    immédiatement après la coupe, les découpes de matière plate (Z) sont retenues par de l'air aspiré contre la surface enveloppante (6) du rouleau de coupe (2) ainsi que transportées sur celui-ci, et la grille résiduelle (R) est retenue avec les entailles intérieures (I) par de l'air aspiré contre la surface enveloppante (7) du contre-rouleau (3) ainsi que transportée sur celui-ci, de sorte que la coupe est immédiatement suivie d'une séparation des découpes de matière plate (Z) de la grille résiduelle (R) et des entailles intérieures (I).
  9. Procédure destiné à couper plusieurs découpes de matière plate (Z), formant des poses, à partir d'une feuille de matière plate (B), la feuille de matière plate (B) destinée à la coupe des découpes de matière plate (Z) étant introduite dans une fente entre un rouleau de coupe (2) et un contre-rouleau (3) agissant en corrélation avec celui-ci, et la matière résiduelle étant constituée tant d'une grille résiduelle (R) que d'entailles intérieures (I) se situant dans et / ou entre les découpes de matière plate (Z),
    caractérisé en ce que
    immédiatement après la coupe, les découpes de matière plate (Z) sont retenues par de l'air aspiré contre la surface enveloppante (7) du contre-rouleau (3) ainsi que transportées sur celui-ci, et la grille résiduelle (R) est retenue avec les entailles intérieures (I) par de l'air aspiré contre la surface enveloppante (6) du rouleau de coupe (2) ainsi que transportée sur celui-ci, de sorte que la coupe est immédiatement suivie d'une séparation des découpes de matière plate (Z) de la grille résiduelle (R) et des entailles intérieures (I).
  10. Procédure d'après l'une des revendications 8 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un gaufrage des découpes de matière plate (Z) a lieu en même temps, de sorte que ces dernières présentent des gaufrages et / ou des traçages (V).
  11. Procédure d'après l'une des revendications 8 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    avant d'atteindre la fente entre les rouleaux, les feuilles de matière plate (B) sont retenues par de l'air aspiré du moins en partie contre la surface enveloppante (7, 6) du contre-rouleau (3) ou du rouleau de coupe (2) et conduites ainsi vers la fente.
