Abstract
Description
- Als Sicherheitsmerkmale, insbesondere für Wertdokumente, Datenträger und Verpackungen sind Merkmale mit optischen, optisch aktiven, elektrisch leitfähigen oder magnetischen Eigenschaften bekannt.
Hochentwickelte Sicherheitselemente weisen unter anderem auch Speicherelemente, wie Chips oder Magnetstreifen auf, auf denen unterschiedlichste Daten digital gespeichert werden und zum Nachweis der Authentizität detektiert und ausgelesen werden können. - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Sicherheitsmerkmal bereitzustellen, auf dem Daten analog gespeichert sind.
- Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher ein Sicherheitselement, aufweisend ein Trägersubstrat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement auf dem Trägersubstrat eine gedruckte Schicht in Form von Linien oder anderen Geometrien aufweist, wobei ein analoges Signal durch Seitenkantenmodulation in die Bedruckung eingebracht ist.
- Üblicherweise werden analoge Signale bei der Schall- oder Videoaufzeichnung auf Magnettonträgern oder Schallplatten verwendet.
Die magnetische Aufzeichnung auf magnetische Träger wird abhängig vom Signal entweder amplituden- oder frequenzmoduliert. Bei der Aufzeichnung von Schall- oder Videoplatten z.B.: aus Vinyl werden vertikale und horizontale Modulationsarten verwendet. - Das analoge Signal wird erfindungsgemäß in einer Seitenkantenmodulation in der X-Achse codiert.
Dabei wird analog der Technologie zur Herstellung von Schallplatten durch Seitenkantenveränderungen der Basis das analoge Signal erzeugt, das dann in ein Tonsignal umgewandelt werden soll. - Für die drucktechnische Aufarbeitung wird dabei das analoge Datensignal über einen A/D-Wandler in ein digitales Signal umgesetzt.
Dieses digitale Signal wird mit Hilfe eines Audiosignal-Visualisierer als Grafik ausgegeben. - Die drucktechnische Umsetzung erfolgt in einem geeigneten Grafikprogramm, das für das entsprechende Druckverfahren in die Grafik einrechnet und dann durch geeignete Verfahren auf das jeweilige Druckwerkzeug übertragen.
- Diese seitenkantenmodulierte Bedruckung kann in Form von Linien oder anderen Geometrien mittels herkömmlicher Druckverfahren, beispielsweise im Tief-, Flexo-, Sieb-, Offset-, Buch-, Intaglio- oder Digitaldruck und dergleichen auf das Trägersubstrat aufgebracht werden.
Für den Tiefdruck kann dabei beispielsweise zur Herstellung eines Tiefdruckzylinders oder einer Tiefdruckplatte mit Hilfe eines Laserbelichtungsverfahrens und Ätzung oder mittels eines Gravurverfahrens mit einem Diamantstichel oder mit Hilfe direkter Laserablation (z.B.: Dätwyler Laserstar oder Hell Direktkupferlaser) erfolgen. - Für das Flexodruckverfahren können beispielsweise die Sleeves mit Elastomeren direkt mittels eines Lasers graviert werden.
- Üblicherweise werden die analogen Datensignale im Volltonmodus ausgeprägt. Daher ist keine Rasterung der Druckoberfläche notwendig. Die zu druckenden Flächen werden als volldruckende Fläche rasterlos ausgeführt.
Dabei kann eine konventionelle Druckfarbe verwendet werden. Die Druckfarbe kann aber auch weitere Eigenschaften, beispielsweise optische Eigenschaften, oder UV- oder IR- detektierbare Eigenschaften aufweisen. - Somit kann das Signal in unterschiedlichen Farben und Formen aufgebracht werden. Dadurch kann das Signal beispielsweise in einem Motiv versteckt oder integriert werden.
- Ferner ist es möglich das Signal nicht fortlaufend in das Motiv einzubringen, sondern in verschiedenen Motivteilen zu situieren.
- Das Signal kann mittels eines bekannten optischen Detektors, beispielsweise eines handelsüblichen Flachbettscanners erfasst und mittels einer geeigneten Software ausgelesen werden.
- Für die Auswertung des gedruckten analogen Datensignals und gegebenenfalls zur Umsetzung in den human hörbaren Frequenzbereich kann beispielsweise das in
US 2005/0002319 A1 beschriebene Verfahren verwendet werden.
Dabei wird zur Abtastung ein Lichtsensor benutzt, die Oberflächenstruktur daher berührungslos erfasst und die Daten anschließend in Musik, Töne oder Sprache umgewandelt und ausgegeben. - Auf diese Weise können beispielsweise Texte, Tonfolgen, Musik, Geräusche Töne, Worte analog modulierte digitale Datenfolgen (entsprechend der Modemtechnologie) und dergleichen als versteckte Sicherheitsmerkmale aufgebracht werden.
