Description

The invention relates to an extendable from the articulated arm of a crane two-part telescopic arm with a crane-side outer and an end-side inner arm, inside the crane arm pipes lead to connections in the end of the Knickerarms and lead hose lines from the terminals to the end inner arm.

Einen gattungsgemäßen Teleskoparm offenbart beispielsweise die DE 196 13 700 A1 .Generic telescopic arms are used on cranes for the transport and lifting of cargo by a working device, such as a gripper, attached to the end-side arm. The articulated arm describes the arm from which the at least two-part telescopic arm moves out. Such an articulated arm is pivotable, for example via a rotary joint relative to a base on which the articulated arm is mounted. In the end of the articulated arm are in generic telescopic arms connections leading to which pipes a hydraulic unit. From these connections hose lines lead inside the telescopic arm to the exposed end of the inner arm, where further connections for hydraulically operated devices (such as a gripper) are located. A generic telescopic arm, for example, discloses the DE 196 13 700 A1 ,

A disadvantage of the prior art, it has been found that due to the natural wear due to the telescopic retraction and extension of the arms, the hose lines must be renewed in the interior of the telescopic arm from time to time and this requires some elaborate steps are necessary.

Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a telescopic arm of the type mentioned, in which a renewal of the hose lines is much easier.

According to the invention this is achieved by the ports are partially covered by a arranged at the end of the articulated arm removable cover, after their removal, the connections of the hose lines are accessible.

By the terminals are partially covered by a removable cover, not only is better accessibility to the hose lines given, but also easier to check whether the connections of the hose lines firmly to the Sit connections or possibly loosened screw must be tightened.

In the preferred case, it is provided that the cover has an approximately U-shaped cross-section, so that the cover can be pulled down easily from the articulated arm after the releasable attachment mechanisms (e.g., threaded connections) have been opened.

For a particularly compact construction, it is provided in the preferred embodiment that the connections are arranged on a mounting block fixed in the end region of the articulated arm. To further improve the compactness and accessibility in the connection area, it can be provided that after removal of the cover, the connections of the pipes are accessible.

(Zum Einfahren des Teleskoparms ist ein analoger umgekehrt angeordneter Mechanismus mit einer zweiten Kette und einem zweiten Kettenrad vorgesehen, der im Rahmen der Figurenbeschreibung näher erläutert wird.)Generic extendable two-part telescopic arms are designed such that when extending the crane-side part of the same arm at the same time the end-side arm, which is inserted in the interior of the crane-side arm, moves out of the crane-side arm. For this purpose, the crane-side arm can be connected via an actuator (or actuator) to the articulated arm and the extract of the crane-side arm part, for example via a piston / cylinder unit. For example, this is done in the way that the piston / Zylindcreinheit has a cylinder which is connected to the crane-side arm, wherein in the cylinder, a movable piston is arranged with a piston rod which is connected to the articulated arm. By introducing hydraulic fluid into the cylinder, the piston is pushed back and the crane-side arm moves out of the articulated arm. Thus, the crane-side arm moves relative to the articulated arm. So that now also the end-side arm moves relative to the crane-side arm, this must move in relation to the articulated arm at a higher speed. For this purpose, the articulated arm with the end-side arm part via a chain (or eg a wedge or toothed belt, etc.) is connected, which is deflected by a sprocket. If now moves the crane-side arm relative to the articulated arm, so the chain is deflected by twice the distance of movement of the crane-side arm to the chain roller due to the relative movement of the sprocket to the articulated arm and the end arm, so that the end crane arm by twice the path length of crane-side crane arm moves in the direction of movement. (To retract the telescopic arm is an analog reversely arranged mechanism provided with a second chain and a second sprocket, which is explained in more detail in the description of the figures.)

Such a construction has the disadvantage that the individual connections are distributed over the articulated arm. For a compact design and to improve the accessibility of the connections, it has at a extendable from the articulated arm of a crane two-part telescopic arm with a crane-side outer and an end-side inner arm, with hose leads from the terminals to the end inner arm, the connections on one In the end region of the articulated arm fixed mounting block are arranged, proven to be favorable when a chain which extends from the articulated arm via a crankshaft arranged on the sub-arm sprocket to the end (inner) arm, is connected to the end remote from the articulated end of the month block. It is particularly preferred that the chain is connected to a chain tensioner arranged on the mounting block.

