown in Fig. 6 10 protrudes from the latching tongue 14 to the left and not shown in Fig. 5 latching lug of the right latching support 11 of the latching tongue 15 points to the right. Furthermore, the locking tongues 14, 15 provided on the respective sides provided with the locking lugs 13 sides each with a button 17, which thus at the left locking support 10 on the left side of the latching tongue 14 and the right locking support 11 on the right side of the latching tongue 15 is attached.
  • As best seen in FIGS. 2 to 4, the latching tongue 15 shown here on the example of the right-hand latching support 11 is made of its in Fig. 4th shown relaxed position initially brought by a laterally from right to left directed force in the deflected position shown in Fig. 3. Then the locking support 11 is inserted in the direction of arrow 9 in the right-hand gap 2 of the locking rail 1 shown in FIG. 2 and then relieves the latching tongue 15 so that it locks into one of the latching holes 8 (see FIG. 1) to the right. If the locking lug 13 are not yet exactly in the correct height for engagement in one of the locking holes 8 directly after insertion of the mounting portion 12 of the locking support 10, 11, so the locking lug 13 first engages in a locking groove 46 (see Fig. 2) Locking rail 1, which extends on the inside of the outer wall 4, 6 in the longitudinal direction 7 (Fig. 1). Then, the already partially latched locking lug 13 can be moved together with the locking support 10, 11 up or down in the longitudinal direction 7 until the locking lug 13 engages in a detent hole 8.
  • In Fig. 7 can be seen four locking rails 1, which are fixed with their anchoring portions 45 to wall brackets 40. Instead of the wall holder 40, however, another, for example, freely deployable on the floor support structure for fixing the locking rails 1 can serve. For optical cover 1 rear wall portions 42 are provided between each two locking rails, which are inserted into corresponding grooves of the locking rail 1. The right column 2 of the locking rails 1 are provided with right locking posts 11, while the left columns 3 of the locking rails 1 are provided with left locking posts 10. The right-hand gap of the detent rail 1 arranged on the rightmost side and the left-hand gap of the detent rail arranged on the leftmostmost are each provided with side walls 41.
  • In Fig. 8 can be seen a goods carrier 30 in the form of a shelf, which is provided on its underside with rail-like projections 32 which on their sides facing each with Undercuts 33 are provided. The locking posts 10, 11 have a connected to the mounting portion 12 support arm 20 extending from the mounting portion 12, starting in the horizontal direction of the locking rail 1 away. The support arms 20 are provided on their upper side with bearing surfaces 21 for supporting the goods carrier 30. In addition, the support arms 20 have at their free ends 23 and at their adjoining the fastening portions 12 regions 24 each undercuts 25 (see Figures 5, 8 and 9), which are provided for positive engagement with the undercuts 33 of the goods carrier 30.
  • The product carrier 30 is shown in Fig. 8 before its attachment to the support arms 20 of the locking posts 10, 11. For attachment, the undercuts 25 of the support arms 20 and the undercuts 33 of the product carrier 30 are brought together to cover and the goods carrier horizontally shifted to the left until it assumes the position shown in Fig. 9. Now the goods carrier 30 is positively connected to the locking posts 10, 11 and can not be moved in particular up or forwards.
  • The product carrier 30 can be made together with the rail-like projections 32 and the undercuts 33 as well as the locking rails 1 as an extrusion profile made of plastic. The locking supports 10, 11, however, require manufacture by injection molding.
  • The goods carriers 30 are further provided on their side facing the locking rails 1 side with retainers 34, which consist of vertical wall sections and prevent the falling of the goods in the space between goods carrier 30 and locking rails 1 and the adjacent support structure. At her the viewer facing the front of the goods carrier 30 are provided with molded clamping rails 35 to which other possibly useful for the presentation of objects can be clamped, in particular holders for lamps or testers in the context of cosmetics and perfumery. An extension of the goods carrier 30 can be inserted into the clamping rail 35.
  • In the figures 10 and 11 modified embodiments of the locking connection according to the invention on the example of a right locking support 11 are shown. As best seen in the comparison between Fig. 4 and Fig. 11, according to the modified embodiment. Fig. 11 a modified locking tongue 19 further arranged in the right region of the locking support 11 and provided with a locking lug 13 pointing to the left. When inserting the attachment portion 12 in the right-hand gap 2 of the locking rail 1, the modified latching tongue 19 does not engage in the right-hand gap 2, but in an outer area to the right of the right-hand outer wall 6 of the latching rail, the latching lug 13 then from outside to inside (FIG. from right to left) in a not shown here detent hole of the right outer wall 6 of the locking rail 1 engages.
  • Similarly, the embodiment works gem. Fig. 10, in which a further modified latching tongue 18 further left than in the embodiment according to. Fig. 4 is arranged to engage around the corresponding wall 4 or 5 of the locking rail 1 from the other side and engage there.
  • FIGS. 12 to 14 show a modified left-hand latching support 10 with a further modified latching tongue 47, which is arranged in accordance with FIG. Claims (17)

  1. Device for the presentation and storage of goods, comprising at least one latching rail (1), which can be fastened vertically to a wall or support structure (40) and with at least one latching support (10, 11) which can latch into the latch rail (1) at different heights, characterized in that the latching rail (1) has at least one vertically / longitudinally extending gap (2, 3) which is delimited by two opposite side walls (4, 5, 5, 6) and in which a fastening section (12) of the latching support (10, 11) transversely to the longitudinal direction (7) can be inserted in a substantially freely selectable height, that at least one side wall (4, 5, 6) with a plurality of lateral locking holes (8) or other notches is provided and that the attachment portion (12) of the latching supports (10, 11) with at least one latching lug (13) is provided, the spring biased substantially transversely to the insertion direction (9) and in the latching rail (1) einra stable.
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the detent holes (8) consist of bores which are introduced into the side wall (4, 5, 6) of the latching rail (1).
