Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Beleuchtungsprofil gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 sowie eine Regalbeleuchtung mit einem derartigen Beleuchtungsprofil.
Beispielsweise im Einzelhandel finden häufig Regale, Vitrinen und ähnliches Mobiliar zur Unterbringung und Präsentation von Waren Verwendung, wobei im Folgenden stellvertretend für unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungen dieser Schränke der Begriff Regal verwendet wird. Dabei ist in der Regel neben einer Beschilderung auch eine gute Ausleuchtung der im Regal gelagerten Waren gewünscht, wofür unterschiedliche Befestigungseinrichtungen eingesetzt werden. Dabei soll weder durch die Beschilderung noch durch die Beleuchtung ein Zugriff auf die Waren behindert werden WO2009/144326 A2 offenbart ein Beleuchtungsprofil gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Um dies zu erreichen, stellt die Erfindung ein Beleuchtungsprofil mit eine länglichen Profilschiene bereit, wobei die Profilschiene eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Aufnahmenut für einen Regalboden aufweist, die zu einer Rückseite offen ist und durch eine obere Wandung und eine untere Wandung begrenzt ist, wobei die Profilschiene mindestens eine erste, zweite und dritte Nut für längliche Beleuchtungseinrichtungen aufweist, wobei die erste und die zweite Nut auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer in Querrichtung laufenden Mittellinie und in Richtung einer Vorderseite der Profilschiene gegenüber der Aufnahmenut versetzt angeordnet sind und die dritte Nut an einer Außenseite der unteren Wandung ausgebildet ist, und wobei ein in Querrichtung verlaufender Stegbereich zwischen der Aufnahmenut und der ersten und zweiten Nut ausgebildet ist, der schmaler als die Aufnahmenut ist.
Das erfindungsgemäße Beleuchtungsprofil ermöglicht dabei die Befestigung der Beleuchtungseinrichtungen und gleichzeitig weiterer Elemente, wie beispielsweise einer Beschilderung. Zusätzliche Befestigungseinrichtungen können so entfallen. Dabei erfolgt durch die Befestigung im Bereich eines Regalbodens keine Abdeckung der im Regal angeordneten Waren. Dabei kann sich das Beleuchtungsprofil über die gesamte Länge eines Regals erstrecken, wobei beispielsweise die Vorderkante eines Regalbodens über seine Länge in die Aufnahmenut eingesteckt ist. Damit ergibt sich ein sehr zuverlässiger Halt des Beleuchtungsprofils am Regal. Zusätzlich ermöglicht das Beleuchtungsprofil durch die Mehrzahl an Nuten für mehrere Beleuchtungseinrichtungen, die größtenteils nach vorne aus dem Regal hervor versetzt sind, eine schattenfreie Ausleuchtung der zu präsentierenden Waren. Das Beleuchtungsprofil ist dabei sehr kompakt ausgestaltet und vielfältig einsetzbar.
Vorzugsweise ist ein Nutgrund der Nuten gegenüber der Querachse geneigt ausgebildet, wobei eine parallel zum Nutgrund verlaufende Nutöffnung der Nuten zur Rückseite gewandt ist. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen können so flächig am Nutgrund anliegen, wobei eine Abstrahlrichtung der Beleuchtungseinrichtungen durch die Neigung des Nutgrunds vorgegeben wird. Ohne weitere Anpassung kann so eine auf die im Regal befindlichen Waren gerichtete Abstrahlung sichergestellt werden. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen können dabei einfach aufgebaut sein und sind insbesondere untereinander austauschbar. Dies wird durch eine identische Nutgeometrie aller Nuten erreicht.
Bevorzugterweise weisen die Nuten einen T-förmigen Querschnitt auf. Dadurch ist ein formschlüssiger Halt der Beleuchtungseinrichtungen möglich, die insbesondere in Form von LED-Leisten oder Bändern ausgebildet sind. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtungen werden dann einfach in Längsrichtung in die Nuten eingeführt und anschließend darin gehalten, ohne dass zusätzliche Befestigungselemente erforderlich sind.

Erfindungsgemäß ist ein in Querrichtung verlaufender Stegbereich zwischen der Aufnahmenut und der ersten und zweiten Nut ausgebildet, der schmaler als die Aufnahmenut ist. Über den Stegbereich können die erste und zweite Nut mit geringem Materialaufwand beabstandet zur Aufnahmenut und damit mit Abstand zum Regalboden positioniert werden. Die in den Nuten platzierbaren Beleuchtungseinrichtungen können so ohne großen Aufwand ausreichend weit vor dem Regal und den darin befindlichen Waren angeordnet sein, so dass eine gleichmäßige, verschattungsfreie Ausleuchtung erhalten wird.
In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung sind an einer Vorderseite der Profilschiene mindestens eine, insbesondere zwei Befestigungsnuten für eine Blende ausgebildet. Damit ist eine stabile Befestigung der Blende möglich. Die Blende erstreckt sich dabei insbesondere in Längsrichtung über die gesamte Profilschiene und kann beispielsweise zur optischen Anpassung an das Material des Regals und/oder zur Beschilderung dienen.
Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, dass zwischen den Befestigungsnuten und parallel dazu eine vierte Nut für eine weitere Beleuchtungseinrichtung ausgebildet ist, wobei die vierte Nut zur Vorderseite offen ist. Dadurch ist auch eine Beleuchtung nach vorne möglich.