Since the articulated arm is moved relative to the crane-side arm, plain bearings are required, which favor the relative movement. It has proven advantageous if the month block carries a sliding block as a sliding bearing for the crane-side arm.

In Fig. 1 is a telescopic arm shown in the prior art. In this case, the articulated arm 1 can be seen, which is rotatable about an axis 2 relative to a (not shown) base. Inside the articulated arm 1 there is a two-part telescopic arm a crane-side outer arm part 3 and an end-side inner arm part 4, wherein hose lines 5 are connected to a fixed in the end of the articulated arm month block 6, lead to the pipes (not shown) of a hydraulic unit. (The sake of clarity, only one hose line 5 is shown.) The telescopic arm is now moved as follows: The spring device 7 consists of a cylinder 8 with a movable piston 9 and a piston rod 10 (indicated by dashed lines), the piston rod 10 fixed to the articulated arm 1 is and the cylinder 8 is attached to the crane-side outer arm 3 via a cross strut 20. If now hydraulic fluid, for example, via the piston rod 10 into the interior of the cylinder 8 in the cylinder chamber 8 'is introduced, the hydraulic fluid displaces the piston 9 and the cylinder 8 moves relative to the piston 9 and moves due to the cross member 20 to the crane side arm 3 also this part of arm 3 (in the case shown to the right). Thus, the inner end-side arm 4 can move relative to the crane-side outer arm 3, a chain 11 is fixed to the articulated arm 1 and extends over a sprocket 12 in the interior to the inner end-side arm 4, where the chain 11 is mounted. If now moves the outer crane-side arm 3, automatically moves the sprocket 12 away from the point where the chain 11 is fixed to the articulated arm 1, since the chain is applied to the sprocket 12, that the chain 11 by twice the path length the sprocket 12 must be steered in comparison to the path that the crane-side arm 3 travels (relative to the articulated arm). When retracting, the analog mechanism comes to bear by means of a second chain 11 'and a second sprocket 12'. From the mounting block 6 lead from connections 15 hose lines 5 via a hose reel 13 to hydraulic connections 14 at the end of the inner end-side arm 4. When retracting and extending the crane arm, it can be seen that the hose lines are constantly moved 5 and are rolled over the hose reel 13 and thereby must be renewed from time to time as they are subject to wear.

In the Fig. 2a and 2 B (Reference numeral as in FIG. 2a), a crane arm according to the invention can now be seen in a partially broken-away view, in which in particular in the encircled section A (FIG. Fig. 2b ), the removable cover 21 can be seen, which is approximately U-shaped in cross-section and is placed on the articulated arm, under which the mounting block 6 is seated (see also the detail sections of Fig. 3a and 3b ). The actual cover 21 can now be easily removed by simple screws or wing nuts, for example, whereby the hose lines 5 and Pipes 5 'and their connections 15, which are arranged here parallel to the Teleskopausziehrichtung, are easily accessible. It is particularly advantageous to attach the cover 21 in the end region, specifically on the upper side of the articulated arm 1. The pipes 5 'lead inside the crane from the hydraulic device to the mounting block 6, the hose lines 5 lead inside the telescopic arm to the terminals 14. The part 21' serves to reinforce the articulated arm 1 in the end. It can also be seen that on the mounting block 6, the chain 11 is fixed. In Fig. 4 Once again it can be seen in detail how a mounting block 6 could look (without connected chain 11 or connected hose lines 5 or pipes 5 '). In this case, the mounting block 6 additionally has a chain tensioner 22, in which the connection point 23 of the chain is movable relative to the mounting block 6, in that the connection point 23 to the chain has a thread (not shown) and a nut 24 attached to the mounting block 6 sitting is rotatable. As a result, the chain 11 can be kept constantly under tension. On the underside of the mounting block, a sliding shoe 24 is also attached, which serves as a bearing for the relative movement between articulated arm 1 and outer crane-side arm 3.