- In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann das erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitsmerkmal mit weiteren Sicherheitsmerkmalen, die beispielsweise optische, elektrisch leitfähige oder magnetische Eigenschaften aufweisen, kombiniert werden.
- Als Trägersubstrate kommen beispielsweise Trägerfolien, vorzugsweise flexible transparente Kunststofffolien, beispielsweise aus PI, PP, MOPP, PE, PPS, PEEK, PEK, PEI, PAEK, LCP, PEN, PBT, PET, PA, PC, COC, POM, ABS, PVC, Fluorpolymere wie Teflon in Frage.
Die Trägerfolien weisen vorzugsweise eine Dicke von 5 - 700 µm, bevorzugt 5 - 200 µm, besonders bevorzugt 5 - 50 µm auf. - Ferner können als Trägersubstrat auch Metallfolien, beispielsweise Al-, Cu-, Sn-, Ni-, Fe- oder Edelstahlfolien mit einer Dicke von 5 - 200 µm, vorzugsweise 10 bis 80 µm, besonders bevorzugt 20 - 50 µm dienen. Die Folien können auch oberflächenbehandelt, beschichtet oder kaschiert beispielsweise mit Kunststoffen oder lackiert sein.
- Ferner können als Trägersubstrate auch Papier oder Verbunde mit Papier, beispielsweise Verbunde mit Kunststoffen mit einem Flächengewicht von 20 - 500 g/m2, vorzugsweise 40 - 200 g/m2 verwendet werden.
- Ferner können als Trägersubstrate Gewebe oder Vliese, wie Endlosfaservliese, Stapelfaservliese und dergleichen, die gegebenenfalls vernadelt und/oder kalandriert sein können, verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise bestehen solche Gewebe oder Vliese aus Kunststoffen, wie PP, PET, PA, PPS und dergleichen, es können aber auch Gewebe oder Vliese aus natürlichen, gegebenenfalls behandelten Fasern, wie Viskosefasern eingesetzt werden. Die eingesetzten Vliese oder Gewebe weisen ein Flächengewicht von etwa 20 g/m2 bis 500 g/m2 auf. Gegebenenfalls müssen die Vliese oder Gewebe oberflächenbehandelt werden.
- Für die Anwendung als Sicherheitsmerkmale werden die Substrate bzw. Folienmaterialien bevorzugt in Streifen oder Fäden oder Patches geschnitten, wobei die Breite der Streifen oder Fäden vorzugsweise 0,05 - 10 mm betragen kann und die Patches vorzugsweise mittlere Breiten bzw. Längen von 0,3 - 20 mm.
- Für die Anwendung in oder auf Verpackungen wird das Folienmaterial bevorzugt in Streifen, Bänder, Fäden oder Patches geschnitten, wobei die Breite der der Fäden, Streifen bzw. Bänder vorzugsweise 0,05 - 50 mm beträgt und die Patches vorzugsweise mittlere Breiten und Längen von 0,5 - 200 mm aufweisen.
- Ein entsprechender Sicherheitsfaden oder -streifen kann auch als Randverstärkung von Verpackungen, Wertdokumenten und dergleichen im Bereich der Kanten aber auch als beispielsweise Längs- oder Quer - Verstärkung in der Verpackung oder im Wertdokument verwendet werden, wobei auch jeweils mehrere Fäden oder Streifen in definiertem Abstand zueinander vorgesehen sein können
Claims (10)
- Sicherheitselement aufweisend ein Trägersubstrat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement auf dem Trägersubstrat eine bedruckte Schicht in Form von Linien oder anderen Geometrien aufweist, wobei ein analoges Signal durch Seitenkantenmodulation in die Bedruckung eingebracht ist.
- Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das analoge Signal als volldruckendes Element ausgeprägt ist.
- Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das analoge Signal in einem Motiv versteckt oder in ein Motiv integriert ist.
- Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das analoge Signal in mehreren unterschiedlichen Motivteilen integriert ist.
- Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das analoge Signal durch Detektion und Auslesen mit einer geeigneten Software in ein akustisches Signal umgewandelt wird.
- Sicherheitselement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das akustische Signal in Form von Worten, Texten, Tönen, Geräuschen oder Musik analog modulierte digitale Datenfolge vorliegt.
- Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das analoge Signal berührungslos detektiert wird.
- Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in Form von Fäden, Bändern, Streifen, Patches oder anderen Formaten vorliegt.
- Folienmaterial, aufweisend ein Sicherheitselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Verwendung eines Sicherheitsmerkmals nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, in oder auf Wertdokumenten, Datenträgern, Verpackungen und dergleichen.
