Description

  • La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale les applicateurs de produits cosmétiques et en particulier un dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire sur la peau. Un tel dispositif est connu du document FR 2843000 .
  • L'épilation, comme elle est pratiquée couramment dans les centres spécialisés ou à domicile, requiert en général l'application sur la peau d'une couche d'épaisseur variable de cire épilatoire qui enrobe le poil et reste suffisamment collante pour pouvoir imprégner une bande pour le retrait de la cire et des poils, dans- le cas d'une cire destinée à l'usage de bandes, ou qui sèche en emprisonnant le poil dans le cas de l'utilisation d'une cire sans bande.
  • L'application de la cire sur la peau se faisait jusqu'à ces dernières années à l'aide d'une spatule en bois, en métal ou en plastique servant à étaler la cire sur la peau selon la quantité souhaitée. On peut encore utiliser des cartouches ou des rouleaux distributeurs. Ces cires sont en général des cires qu'il faut chauffer ou réchauffer. Ces cires s'utilisent seules ou avec l'aide d'une bande de non tissé. La tendance des cires, dites à tort, froides est d'être utilisable à des températures plus basses et donc d'avoir un point de ramollissement plus bas ce qui a tendance à augmenter la fluidité de la cire.
  • Les inconvénients de ces cires sont de nécessiter obligatoirement un chauffage à une température parfois difficile à supporter par la peau et, dans le cadre de l'utilisation des cires dites froides, d'appliquer à température ambiante une cire sur la peau, c'est-à-dire à une température inférieure à la température corporelle ce qui a pour effet de contracter la peau et donc de rendre le follicule pileux moins accessible à la cire. L'arrachage des poils devient, dans ce cas précis, plus douloureux et parfois incomplet.
  • L'invention se propose de résoudre ces inconvénients en proposant un dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire sur la peau qui soit pratique, facilement utilisable, économique et permettant d'améliorer le confort de l'utilisateur.
  • A cette fin, le dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire sur la peau, selon l'invention, comprend :
    • une première partie destinée à contenir un dispositif de chauffage comportant des moyens aptes à amener une lame à une température réglable et constante comprise entre 35°C et 55°C, bornes incluses, et
    • une seconde partie constituant ladite lame, plate, réalisée en matériau thermiquement conductible et chauffée par ledit dispositif de chauffage.
  • Le fait d'utiliser sur la peau une lame chauffée à une température proche de la température corporelle est plus agréable qu'une spatule en bois. Elle détend la peau et fluidifie légèrement plus la cire ce qui permet une meilleure pénétration de celle-ci. L'arrachage des poils s'en révèle plus efficace et moins douloureux. En effet, plus la partie de poil entre le bulbe et la surface enrobée dans la cire est longue, plus il y a d'élasticité entre les deux points fixes constitués par le bulbe et la cire et plus l'arrachage des poils est douloureux. En détendant la peau grâce au dispositif selon l'invention, la pénétration de la cire est améliorée et l'arrachage du poil s'avère moins douloureux.
  • De plus, l'utilisation d'une lame chauffée permet d'augmenter la fluidité de la cire et donc d'améliorer encore la pénétration de celle-ci et la détente de la peau ce qui augmente d'autant l'efficacité de l'arrachage et le confort de l'utilisateur.
  • En outre, certaines cires dites sans bande perdent très rapidement leur pouvoir tackifiant. Or, une lame chauffée permet de ne plus avoir ce problème et de pouvoir mieux étendre la cire sur la partie à épiler. Cet avantage permet en outre une économie substantielle de cire.
  • Enfin, l'avantage que confèrent les cires dites froides, qui est de ne pas avoir à les réchauffer, constitue néanmoins un inconvénient important car la peau n'aime pas le froid. Une lame chauffée permet donc d'adoucir l'opération en même temps qu'elle permet une meilleure répartition de la cire et donc une économie substantielle.
  • De préférence, lesdits moyens aptes à générer une température réglable et constante du dispositif selon l'invention, comprennent :
    • une résistance P.T.C.,
    • un fusible thermique, et
    • une alimentation électrique.
  • Plus préférentiellement, ladite alimentation électrique est choisie parmi les piles, les batteries et les accumulateurs, les transformateurs et les chargeurs.
  • Plus préférentiellement encore, ladite alimentation électrique est rechargeable ou non, disposée sur ladite lame ou reliés à celle-ci par un câble de connexion, ou branchée sur le secteur.
  • Dans un mode préféré de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention, ladite première partie dudit dispositif constitue, en outre, un manche de préhension dans lequel ladite lame est disposée fixe, amovible ou interchangeable.
  • Dans un autre mode préféré de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention, ladite première partie dudit dispositif est constituée pour s'adapter sur les distributeurs de cire par vissage ou clipsage et comprend un passage pour ladite cire débouchant par un orifice au niveau de ladite seconde partie, ladite seconde partie étant très légèrement souple et disposée fixe, amovible ou interchangeable sur ladite première partie.
