Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kämmmaschine mit mindestens einem Kämmkopf (1), welcher jeweils ein Zangenaggregat (2) aufweist, das auf wenigstens einer Achse (13) zur Ausführung einer Hin- und Herbewegung schwenkbar gelagert ist und mit einer parallel zur Achse verlaufenden, drehbar gelagerten Zangenwelle (22), auf welcher drehfest wenigstens ein Schwenkarm (18) befestigt ist, der über entsprechende Mittel (17) mit dem Zangenaggregat (2) in Antriebsverbindung steht und im Bereich der Schwenkarme (18) und der Zangenwelle (22) Ausgleichsgewichte (24) zur Kompensation der Schwungmasse des Zangenaggregates vorgesehen sind. Zur Verringerung des Massenträgheitsmomentes der Ausgleichsgewichte, wodurch eine höhere Kammspielzahl ohne Überschreitung einer kritischen Drehmomentgrenze ermöglicht wird, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Ausgleichsgewichte (20, 30) derart ausgebildet, bzw. befestigt sind, sodass der Abstand (e1, e2) des Massenschwerpunktes (P1, P2) des jeweiligen Ausgleichsgewichtes zur Drehachse (D) der Zangenwelle (22) in einem Bereich zwischen 35 mm und 60 mm liegt.
