Description

The invention relates to a storage system consisting of a receptacle with a parallelepiped, bounded by a bottom surface downwards interior and a number of boxes and the other features of the preamble of claim 1.

Such a receptacle in the form of a box is in the US 6,343,708 described. The box is open at the top and has in its opposite short side walls each one acting as a handle opening. She is thus ambidextrous. The box contains a variety of different sized boxes. Each box consists of one probe and four full-surface side walls. To take a box out of the box, the side wall of the box must be gripped by clamping it between the fingers of one hand.

In the DE 297 10 205 a box is described with an inner wall extending in a plane of symmetry of the box in which there is an opening acting as a handle.

For storing and transporting utensils, suitcases are often used in which boxes, which accommodate the utensils, are housed. The utensils may be z. For example, things that are needed for a moderated seminar. These are z. For example, moderation cards and pens, which must be made available to the participants of the seminar.

The invention is based on the task of further developing the storage system so that the utensils can be transported in a space-saving and easy manner and can be made available to the participants during a seminar.

To solve the problem, the invention proposes
  • that the picture is a suitcase,
  • that at the upper edge of the inner wall of the boxes there is a handle above the center of the floor,
  • that the handle consists of a loop
  • and that the loop consists of a band, preferably a leather band, whose ends are fixed to the transverse wall with a single pin.

In this way, the interior of the case can be completely filled with boxes, since their size is adapted to the grid provided in the case. The individual boxes can be removed from the suitcase and provided with the utensils contained therein to the seminar participants.

The storage system provides that the grid surfaces are rectangular and that there are small boxes with a bottom surface corresponding to a grid surface and large boxes with a rectangular bottom surface corresponding to two composite grid areas. In other words, two small boxes placed next to each other give the dimensions of a large box. The small boxes are used to hold pens and the like and are therefore also referred to as pin boxes, while the large boxes are intended with a rectangular bottom surface for receiving moderation cards and are therefore also referred to as card boxes.

The boxes must be simple and sturdy and also easy to remove from the case. The invention therefore also provides that the bottom and the side walls of the box are made closed and the top is open, that the box has at least one inner wall which extends in a direction of symmetry oriented perpendicular to the bottom of the box, and that at the top of the Inside wall a handle is present above the center of the floor.

Through the inner walls, the individual boxes can be subdivided again so that the utensils can be stored in an orderly manner. Since the handle is located above the center of the box, this can be easily removed without tilting the case.

In the simplest case, the handle consists of a loop, wherein the loop consists of a narrow band, preferably a leather band, whose ends are fixed with a single pin on the transverse wall. For example, the pin may be a rivet. This forms an axis of rotation, so that the loop can optionally be folded to the side.

In order to grip the utensils easily, at least one side wall of the box has a cutout in its upper edge.

Some boxes can also be designed to be closed, wherein the boxes have a hinged lid, which has on its longitudinal side a tab which rests against a side wall in the closed state of the lid.

To hold the tab on the side wall a rubber band is attached to the box, which can be stretched over the tab.

Preferably, the boxes are made of cardboard. Except for the inner wall a single sheet template with lines of weakness is provided at which the template is folded into a box, which then mark the edges of the box. For connecting the erected side walls, these seams, which are brought to an adjacent side wall to cover and riveted to this.

Dazu zeigen:

Fig. 1
Fig. 2
Fig. 3
Fig. 4
eine geschlossene Schachtel (Utensilienbox) mit einem Deckel.
In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment. To show:
Fig. 1
a schematic representation of a suitcase with boxes therein,
Fig. 2
an open small box (pen box) with an approximately square bottom,
Fig. 3
an open large box (card box) with a rectangular bottom and
Fig. 4
a closed box (utensil box) with a lid.

The Fig. 1 shows an open suitcase 1 in the size of a briefcase. In the case are several boxes (pen boxes 2, card boxes 3, utensils boxes 4) of different sizes, which are indicated here by hatched areas. As can be easily seen, the boxes 2, 3, 4 adapt to a raster 5 shown in phantom with rectangular, approximately square grid surfaces. In principle, a grid area can also be exactly square if this allows the dimensions of the suitcase. The idea is that these grid areas can be further divided symmetrically in order to achieve even smaller grid areas.

Fig. 2 shows a small box 2 with an approximately square bottom surface 6 and four side walls 7, whose height corresponds approximately to an edge length of the bottom surface 6. The size of the floor area is approx. 8.5 to 11 cm. The bottom surface of the small box 2 thus corresponds to a grid area. In the middle of the box, parallel to a side wall, there is an inner wall 8 which is the same height as the side walls and which divides the box into two compartments. At the upper edge of the inner wall 8, a loop 9 is attached from a leather strap with a rivet.

The box is made from a cross-shaped template made of laminated cardboard. For this purpose, the arms of the cross are folded upwards and fastened by means of folds 11, which overlap with an adjacent side wall, at this by rivets 12.

Fig. 3 shows a large box 3 with a rectangular, two grid areas corresponding floor area, which is twice that of the small box 2. A large box 3 thus has the outer dimensions of two small, assembled at their short sides boxes 2. A large box 3 is otherwise constructed as a small box 2, so that corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals. Since this box 3 is mainly used for receiving maps, located in the edge of the longer side wall cutouts 13 in the form of a flat circular section.

Fig. 4 shows a closed box 4, which is placed with its rear longer side 14 down in the case 1. In terms of the grid division, this side surface forms the bottom of the box. The bottom surface corresponds to two halved grid areas, which are assembled on their short sides. Two such boxes juxtaposed therefore have the size of the rectangular boxes 3. At the rear longer side wall 14, a hinged lid 15 is hingedly attached to the front side of a flap 16 is pivotally mounted in the size of the longer side wall. In a closed box 4 is the tab - as in the Fig. 4 shown - folded over the front longer side wall 17. There it is held by a rubber band 18, which is attached to the shorter side walls 19. So that this does not slip off the tab 16, located in the tab 16 is a groove 20 in which the rubber band 18 is located.
