Claims (9)
- Plastic film bag, which is formed by folding and sealing a plastic film (5), comprising two front sides (1), two V-shaped side folds (2), a bottom surface (3) as well as a bag opening (4) at the top, wherein the stability of the plastic film bag standing on the bottom surface (3) is increased by a perimetric dummy sealing seam (6) which is to be folded over when folding out the bottom surface (3), characterised in that a separately created perimetric mechanical weakening (7) is additionally provided in the region of the dummy sealing seam (6).
- Plastic film bag according to Claim 1, characterised in that the mechanical weakening (7) was created by means of light stamping, light cutting, embossing or a laser procedure.
- Plastic film bag according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the plastic film (5) has punched out sections (12) at the end, which punched out sections come to lie in the region of the bottom surface (3) by means of the folding of the plastic film (5) and, as a result, reduce the number of plastic film layers which form the bottom surface (3) in certain areas.
- Method for producing a plastic film bag comprising two front sides (1), two V-shaped side folds (2), a bottom surface (3) and a bag opening (4) at the top,
wherein a continuous plastic film sheet (5) with a dummy sealing seam (6), which runs transversely to the sheet and extends across the entire width of the sheet, is provided,
wherein the V-shaped side folds (2) are folded and the plastic film sheet (5) is welded with a longitudinal sealing seam (13) to form a plastic film tube (5'),
wherein the side folds (2) are closed with sealing seams (8) at the bottom in the same manner as the front sides (1) of the plastic film tube (5'),
wherein a blank (5") for an individual plastic film bag is created from the continuous plastic film tube (5') by means of a separation procedure,
characterised in that the plastic film sheet (5) is additionally provided with a separately created mechanical weakening (7), which likewise extends across the entire width of the sheet, in the region of the dummy sealing seam (6). - Method according to Claim 4, characterised in that the bottom surface (3) of the plastic film bag is subsequently formed by folding over the perimetric dummy sealing seam (6) of an individual blank (5").
- Method according to Claim 5, characterised in that the mechanical weakening was created by means of light stamping, light cutting, embossing or a laser procedure.
- Method according to Claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the end section of the blank (5") closed by the sealing seams (9, 10) is folded transversely to the plastic film sheet (5) against the bottom surface (3) and adhesively bonded to the bottom surface.
- Method according to Claim 7, characterised in that the continuous plastic film sheet (5) is provided with punched out sections (12) which leads to a gap in the region of the side folds (2).
- Method according to one of Claims 5 to 8, characterised in that the sealing seams (8, 9, 10) for the closing of the side folds (2) at the bottom are provided obliquely to the plastic film tube (5).