  • Particulièrement, ladite lame du dispositif selon l'invention est réalisée en aluminium d'épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 mm et 3 mm, bornes incluses, et ladite première partie comprend au moins un logement pour placer ladite résistance P.T.C. et ledit fusible thermique.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention ressortiront de la description faite ci-après, en référence aux dessins annexés qui illustrent deux exemples de réalisation dépourvus de tout caractère limitatif.
  • Sur les figures :
    • La figure 1 est une vue d'un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire objet de l'invention.
    • La figure 2 est une vue d'un second mode de réalisation du dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire objet de l'invention, disposé sur un distributeur conventionnel.
  • En se référant à la figure 1, on constate que, dans un premier mode de réalisation, le dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire objet de l'invention représenté comprend une première partie 1 destinée à contenir un dispositif de chauffage comportant des moyens aptes à amener une lame à une température réglable et constante comprise entre 35°C et 55°C, bornes incluses, et une seconde partie 2 constituant ladite lame plate et chauffée par ledit dispositif de chauffage. Typiquement, lesdits moyens aptes à générer une température réglable et constante comprennent : une résistance P.T.C., un fusible thermique, et une alimentation électrique 3. Dans ce mode particulier de réalisation, l'alimentation électrique est ici un câble de connexion 3 devant être relié au secteur.
  • Ladite première partie 1 dudit dispositif constitue, en outre, un manche de préhension dans lequel ladite lame est disposée fixe, amovible ou interchangeable. L'intérêt de disposer d'une lame interchangeable est bien entendu l'hygiène que nécessite une opération d'épilation en même temps q'une meilleure adaptation à la partie à épiler. Sur la figure, la lame est disposée à demeure dans ladite première partie 1.
  • Ladite seconde partie 2 est ici constituée d'une lame réalisée en aluminium de 2 mm d'épaisseur et ladite résistance P.T.C. et ledit fusible thermique sont disposés dans un logement placé dans le corps.de ladite première partie 1.
  • En se référant maintenant à la figure 2, on constate que, dans un second mode de réalisation, le dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire objet de l'invention représenté comprend une première partie 1 destinée à contenir un dispositif de chauffage comportant des moyens aptes à amener une lame à une température réglable et constante comprise entre 35°C et 55°C, bornes incluses, et une seconde partie 2 constituant une lame plate et chauffée par ledit dispositif de chauffage. Comme pour le mode de réalisation précédemment décrit, lesdits moyens aptes à générer une température réglable et constante comprennent : une résistance P.T.C., un.fusible thermique, et une alimentation électrique 3. Dans ce mode particulier de réalisation, l'alimentation électrique est ici encore un câble de connexion 3 devant être relié au secteur.
  • La première partie 1 dudit dispositif, est constituée pour s'adapter sur un distributeur 4, typiquement ici un tube de cire de 100 grammes, par vissage ou clipsage (ici par vissage) et comprend un passage pour ladite cire débouchant par un orifice 5 au niveau de ladite seconde partie 2, ladite seconde partie 2 étant très légèrement souple et disposée fixe, amovible ou interchangeable sur ladite première partie.
  • Dans ce cas particulier, ladite lame est prévue pour être interchangeable pour des raisons, facilement compréhensibles, d'hygiène.
  • Ici également, ladite seconde partie 2 est ici constituée d'une lame réalisée en aluminium de 2 mm d'épaisseur et ladite résistance P.T.C. et ledit fusible thermique sont disposés dans un logement placé dans le corps de ladite première partie 1.

Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour étendre une cire épilatoire sur la peau, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
    - une première partie (1) destinée à contenir un dispositif de chauffage comportant des moyens aptes à amener une lame à une température réglable et constante comprise entre 35°C et 55°C, bornes incluses, et
    - une seconde partie (2) constituant ladite lame, plate, réalisée en un matériau thermiquement conductible et chauffée par ledit dispositif de chauffage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens aptes à générer une température réglable et constante comprennent :
    - une résistance P.T.C.,
    - un fusible thermique, et
    - une alimentation électrique (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite alimentation électrique (3) est choisie parmi les piles, les batteries et les accumulateurs, les transformateurs et les chargeurs.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite alimentation électrique (3) est rechargeable ou non, disposée sur ladite lame ou reliés à celle-ci par un câble de connexion, ou branchée sur le secteur.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite première partie (1) dudit dispositif constitue, en outre, un manche de préhension dans lequel ladite lame est disposée fixe, amovible ou interchangeable.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite première partie (1) dudit dispositif, est constituée pour s'adapter sur les distributeurs de cire (4) par vissage ou clipsage et comprend un passage pour ladite cire débouchant par un orifice (5) au niveau de ladite seconde partie, ladite seconde partie (2) étant très légèrement souple et disposée fixe, amovible ou interchangeable sur ladite première partie.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame est réalisée en aluminium d'épaisseur comprise entre 0,5 mm et 3 mm, bornes incluses, et en ce que ladite première partie (1) comprend au moins un logement pour placer ladite résistance P.T.C. et ledit fusible thermique.
